Sigh, I'm horrible for staying up to date here. Slowly going through the 150+ pieces of art I've gotten in the past 2 or so years. SO that'll take ages.

Also going through my watch list and purging dead accounts and accounts that are doing art I mostly don't like. (Found a bunch artists that basically hard turned into fetishes I don't care for. So why keep watching them when almost everything they do I don't like?)

Might even go through the ones who follow me and get rid of dead accounts.

Just a few minor thoughts.

I really need to update a bit more frequently. I have like 30+ pieces of art to share and no excuse for not doing at least a weekly upload aside from laziness and inertia. Sigh, I'll try and be better.

Just some idle ramblings so nothing to take too seriously. Just a few things that worry me about interacting with the fandom. Like, ever wonder if you're following or being followed by a person you'd consider to be problematic? Like a zoophile, pedophile, racist, etc etc? And then, you have folk who did things bad in the past but seem to have mended their ways so you give them a chance but are secretly worried they still doing the things that put them on the shit list in the first place?

Then you think that you might have some of these folk following you or you're following but no one tells you they are a problem and then folk think that "hey, this guy follows the artist who draws cub rape" and then they think you might be into cub rape? And you have no idea they draw that, you just know they draw hot wolves? *gives Zaush the stinkeye*

And then even if someone tells you "This person is bad" and you look into it and you're like, "They drew one cub pic 8 years ago and haven;t draw anything like it since and have openly regretted and apologized for it" and then someone wants to score some BS imaginary points so they try and cancel you?

Yay furry drama... I'm too old for this shit.

but yeah, if you see I'm following or being followed by a bad apple, lemme know in private (no public callouts) and I'll look into it.

Oh and I don't care if someone is just an asshole. Most people are. I also don't care if an artist hurt your feelings because they didn't wanna draw your kink or OC. Stop being a bitch and grow up.

There's a bit of overlap. 2 of them make both lists. A few are by well known artists. Two are kink pieces. only 1 SFW. My two most viewed and the 3rd most fav'ed are picture attached to stories I wrote. (Thanks you're the best!)

Again, all interesting little factoids but basically tells me folks like the NSFW rough stuff but more people look at the stories? I'm sure if we looked deeper we'd get more patterns forming but again not trying to overthink this either. I get my art to make me happy to to support artists. If it gets popular, that's great. If they don't what odds?

I find it all rather neat. Hopefully folks just like the various adventures of Opa, Khemra'khet and Tarn. I know I do. (And but he's a special case ;) )

Anyways, resolutions as far as the fandom goes? Post all my art (have a backlog I need to start posting) go back and repost a lot of the older stuff, update the keywords, better descriptions, make the comics flow better, better folder management, more frequent journals etc etc.

Stop getting so much art. yeah shocking but I need ot step back and start getting pieces off my actual "to-get" list instead of constant distractions from every shiny YCH commission opening and the like I see. It's dreadfully hard though.

Eat better, save money all the boring ones everyone says.

Oh, hopefully get more going on my graphic novel. It's up in the air right now as I beat some debt to death. The artist, is a damn saint and I can't speak highly of her enough.

Maybe start posting some controversial takes.

Spend more time watching my goldfish. He's a funny sort.

I really need ot do these more often. I mean I don't have huge amounts of things to say but still... 3 months between journals is a bit of a long time. Anyways, more art coming in. Hoping to get a few more pieces in the Opa in Different Animation Styles series. Getting more art of Khemra'khet. Mostly cuter SFW stuff. Need to give my poor Lucario a break from the crazy. Hoping to start up the graphic novel soon. *fingers crossed*. Really need ot finish off the 8-9 stories in various stages of completion. Going through and purging dead accounts and updating artist to-get list.

Yeah it's a real scatter shot approach to news but meh. Quick and easy.

Had someone ask how I decide of what art I'm getting of Opa and Khemra'khet. Mostly it's what I have less of recently. So there's been more Khemra'khet because I don't have as much art with him. I'm also getting a few more pieces with the two of them together in both SFW and NSFW. So no big mystery or anything.

So as a fun side project I'm going to do series of Opa and famous wolves from pop culture. Both SFW and NSFW. So asking if there are any famous wolves from art, comics, games, TV/Movies you'd like tl see Opa having fun with. So far I have the following:

So the art output has slowed down a bit. Been having a bit of a rough patch finance wise and sadly, art is a luxury so it's been slowed down. not to mention I had a few high end pictures that cost a bit.

Things do seem to be looking up and I'm hoping to go back to some of my favorite standards in , and

not to mention I have a lot of folk who've wanted ot get art with the ol wolf and I'm really hoping ot start whittling away at that list. I kinda feel bad about how long some folk have been waiting.

In other news, my graphic novel is slowly coming together. Been working with the artist to get to done. On page 8 of 190... so bit of a ways to go. My plan as of now is to get a backlog of 20-25 pages and start posting them on my own webpage. Start a Patreon and hopefully make enough money to pay the artist. I honestly think the novel is A+ material, though it isn't smutty. It is a furry story, there is sex and violence but I've kept it PG-13. Mostly to have it stand out and have it stand on the merits of the writing and art and not just giant wolf cock

I'll have more info as time goes on.

Been awhile. Slowly marching towards 750 watchers. Got 1 of the 4 prizes done. 2 are in the works and 1 is waiting for the artist to clear a backlog.

Been a bit slow on the art front as I concentrated on getting a few high end pieces. So yeah, Kenket, Tacklebox and Rukis.

Been going through my watch lists and purging out dead or massively inactive accounts. Makes me sad to see an artist I like either close up entirely or not post anything for years and not even a "I'm done bye" to let ya know. Granted a few moved ot Twitter and other sites and if I can find you on those great, but if you leave no forwarding address... you're gone.

Next up is clearing out my notes. I have a bad habit of keeping everything. So I know I'm losing people in there. Gonna delete all the junk. Or least archive it.

Just turned 40 today. Makes me older than dirt in this community lol. I so enjoy meeting furs older than me. Didn't do much due to my overnight schedule. Slept most of the day. Might do something over the weekend. Dunno.

Wow... 500 watchers. I never expected to get to this. I'm not an artist, I'm a writer. but I don't even post most of my writings. The fact that the art I commission has gotten this much attention is really something. So as I said, something special for my 500 watcher extravaganza!!

So here we go!

First off the prizes. I'm going to have at least 1 SFW piece of art with Opa/Gryz or Khemra'khet and a character of your choice and you choose the setting. The artist will be I might get more depending on the so... for every 30 people that enter, I'll get another one.

Next up, will be a SFW or NSFW piece of Opa/Gryz or Khemra'khet and a character of your choice (Or both Opa and Khemra seeing they mates) and here's the kicker. You choose the artists and the scene. Now, I'm going to want to cap the amount here... Let's say 300CAD. (So like 250ish USD)

Now to enter... there are rules.
1) You must be a watcher
2) Link me your favorite picture in my gallery
3) Tell me why you like it
4) Tell me what kind of art you want to see me getting in the future.

That's it. I'm going to run this for 14 days. So I'll choose the winners on Feb 16 2019.

I think that everything that's in some from of progress. I have a few pieces from other artists that are freebies, but seeing they free, they get done when they get done.

Now also there is the list. It's kinda like Chris Jericho's list, expect you want to be on it. Why? If you're on the list it means that you're in line ot get art with Opa from one of the 2-3 artists I kinda chain commissions from. The list moves slow as it's dependent on my finances, what is wanted (like there are a couple 3 scene pieces) and the artists availability. Plus a few folk want more well know artists or very specific ones so there's that.

If you wanna be on the list, just let me know. I can't guarantee times or even artists but I'll eventually get to it. But just note. Opa's mostly a dom top. You have to have a good reason, or something he wants to make him sub or bottom. HOWVER if you're the one paying and you wanna use Opa, that goes out the window. I'm not going to be so ungrateful as to dictate a free piece someone is doing that includes me. (However Opa has limits, so no feral, cub, or unwanted violence/fatal stuff. If you want him to choke you out and beat you... fine. But it won;t be against your will or fatal)

Whew. Plus on top of that, there 5-6 long term projects I'm working on. SO I'm busy as all fuck. My graphic novel is starting, I have some short comics planned with Corrsk, Gammauzumaki and Vellum and a few other things I'm sure I'm forgetting. Whew.
