UGH WHY IS PAINTING MAMMALS SO GODDAMN HARD???!?

I'm starting a new long-term painting today and goddamn do I love me some orbs.

Somehow this is not a euphemism, I am talking about the moon lol.

I've got some comms I still want to post and some stickers I made, but I think those can wait until tomorrow.

I might actually get caught up on posting the art I've been doing this year soon, so I can stop spamming shit.

Well, it's been a while, but here I am again. I've been resurrecting a buttload of old social media accounts in the past month tbh.

You know, you'd think that as many people whine about men only want sex, someone who actually wants sex would be easier to goddamn come by. (pun mostly intended)

I just got done watching a movie in Japanese that was subtitled in English, and I think I might actually prefer subtitled movies to ones where they're speaking English, because I'm weird.

Although to be honest, I also once watched a space documentary that was spoken in English, but subtitled in Dutch; and because I am a freak, I found it an enjoyable experience.

NO I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM I CAN QUIT THE STUFF ANYTIME I GODDAMN WELL PLEASE!

So I hate myself enough to have an actual interest in learning Japanese for once in my life, and for some fuckin' reason, I have managed to pick up two words just from reading porn comics.

WTF, me, WTF. XD

(also, because of my love of sushi, I can say 'sea urchin' in Japanese, because this is super important to my life)

In related news, I have picked up more words before now than I thought; and I am pretty sure I hate myself enough to try and learn Japanese script. :D YAY SELF-HATRED!

So yeah, I tried to dig a hole to China with my fucking face. (in normal-people speak, I wrecked my bike and scraped myself up pretty good) On the plus side, I got to scare the piss out of a group of teenagers, although after I got home, I saw why they were so freaked out.

It's a good thing I'm not skeeved out by the sight of blood. :P

Did an early-morning visit to my garden today, and I came back with four giant cucumbers, a bunch of cherry tomatoes, and a handful of turnip greens!

Additionally, I've got a pumpkin, two squashes, and a ton of tomatoes still in the works. :D I also found a dill plant I'd given up for dead. All in all, a good day, though I'm going to have to go back in a few days to do more weeding, lest the grass take over my plot.

So yeah, I'm doing things of note again now. I'm doing a bit of propbuilding and all.

Working on some resin molds, since that's pretty mindless and I'm feeling pretty derp right now. If all goes according to plan, I'll have some wearable unicorn horn molds fairly soon. The plan is also to paint some up and like mount them in a shadowbox for my collection of curiosities.

I love when I cut off drama factories from my life and they still try to find a way to bring the goddamn drama.

So, in today's news, chupacabra sounds way better before you translate it into English. Also, I'm doing some beginner moldmaking, so I'm molding a sculpture of a mummified infant chupacabra that I made yesterday.

Just starting to get into casting here. Unfortunately most if it's stuff folks on here probably wouldn't take an interest - my first large sculpt is going to be the handle of a steampunk-style gun - but since I have (crappy) mold stuffs, I thought I'd make some claws. I made a dinosaur mold and a tiger claw mold.

Also, HOLY CRAP PROPBUILDING IS AWESOME.

Spinning alpaca fiber into yarn at the moment. I've got a good hank going. FLUFF.
