So, first off we try to make sure that our homes are as affordable as they can be. We know that rl takes up alot of funds and it's not easy to have lindens all the time!So, with that said; We charge 200 lindens for every 100 prims, so for example. You can either Rent out one of the beautiful homes we have down currently on the sim or you can rez your own!There is a few exceptions which we will now go over here.
The homes have to be 100% mesh, and cannot be alot of prims and if so, there will have to be an extra home charge which will be added to the weekly payment of said parcel/home.

We do not have many but here we go ;3

1.Do not go into other people's homes unless invited in (you wouldn't enter your neighbours house uninvited now would you :P?)
2.Do not be a jerk, now this one covers alot of different areas. Trolling/griefing/intentionally doing something to upset another person/tenant on the sim.
3.Please try not to spam chat, i understand the occasional accidental gesture spam but please do not do so often it clogs up the chat for other's
4.No child avatar's or child like avatar's.This is an Adult sim with adult theme's.
5.No bullying (this kind of goes along with #2.)
6.No soliciting, advertising for other clubs and or sims.
7.We do allow open mic in the club, But please no screaming or over the top blaring of other noises/sounds that would interfere with other people who might be trying to talk with each other.(playing music over the mic, etc)

Alot of people have been asking if I'm ok... to be truthful. I'm not. This month is a bad month for me, due to past years and the amount of people that stabbed me in the back and betrayal of people i once thought were genuine friends, only to find out that they were just around me to take advantage of my kindness and just throw me away once they've achieved what they wanted through me. I consistently give and show genuine care. I give 100% of myself , even more to specific people because how i feel towards them only to be pushed aside for no given reason.

So again if you ask me if I'm ok, i might say yes but in reality im a broken shell of what i used to be... and i dont want anyone to experience the mental torment i go through...
