i'm in a panic

i'm, to be honest, a little in a panic and forced to open commissions again. i'm currently working as a consultant at irl-work for a minimum salary, and the situation has become very difficult.
my boyfriend recently got to the hospital with a heart attack. on thursday, he should be discharged, and we immediately need to go to the capital for an examination. in addition, i have a debt for training, which i need to close by the end of the year - about 200,000 tenge |400usd|
therefore, i open commissions .
a 20% discount is available on all standard orders over $40. deadline 3 months
if the amount is higher, we will discuss it individually, as i am very flexible in my approach.
i am currently in need of any support, so i am open to any format
a traditional portrait costs $10
any assistance or order is incredibly important to me at this moment.

okay, everything didn't go according to plan. i did not get free study and now my study costs 500000 tenge (1000usd)
i really need orders and maximum reposts from you
for 2 days I need to pay 160 thousand(300usd), of which I have only 60
