So I haven't really been active on the internet. Mostly due to school and life eatting up my time. I do sometimes go on FA, but only to just fav at art nowadays. Mostly lurking about and pretty much not even signing back in to my other accounts. And even when I do, it is not for very long. I wanted to make this journal to tell you guys that I am still alive, but not active. I almost never sign on IMs anymore, due to life and that MSN is dead and not using yahoo enough. Then again, who cares? By now, you probably won't even see or even care to read this journal. I mean, I watched sooooo many users that it is crazy. It doesn't even help that people are moving to Weasyl either. I have not nuked my inbox for at least 2 years now and I don't think it's worth it. I don't read the journals, people watch me I guess because they like my art even though I stopped drawing for a while now, and people hardly even talk to me. Idk... it's all about the fetishes and porn nowadays. Hell, that's what I end up faving for the most part anyway, so I shouldn't be complaining. I guess I just miss being a teen when I discovered this place and it's hard for me to have fun nowadays. I wonder if there is anyone that really wants to talk to me. I highly doubt it, but I guess you never know until something happens. ;(

Just so you know, this is one of the reasons why I stopped being active on DA.

From any of the Brian fans that heard that I was doing a Brian pic that had him doing a 'sexy' pose, well I'm sad to say that I can't to it. The reason is that I lost the original sketch and never had the chance to scan it. So sorry for anyone who was hoping to see it.

Good news:
From any of the Brian fans that I said that I was making a comic/sequence of Brian, well I'm glad to say that I still have those images and are being worked on. This is something that I hope to finish before college starts again. This is actually sort of a gift to a certain someone that I know who is into Brian paws, but in a different way. I just hope the user likes it in the end, and all of you too. ^^

The images I have are probably going to be remade and uploaded in HD, as my friend is helping me with it. The goal is to have this look nearly spot on to the show, as oppose to obvious fan art. And since the sketches are pretty spot on, try to get the scenery/BG and stuff will hopefully be a breeze.

All I need is time and a bit of encouragement from the fans of Brian.

Why hasn't this dude learned his lesson? I mean I like macro shit as much as the next guy, but at least contain a link to the original image from where you got it and ask permission from the artist. So I performed the new Nintendo 3DS update yesterday (because it's past midnight) and downloaded a few new things from the shop channel. Everything was going fine until later @ 11:50 PM I wasn't seeing any of the images from my downloads on the top screen. I click on one of them to launch it, and I get a message saying it can't it can play it. It then gave me a message saying something about memory and all of a sudden, all of my downloaded games disappeared! Even my E3 vids and apps like the ambassador app, pokédex 3D, and even Swapnote.

I turned off my 3DS and reinsert the SD Card to see if that did anything, but nothing changed when I turn it back on... I went to my settings and nothing was on the SD Card. Strangely, my DSiWARE was still kept and my save data. However, my Mii Maker, Mii Plaza, and Face Raders (I hope that's what it's called) data was not. I went to see my photo data and music, and everything was still there. So I went to the shop channel to see what titles I can redownload. I ended up getting a message saying: Making extra data or something... I went to see the list of stuff I had, and that I could redownload again. So I got pokédex 3D again and start it up. But when I start it, it gave me only 16 pokémon.

WTF?!

I had nearly every single pokémon and now I have to do the whole fucking thing again?!

BULLSHIT!!!

So i exit out of it and saw my notifications. Everything was still there from what I remembered. I checked my bookmarks on the Internet Channel, and they were still there.

So... yeah. WTF?! Did the system update fuck up on me because I'm an ambassador or something? And why is it that my downloaded titles that you can only get for the 3DS just all of a sudden disappeared? I performed the update in the afternoon and for some reason, my 3DS downloaded titles get deleted. Everything else is fine, so WTF?!

Am I the only one who has this problem, or has everyone else experienced it yet from the update?


[And before anyone asks, yes I have a 3DS. I got it in July, so yeah. I'm not giving out my code, because of personal issues. So sorry that you can't add me.]




**UPDATE**
Okay, so apparently the Nintendo update created two Nintendo 3DS folders on the root of the SD Card. When ever I try to access the second folder, it redirects me to the first one... WTF?! You would think that they would be ale to read my data that I already have instead of making two folders of the same data, causing more memory to be wasted. D:<

Lucky, I don't have to worry that much about the pokédex 3D that much, since my brother has most of what I had before. I'm just going to have to back up my 3DS memory more often, to prevent this sort of event from happening. Most of my downloads are exclusive to the 3DS (VC, vids, and other apps), so I can get them back easily. I'm just going to have to deal with the lost of memory and redownloading all of my titles again. It'll be time consuming, but eh, whatever.

I'm planning to get a 32GB SD Card for the thing anyway, so more memory for me.

I can't wait for the 10th Ep of MLP:FiM. If you know me, then this is no surprise. xD
I hope I'm getting what I'm expecting from the description from the ep, If it is, then  geltydrake better get ready for an awesome find.

CURSE YOU COLLEGE!!! Why did you had to give me that Thanksgiving break? Now I'm loaded with assignments/projects that need to be done sooner. Now I'm at the border line of pass or fail in two classes, and in risk of not getting an A average in Spanish 101. If I DO happen to get it, I'll be excused form the final and will just watch everyone's oral presentation on youtube in class.

As for my English courses, I'm at risk of not passing. If I'm lucky enough, I can be assigned to English 101 S for Spring semester. Sure I'll be spending more time in class with countless essays, but I'll still be in a full credit course.

Graphics communications class is making me slump. No longer caring about the class and being rushed to finish my newsletter project. If you're wondering what it is about, then I'll tell you: "Hacked Nintendo Wii Systems." Nothing really special, just some info about useful apps and softmoding stuff. However, we're only graded on our layout, so that's good that I don't have so much work to do on information (text).

Aside from classes, there is also some stuff that I should take care of:

1. Introduce people to Brawl-.
My brother has been annoying me about it, so I have the files downloaded. All I need to do is combine it with the texture hacks I have on my SD card and let people try it out at the college.
2. Texture hack Mario Kart Wii.
Haven't really started on hacking it, since it uses Riivolution instead of gecko os. But hopefully there are some sites out there that can help me.
3. Give my vids to Gelty Drake.
Seriously, I have some content that he would hopefully like and upload to youtube.
4. Attempt to draw Spike from MLP:FIM.
If only I was in high school again, then I would be able to have the time to draw him.
5. Make my X-MAS list.
I don't ask much, but a few DS/Wii games would be nice.


But after my classes are over, I'm going to take a break. An actual break! Not what the college gave me for in November, that was just bad. Which reminds me, I need to send my present to my UK friend. Haven't spoken to him much... I miss him...




Also, has anyone thought about porting Scott Pilgrim vs the world the game on the wii yet? I heard that the game is about 132 MB on the PS3, and I think the wii virtual console/wiiware wads have a limit of 500 MB. So memory wise, I think it's possible. But I'm pretty sure I'm talking nonsense, as I never came across a modified wiiware title (at least on wiiso) containing the game. If it fails, then perhaps making an .iso and having the option to burn it to a diak or boot it from a USB/portable hard drive is possible?

Okay, so you know (or haven’t yet) I’m moderator at WGC and users there are expecting new material to be posted by me. For what it looks, I won’t probably have the time to do any of that. So I’m going to have to make a deal with  geltydrake, because as you know (or not), he uploads fat/inflation/growth/etc. videos on his YouTube. So what I’m going to do is give him my material for him to upload. He also said in a journal entry that he’s in search of new material, so it’ll help us both out. He’s already found some of my material and uploaded it, so it’s for the best. I will be starting to put my own watermark on my videos, to show that he got it from me as I’m not a huge (no pun intended) fan of his. If he doesn’t agree, I could always count on WGII to take care of my material. The reason why I choose Drake is because he has material I had before and he’s more active in finding the material and uploading it. I’m not quite sure how many strikes he has, but currently both WGII and I have 2 and one more will cause us to be suspended. So yeah, that’s pretty much it.
