I have to apologize to those who commissioned me especially those
who already paid for their commissions.
To anwser the question in the subject field - WHY SO SILENT?

1) I have a new job since last month. I'm still getting used to it, getting
familiar with everything that's going on. Coming back home I can't think
about anything else but shower and sleep. Plus a beer or two before the
latter.

2) I have stuff to learn since some exams are comming up.

3) It's getting warmer, weather is awesome and thus, my weekends are
occupied by my friends. If not by studying or sleeping.

And so, here's the anwser. Once again, sorry for that and thank you so much
for being patient. The second point from the list will be scratched after next
weekend so I'll find some time to squeeze in those commissions that I have.

As for new commissions - sorry, I'm closed. Winter has gone, things are getting
better in my life but better often means more busy.

I'll add some doodles in scraps section and one lineart to the gallery - only three
things that I was able to come up with on these rare free hours avaliable between
all the stuff that happens.

Dolar and zloty got into a bit of turmoil since early February. The U.S. currency,
since I've started taking commissions were worth about 3,33 zloty and changes
were minimal. But in early February, to my overall joy it went 3,71... for one day.
Then, in less than one week it went down to 3,04-3,07.
It pretty much stayed that way, with many minimal ups and downs. Now it's about 3,11-3,17.
And nothing shows that it'll change anytime soon.

That is why I have to come up with new prices, new terms of use and new offers.
But I want to ask you about the prices before they'll change.
Here's the current overview :

Lineart - 10$
Additional - 5$

Colored - 15$
Additional - 8$

Background for those above - 3$

Lineart comic - 25$
Shaded comic - 30$
Colored comic - 40$

My question is this - how much should I change these prices?
You can refer to each one seperately or to all in general.

Ok., I'm back on track after turbulent times that I had IRL. The problems
still go on, but at least I can now focus on drawing again. Still, the commissions
are closed till the current ones will be finished.

Today I was on the protest before bureau of European Parliament in
Warsaw. Police was everywhere. Folks inside the building were nervous.
We were mostly singing, shouting, etc. At the same time, our prime minister
had a conference about what we all fear. And, long story short, he gave
us a finger. Even more, he pointed a finger at us and called us terrorists,
thieves, pirates. Propagators of child pornography. And so on. That was his
statement, among sea of lies about so called "public negotiations and
listening to the public". Bullshit. Concerns about ACTA were voiced by
various non-profit organizations back in 2010 and goverment pissed on them.
Pissed on us. And kept all off it shush.

One does not become a terrorist without a reason. And ACTA along many other
actions of the world mightiests is sure a damn good reason to become one.

Yeah, I'm going to update my Price List & Terms of Use on upcoming days,
so now is your chance to grab the free slots before it.
Of course, those who commissioned me before it won't be affected
by it.

For now, I can give you few details what's gonna change :

1. Prices.
- Prices will go up a little. Not much, but still.
2. New categories.
- There'll be few new categories, priced quite low and it'll be :
a) icons - those little square thingies you can use as avatars.
b) clean sketches - more clean than rough sketches that I'm currently
sending to all of those who commissioned me, but still less detailed and
clean than lineart.
c) busts - a picture that has visible head and shoulders, max to waist lenght.
d) reference sheets - pictures with frontal, side and back view of one character,
with possible close-ups on certain parts & short bio.
3. New terms of use.
- For now, it's hard to tell what changes will be done in terms of use. Probably
something about waiting time and additional bonus things for those who
commissioned me more than a few times.

That's about it for now, I have to sit down to those commissions that I already
have and once again - this is your final chance before price and terms of use
will change, so if you're interested, hit me up via notes - there are three slots
left as for now.

Other stuff :

ACTA - there's a great uproar in Polish web, blogosphere and to some extent -
in media. Govermental sites were attacked, so as private blogs of politicians,
even their families. While I do not support those and I especially don't like
attacks on private coputers(some vice minister computer was hacked and
the files he had on his disk were copied), I'm afraid that this is a important
cry of desperation - Poland is to sign ACTA on 26th of this month in Tokyo, but
amongst this desperate reaction the minister who's in charge of implementing
new technologies tries to talk the prime minister out of it. I feel sorry for the guy,
mostly because he doesn't belong to any political party and because he tries
to take the blame on him for not informing public enough. He is not to blame,
ACTA was talked among ministries of economy and trade, thus, it's obvious that
those wealth-absorbed greedy fucks won't inform a common Joe about what's
happening.
Once again, ACTA is not just a trade act. It's an act that will allow goverments
and big corporations to have an almost direct look in the data of our hard drives
and history of browsing. It times of economical crisis, caused by bad legislations
and too much of a bureaucracy it's the last thing the world needs. Instead of
expanding the flow of the information and content, some people of power and
prestige try to put harsh laws on it, which, as I and most of the opposers think,
will put economy, trade and free speech and though flow into a major slowdown,
if not a complete end.
There are going to be some protests on Tuesday, before parliament and sejm,
but I'm afraid that not many people are going to show up. I'll try to show my
face there, just for the cause, despite the fact that I'm gonna be quite busy on
that day and despite the fact that I feel that this action is quite futile.
Nevertheless, it's better than nothing and I strongly encourage you to do the
same, if anything like that will be happening in your country. Write petitions,
protest, let your voice be heard. Otherwise, things are going to be really bad
for all of us - furries and non-furries included.
I'm all for sensible regulations towards copyrighting intelectuall property,
especially as an amateur and in the future - hopefully - more than amateur
artist. But not in this way.

"The price of freedom is eternal vigilance" - as Tom Jefferson said.
Have these words on your mind while you still enjoy the (seemingly)
free internet and thing of what would happen if you won't speak against
acts like SOPA, PIPA and ACTA.

P.S. PIPA is a vulglar word in polish. It's less offensive than cunt, but it
still is one herring-smelly pussy. :D

It's 2012 and the end is nigh, as some say. While I, like most of people
known to me don't expect any cosmological dissaster nor sudden acts of
our planet violent nature, I have to admit, that in some way - the end is
near.
It's not the end of the world, but the end of internet as we know it. Lately,
SOPA & PIPA acts caused quite a stir over various sites, some, like FA and
Wikipedia protested it - for understandable reasons. As I understand, the
voting on it was delayed - although not ceased. But I think that the whole
mess is doing a good deed for another act, which somehow goes under
the radar. This act involves place I live in, European Union and it'll be voted
on 26.01, if I remember it well. It's called Anti-Counterfeiting Trade
Agreement, ACTA, for short. You can find the whole text in pdf,
here's the link. Since I'm getting
down to read it, I can't go into much details but I can tell one thing for sure -
this smells really bad.
First thing, visble on the very fist page of the document - "This document
contains information that is not to be treated as Foreign goverment confidential."
Why a document that talks about things that - as it's maker and pushers say -
touch the matters of intelectual property has the confidential note? Ok., I can
understand the confidentiality if it's only a prototype, an early version of the document
for various legislators and such, but it's [b]going to be voted on days and basicly almost
no one even HEARD about it![b] Why is that? Why the citizens aren't informed about
act that will be regulating things like intelectual property?
Simple - because it's not an act that would do so. It's yet another attemt to
enforce laws on your internet provider to monitor every action you take and be ready,
under heavy penalties, to give those informations away to goverment agencies and
corporate behemoths, without any hesitation or discussion. Nobody even talks about
it on the media, because even the most stupid internet user would understand, after
reading few lines from wikipedia entry about it, that it is a tool of opression. At least,
I hope he would.

I remember back in a day, when I was 14 and more, when my interest in conspiracy
theories started. I also remember the most common reaction of most folks to it -
smirks, sighs, all that jazz. Now, my friends aren't joking about it anymore. We all
see, or we should see, what's happening. Laws are being pushed behind our backs,
laws that touch matters we should be interested in - that we should be informed
of.

And thus, the end is nigh.

Sorry for the rant, but things are tense as fuck right now. It's one of these cases
when I care and I feel almost totally helpless about it.

Group Mugshot Contest

Ok., it's hardly a contest - more of a volountary participation. Why? Because
I want to punch your characters in the face. Multiple times. Force them to
become meth addicts. Force them to become drunk beyond any decency.

Confusing?

It's pretty simple - I had this idea of a mugshot, like they do in police
stations, only with multiple characters. Characters that will be either drug
addicts, victims of assault, drunks, etc., etc.

Let this sketch of my...
*sigh* "fursona" give you the idea of it. Beaten, tired and so on.

Thus, if you want to participate and have your character mauled, beaten, drugged
and things like that - hit me up in the comments section below. Post link to your
character, add some info about the ammount of damage you'd like to see inflicted

Ok., so I'm back from sweeping the mess from 2011 that surfaced in
2012. Still, there are some things for me to deal with but I guess I can
now say that commissions are open - look up for free slots above
and notify me via notes about your ideas.

This time, there'll be no slots, contests, etc., etc.(although I do remember those of you who commissioned me - if not - REMIND ME!).
And that's because this entry is personal. After all, it's NEW GODDAMNED YEAR, so fuck it! ;P

I have this thing, that once a year I watch a whole Cowboy Bebop series. Those that don't know what the hell is Cowboy Bebop...

... I want to be tolerant, especially since I've started practicing zen this year, but trying in zen is a wrong way. The better one is a honesty, even if ill and vicious.

So, for those who don't know what the hell Cowboy Bebop is...

... just go watch it. In Japanese. Yeah, english version is good, but I still like the original better. Like 10 times better. :)

If you haven't watched it, you've missed and you're missing a lot.

When CB came out, in dark days of the internet, where only connection was via modem, a humble station emited in on Polish soil, back when I was 14 and nothing was the same for me again.

Ever. The series striked me like a WWII Blitzkrieg tank.

And the funny thing is, I still can't say what was the message of Cowboy Bebop. I can't even say if any single episode had any peculiar message. But it had an impact on me.

Cowboy Bebop was and is - at first glance - all about style. The music is pure godfukkendammit art, the artwork and animation are still strong 'till this day, voice acting is top-notch. Inspirations, which are mix of west and east both high(WARSAW, GODDAMIT, PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA!) and low culture are unmatched to this day and they work brilliantly together.

But there is a message. Unspoken. And it's impossible for me and for many fans to put it in a words what that message may be.

And thus, it's a spiritual experience.

Many of the episodes, sure, are about style. But many of them, as well as the whole series, are a kathartic experience. At least, they were - and still are - for me.

Cowboy Bebop series, along with the animated movie are something... no, not out of this world. It's from this world, but, again - for me - it's something that crossed the boundries. Something that is real, yet unreal.

I cried while watching this. I cry even today when I watch it, even when I certain songs from the soundtrack.

And I only cry while doing few things - watching "Hotaru No Haka" aka. Grave Of The Fireflies([i]goddamit, even Ebert cried!]/i]), watching Cowboy Bebop and while cutting the onion and watching the whole procedure of cutting it.

Ok., maybe a few more - like Failan or Kikujiro. But in case of Kikujiro, these are tears of joy and nostalgia.

I never cried over a western movie. Ever. Forrest Gump? I laughed at the way they portrayed a retard. But still, it was the closest for me to shear a drop.

In other words - watch Cowboy Bebop. If I have to point any kind of show/movie that changed my viewpoint the most, it has to be Cowboy Bebop.

Update, update!

- First thing - new contest -

As you can see above, there is a new contest. The prize is still the same,
which is a free picture with one or two characters, fully colored & shaded.
The only thing that changes are terms of participating and winning.
I have to remind you that no one won the previous contest which rule
was to send links to funny stuff - movies, games, pictures, etc.. Unfortunatelly,
none of these materials were able to make me laugh. Let's see then if your
aesthetic tastes when it comes to art on FA will fit mine.

- Second thing - virgin auction -

I made this thing, to be honest, just for kicks - quote "I don't know if this
sh*t will fly". But it worked better than I expected.
As for now, the highest bidder is :

And the current bid is 65$.
The auction is still open for those who are interested - if you want to increase
the bid and win some untouched 'n' pure virgin for one night - go right ahead!

Notice that the Batgirl which virginity the highest bidder will be taking is
still unnamed. Thus, I thought I'll add a little bonus for the
winner of this auction - the winner of the auction will have the honor to
name the Batgirl.

- Third thing - Skyrim... and gaming industry -

Popular topic these days, ain't it? What can I say? It's good. It's very good.
But the most important thing about it, is the fact that it proves that there
is a very high demand for big, long games, without multiplayer. Besides,
Skyrim shows a big "fuck you" to stealing, thieving, greedy fuckers in
the industry that want to farm money on short games and DLC's for them.
Bethesda game is big even without any DLC. Compare it to another game
for which I waited - "Saint's Row 3". There were commercials for DLC's
EVEN BEFORE THE GAME WAS RELEASED! And consider the fact that the
vanilla game is shorter than "Saint's Row 2" which was, on it's own,
a very short game. Compare it to "Battlefield 3" or "Modern Warfare 3"
which developers and publishers hide behind the explenation "but it's a
multiplayer game" which, in fact, isn't any explenation at all. Dear
devs, dear publishers, explain me then why you've bothered with single player?
Let me anwser that for you - to sell the game. The first "Battlefield" that
has single player was "Bad Company" which was also the very first game
in the series on the consoles. And that is exatly why it had to have single player -
because otherwise, it wouldn't sale well. On consoles. The very fist in the series,
"Battlefield 1942", sold well for it's time. The Digital Illusions CE, more
commonly known nowdays as DICE ratings went almost sky-high, which gathered
the hungry stares of a publisher which CEO's wet dream is to be a monopoly on the
publishing market - Electronic Arts. Activision is no better in this area, but let's leave
it at that - I ranted long enough.

Thus, I congratulate Bethesda. Chapeau bas!
And I cross my fingers for the next Elder Scrolls game to be about Elsweyr.

- Fourth thing - other stuff -

I guess I should wish you a merry Christmas since I don't know if I'll post
another journal in this month. Thus, Merry Christmas, spot-on presents from and
for those that you care about and peace of mind and soul.
I also have to thank - no - I want to thank all of the folks out here on FA
that commissioned me. The fact that tere are some folks willing to pay for my
drawings and the fact that they indeed like what I can give to them is very
gratifying. Thank you a-ton, folks!
I also want to thank those that like my art, but do not invest in me for some reason.
Deep inside I like to think that they just care about my health and that they don't
want me to spend too much cash on wasting myself to the point of vomiting my bowels
out in some rat-infested gutter. Believe me, I don't it that often, so feel free
to invest your precious cash in me. :D

CONTEST

You suck at telling funny jokes, I tell ya. So here's a second take
titled :

"Linking Park"

Rules are simple - post links to some funny stuff. It has to make me
laugh, smile, giggle like a teenage girl or snicker like a primitive. You
may post links to pictures or videos, but videos should be less than
5 minutes long.
The contest picture will be a collaborative between those who've posted
the best links. If there'll be only one winner though, he'll be allowed to
have two of their characters drawn or the character of some other
FA user. There can be maximum five winners and the situation in what
their characters will be portrayed will be chosen by me. The picture
will be in non-pornographic and non-erotic nature. Pure, clean stuff.

Halloween. Me and my camera, no money whatsoever.
I went to a club which is my favourite - lot's of friends over there, I know
the owner, bouncers - I'm pretty much a bar fly down there. I'm taking
pictures, I'm being treated with beer by those who want to have their mugs
photographed. I sit till 4:00 in the morning with the rest of the bar flies.
The bar is closing, I go out with a fellow bar fly, we bought beers at the gas
station, we drank them at nearby overpass which has railroad on it. I go back
home, it's 8:00. I go to sleep, I wake up and it's 20:00. I'm still on hangover.

Last two weeks were almost constant, regular drinking. And, even if I'm not taking
money I have chances to drink and not to be indebted. One would say - "you're
lucky!", but I'm not. Alcohol is favouring me too much and I'm it's friend when
I should be only it's acquaintance. It scares me in the morning with hungover and
a sort of guilt. It scares me that I stretch out my hand to get have it so many times.
And even if I say that I want to stop, somehow I can't - alcohol, in many ways,
meets me at the corner. Even if I don't want it. But when it's poured on open wound,
it makes me hungry for more.

I'm not the only one. Like I wrote before, there are my fellow bar flies, there are
my friends, there are strangers from which I tend to take candies, if they're offering.
My friends and fellow bar flies tell me that I'm not an alcoholic. They say the same
things about themselves. And they're right - I'm not an alcoholic neither they are.
But we all worship alcohol, some with greater zeal than others, some with lesser.
But we all do it.

And by being it's worshipers, we are all damned. We are all alcoholics. We are
all possessed. We are praying for our destruction.
Which will come to us if we won't stop or at least tone it down while we still can.


That's about it. Sorry for the rant, but I had to let it out into the space where
other people, besides those from my personal enviroment, may hear or read it.
Just for the sake of talking and for the sake of my sanity, because sometimes I
really think that the world - or at least the world around me - is drunk.

Recently, the pen from my tablet started acting weird and soon after it
ceased to work. :(

Nevertheless, I bought a new one but from an online store, so I'll have it
probably on friday or saturday, if nothing will go wrong and polish postal
services can be a bit wonky.

Thing is, I don't want to draw some random other guy/girl with her so I thought I'd make
a little lottery for those who'd like to have their character drawn along with mine.

Honestly, this is an entry made just for the contest picture as I've seen
that so many of you suck at coming up with funny jokes. Let's see if you're
better at finding funny shi*t on the net.

But, since it's titled random scheiße(it's the thing you flush in the toilet,
but only in german ;)), here's some random scheiße! Don't read if you
don't want to.

- new Red Hot Chili Peppers album sucks donkey ass and I'm glad that
I've downloaded it before buying it - I did that mistake when Stadium
Arcadium was released and, while it wasn't so full of suck like the new
Chillie's album, it was also pretty bad.

- I was making a delicious puree today, but when I mashed the potatoes
with butter and wanted to add some hot milk, the cup slipped in my wet
fingers. In effect, I've added too much of it into the mix which made my
puree look like that canned food for babies. And had too strong milky taste.
Now, it wouldn't be that kind of a problem IF I hadn't add fried
bacon and onions to it. Too much lactose + milk? Not a good thing for one's
belly. Still, I gave it a mean look and ate it... LIKE A BOSS!

- I walk through streets to this
sick tune now while I have sex to this tune(I also make the same face while I'm having it like the guy in the pic). :D

- I play the devil's advocate for my friend. I try make him as demoralized
as I am. >:D

- Dead Island looks interesting especially for the price of 23EUR.
Although I don't like zombies and I hate Steam, I might give it a try.

- I'm surrounded by a girls with low IQ. Or just braindead. I feel dumb
after every conversation I have with them.

- I need to quit smoking. But it's so damn good, quoting after Oscar
Wilde : "A cigarette is the perfect type of a perfect pleasure. It is
exquisite, and it leaves one unsatisfied. What more can one want?".

I know that world isn't purely black and white, but when one claims himself as a bisexual it is, for me, I might be mistaken, as if he or she tries to play with double insurance card. Yes, furries, furfags, pr0n lovers or just some random people who happen to like pr0n art but are to shy to admit to it and pretend being here only for "clean" art(as if I'd believe you!) - Pangaean-2[/b]([i]that'd be me) is open for COMISSIONS!

But, first things first and by that I mean some rules and other boring crap.

1. SLUTS, er, SLOTS(but there'll be some sluts drawn, alright).
I'm a young adult and that means I'm busy with life in one way or another. So, I do not always have time nor will to draw furry pr0n & co in my free time. I just like to sit down on my arse, power up my PC and play New Vegas, for example(also, expect me to be gone 4EVA when Deus Ex 3 will hit the shelves - and then - 11.11.11 - SKYRIM!), read a fukken book to feel like a cultural and inteligent person(even if that's some cliched hard fantasy with lot's of blood, boobs and swords), take a walk or hit the bottle with/without my friends. My comic suffers from the lack of updates because of that thing, my gallery lacks major shietload of updates that could be, because of it.
SO(you're still with me? I love to digress), I have to put a leash on myself and a restraining order on some of you folks, that are willing to pay me money for what you'd like to see. That's what for SLOTS will be. There are only THREE slots for now and there is no 1st the best rule - I'll handpick the best ideas that I'd be comissioned. Why is that, you may ask? It's unfair, you may ask, because how my pinup/simple fukk idea can be any original? Well, it can be original but if it ISN'T original then please do not be suprised that I don't want to draw nudes or nudes fukkin' themselves over and over again. That's why I'll take the comfort of picking the ideas for myself.
There is also one slot free for an Art Trade - same thing as for comissions - the best idea would be picked. From my side, I'm not original - the art trader will have to pick one of the characters from my comic and draw them anyway, CLEAN WAY, they want.

2. PRICES. Prices are still the same... for now. After these three commissions will be done, there'll be a a raise within the prices. Why? Because I'm busy guy, like I wrote, and spending my free time on drawing other people ideas isn't always fun and cherries. Thus, I need a sweetener to it sometimes, and the best sweetener would be a promise of a few bucks more.

3. PROCESS OF COMMISSIONING stays the same - first, I agree on your idea. After some time I'll send you a rough sketch for confirmation/declination/alterations that you want to be done. If I'll get the green light, you can start saving your pocket money because when you'll recieve a note/e-mail from me that the piece is finished, then and ONLY then you'll have to pay me. DO NOT send me money beforehand because that's not the way I do things and I WILL NOT feel obliged to speed up the process or even give you a refund if you'll feel that the process is taking too long.
And if you've commissioned me, gave me a green light after seeing sketch and will decline when I'll ask on the payment, I won't be mad. You just won't get your piece and you'll be never able to commission another picture from me again. MAYBE if you'd be willing to pay for the piece you haven't pay beforehand and that'd mean you'll have to pay double the original price. Trust is a must, I have it towards my clients and I respect their trust towards me. Otherwise, snip, no more cake from me and if you'll piss me off by making a drama you may one day find your beloved fursona eating ecscrements and delivering few while having nipples that also shat things that certaintly won't be bricks, on some random imageboard. And believe me - someone will drop few bricks when he'll see it.
It's my little insurance, I hope that you don't mind it. :D

4. THE PACKAGE and THE TERMS OF USE. After I'll get the monies you won't recieve a picture - you'll recieve THREE or EVEN MORE pictures at a price of ONE! Yowza! ;)
Explenation - you'll recieve one rar archive with three pictures - sketch, lineart and fully finished piece. Additionally, if you'd like, I may include shaded lineart and flat-colored picture.
Terms of use - first off, I don't post comissioned pieces on my profile - it's you who comissioned it and it's your rights to reap favourites out of it. STILL if you'd try to reap fame from it without giving me a credit - or worse - to reap money from it - I'd be very, very pissed and it may have the same results as those stated in the last paragraph of point no. 3. You may post the comissioned picture on any furry oriented imageboard only if my signature will be visible. I think that's quite easy understandable.

5. CONTESTS. A new thing for me, but I though, what the heck. I'll be organising some contests from time to time and there'll be rules for them and all that mojo explained in the CONTEST section at the top of my journals. As you may see, there is one right now, so you may try your luck or tell your friends about it. It's also a first one, so I'll see if this thing will fly.

I've found a new job, which is why there are no updates. My working hours are from 12:00 to 24:00, add to that time that I need to commute and we'll have two, two and a half hours more. And since I'm the new guy I need to work twice as hard as everybody else, so I'm pretty tired in general. Not to mention that I cannot look tired while I'm at work, so you can get the picture. But I do enjoy it, nevertheless.
Thus, forgive me if you're waiting for commissions, they'll be finished, but I can't really say when. Same goes for my comic - "Foreign Relations".
