I've been postponing getting more active on FA due to various shit. But no more excuses. Time to art :)

It took me a bloody time to write it but better late than never :)

My dad has been home since a while, after spending almost 3 weeks in ICU and another 2 weeks in the hospital. He's recovering well and is almost back to his old self :)
I want to thank all the friends that helped me keep my mood up (I'm pretty much dead on FA sometimes but very much not on telegram and shit) and those kind souls that commissioned me :)

Now that everything is getting back to normal and I'm back to almost-not-broke, I think it's a good time to kick the idea of streams back to the land of the living :D
(especially that I've got a week off now, and really REALLY feel like drawing some headshot requests :D )

I'm not good at journals, I know.
Nor actually looking like I'm alive.

But just in case you were thinking about commissioning me ever, now's the best time.
My dad landed himself in a hospital and will stay there for a week at least. Due to him being out of work, my family's cash is gonna be kinda rough so all additional cash would really help :)

Now, it's not a straight-up emergency plea as UK isn't half as bad with hospital stays as US x)

As some of you know already, I finally got a (hopefully permanent) job.
That doesn't really mean I've got less time for drawing, but I feel like it's a good opportunity to finally work out what I want to do about my art.
So, as of now, commissions are closed, as I need to catch up with the stuff I've got in my huge WIP folder.

I really want to draw more personal art, and actually develop some proper background and anatomy skills, so future commissions can look even better.

I'm not really sure how will openings work out from now on, but I feel like YCH's and journal openings are the good way to go about it.

It's been a long year, and a good one.
Art-wise, I'm finally starting to see progress in my art and I managed to somehow force myself to draw daily.
As for life...
During summer I got to meet two awesome people  Etskuni and Aecrimony, in two different countries (and ride two awesome horses in both of them ;P )
RecentIy moved out from a pretty toxic environment - a house I shared with few other people (and one of them was really pulling my moods down on a daily basis), to one I share with one person only, and we get along pretty well ;)
I finally have my own place- something I longed for since pretty much forever- and... fist time in at least 10 years I can /carefully/ say "I'm okay"

During this year I got plenty of new watchers, and I gotta say every fav and every comment I get from you, guys, really makes my day (even if I forget to reply to it... )
And I finished quite a few drawings, some of which I'm really really proud of :)

There were some bad things, sure, some weird things (like my poor thumb x) ) but all in all, damn. I'm okay.

1. What would you like me to draw more of?
Mostly in terms of YCH stuff, as I'm trying to work out what should I draw to actually get some interest ;) Anthros or ferals? SFW/NSFW? Maybe gore? More backgrounds/less of them? Anything else? More horses? Or maybe you'd like some canine/feline YCH's? Now it's your chance to speak ;)

2. Describe my art style.
I always wonder what people see when they look at my drawings, and I really appreciate all critique I can get. Is there anything you like about it? Something I should improve? (Duh) How would you describe my style in general? Lemme know ;)

3. WIP's and simpler stuff
I'm always wondering if I should post some WIP shots, but I don't really want to flood my account. What's your opinion on WIP's? Do you like to see them? Or would you rather have me post only finished pieces? What about sketchier stuff? Should I keep it to myself? Should I share it? Throw it in a sketchdump and post big piles of it at once?

Few days after getting started with goretober (and I gotta say doing quite well with keeping with the schedule) my body decided that monthly limit of 'doing well' was reached.

I can totally post some warning thumbnails, but I was wondering if that's necessary.

Since I managed to survive another year and I'm done with commissions I thought of something different than my usual YCH's.
New Year's Raffle sounds nice, and who doesn't like free art?

You can win one of:
-2 digital fullbody pictures, fully coloured and shaded with no background

-There might be few traditional headshots as well if lots of people enter (or if I find some designs I can't resist ;) )

Few days ago I lost one of my older rats due to chest infection, and today I took two others to the vet and got back home with meds for other two of them and much much thinner wallet.
I was told that chest infetctions seem to be ongoing problem with rats, and looking at the one that passed away, I think I'll became close friend to my vet in no time.

Veterinary prices in UK are scaring me more and more so that's where any commission money will go from now on.
