Your inner thoughts run wild as you imagine what might be just 2 steps away. Slowly descending into the hole. No where feels safe anymore. You start to doubt your own judgment. Deeper you go. If only you could look up and climb out. It's all to much to think about now. Deeper you unwittingly go. You start to wonder will someone save me? Can someone save me? Can I save myself? A tear rolls down you cheek, you are shaking, terrified now as the darkness consumes you. Will you be swallowed?
