I've had a lot going on IRL and I'm.. very exhausted.
We've moved house, house has no internet - I'm trying to remedy this but I'm not sure when exactly its going to be remedied.
I'm struggling to make ends meet at the moment, I miss art streaming as well as my gaming stream Friday nights.
I have offline comms open, as I have enough access to net on my phone to send out invoices. But the turn around time is .. not my normal.
And I will only be able to send files once I have gotten internet sorted.

Just wanting to write a quick little update~!
I have been in Melbourne for fur convention - MFC!
Which was an absolute blast, it was my first furcon dealing, first furcon in general actually and first time flying!
My queue is slightly more full at the moment for shaded work, as I sold YCH's at MFC.

What am I up to now??
Well, I'm resting. I've had a massive week and I need some time to bounce back (Yay CFS/EDS/Fibro BS) and my fambam has a little trip planned too down to the river.
All work taken on during MFC will be started during March, I'm hoping by the second week.
Sketches will still be available during streams but limited to strictly sketches, no render work.
I will be attempting timed streams too starting up hopefully in March also - maybe April pending my health/my mums health (as she watches Gummy so I can stream)!

"I am going to say this once. If I have blocked/blacklisted you for whatever reason, do not attempt to continue contacting me. I do NOT have to take on your work.
Its one thing to say shit about me and my choices, which were made simply due to boundaries being breached but DO NOT BRING MY CHILD INTO IT! That is a boundary I will NOT allow to be crossed. I keep my child out of my business, I expect the common basic respect of the same - there is zero reason for you to bring my child into it and attempt to slander me as a parent."
I will start becoming more strict and firm on straight up blocking people who can not have basic respect, if boundaries are breached I am within my rights to cease working with you.
My personal and my child are firm fucking boundaries, want to keep working with me? Do Not Cross.

I didn’t think I would ever have to write such a thing like this as the majority of my interactions with my clients have been lovely and I truly appreciate each and every one of you for helping me pursue my passion of art and being a part of my little community.
But, unfortunately a few bad eggs have spurred me to write this little reminder.
When approaching me for a commission please remain respectful in your interactions with me, I do not appreciate being told my pricing is too much, or that I should “get a real job” if cost of living is causing my prices to be renewed each year (something I do every year with my yearly price review and cost of living review, a good practice to have).
Please do not ask personal questions regarding my life if we are not on a friends level, I am a very private person about most things and I do not feel comfortable about people prying around for information about things unrelated to commissions - this in general will result in a firm boundary being put in place.
The things I do share with my community about my life are things that may directly impact my turnaround times, anything outside of this information I do not share. Due to ongoing burnout I do not have the energy to deal with things that make me feel uncomfortable, adding to my already high stress levels. If I feel that lines have been crossed, I will alert you to the fact I am uncomfortable and will finish with the conversation, however if these boundaries are pushed or ignored it will result in a warning and likely a block.

• When uploading your character, you must set Creator as @Aeternum_CS on Toyhou.se!
• You must also assign the Designer under ownership on Toyhou.se to the correct artist also!
• You may resell or trade your character but only for no more than purchase price [Unless additional value has been added via art/writing], but must notify PastelKoala of the new owner.
• You may not claim any Gaea species as your own species/creation.
• You may alter the appearance of your character, but only to a certain extent. Below are the things you are/aren’t permitted to change on your character. Breaking any of the rules results in nullification of your character and other consequences [EG. Warning / May be given one chance to correct issue].
• You may have your character appear in any alternate universe you desire, so long as doing so doesn’t break the specific character’s individual species limits [E.g. Number of Gems/Powerbase].
• Empty accounts may not adopt.
Can Change:
• Gender
• Horn style
• Hair length/style/type/colour
• Piercings/scars/tattoos [Not patterning!]
• Body type [Small/Big/Thin/Large/etc.]
• Height / Weight
• Eye/gem colour/gem power [Must be within rarity limits]
Every other visible aspect of your character(s) is unchangeable [Removing gems, significant pattern alterations, adding wings or extra tails, etc.]
• Drastic pattern alterations that change the character/makes them unrecognizable are not allowed.
• Small alterations to the design and colours are ok but must be cleared through PastelKoala before they are considered official. Anything modified into a higher tier of design [Such as additional Gems/Gem modifications/Metallic markings etc.] will require the correct fees.
Cannot Change:
x You may not edit your character in ways that are described as not allowed above.
x You may not claim a species design as your own after purchase.
x You may not breed your character and have resulting offspring without going through PastelKoala first. Any offspring need to be created through PastelKoala.
[‘Breeding’ is charged just like a regular custom character.]
x You may not post the original adopt art of your character without providing proper credit in the image’s description; please use the following:
”Realm of Gaea Species are a closed species © to PastelKoala @ toyhou.se / PastelKoala | Use/creation without permission is forbidden.”
Failure to follow these rules, or violation of any of them, results first in friendly contact in which you are notified of what rule has been broken and if required will be given the opportunity to correct the issue.
If the situation isn’t rectified satisfactorily through that, or continues, then it results in a block/blacklist for the species.
Pending situations, violations may result in fA/TH admins being contacted for incorrect posting of art/ownership violation. Continuation of the ToS of Realm of Gaea species persists, legal action may be taken.
In addition, you will forfeit your ownership of your character, and they will be rehomed/resold, as per result of breaking the ToU/ToS.
You agree to the above ToU/ToS when receiving your Realm of Gaea character(s), and acknowledge you willingly forfeit any claim to said character if you break any of the TOS rules.
By buying a Realm of Gaea closed species, you are agreeing and understand the above rules fully.

If you don't follow me on Twitter than its super unlikely you're aware of what's been going on with me and my little tribe.
My husband, baby and I all got Covid19 and from that my baby got a secondary virus while I have been struggling with lung issues.
We have been in and out of hospital this week with my little one and it has been completely exhausting.
My entire household than got gastro (thanks hospital!!) and the last 48 hours have been very, very hard.
We're kinda on the mend now, but just slow.
Hubby has had to take the past week off of work and unfortunately as absolutely no leave banked so he will be getting no pay for this period.

I've been MIA the past week and a bit due to illness, literally rampaged my house.
My little one was sick, I got sick. Hubby, my brother who lives with me and my mum too 😅 it's been a hard bit of time.
My birthday is also this weekend on Saturday. I'm not sure if anything has been planned as I officially noped out if it due to fatigue and mental drain.

Posted 5 years agoSo, where I live has become extremely toxic the past 8 - 10 months. I have more or less lost part of my family with the decision to move interstate to start my life with my partner in a new and exciting adventure.
This weekend has resulted in my mother becoming extremely verbally aggressive and cutting me out of her life. (This being over a drunken-happy-appreciation status on Facebook I made, where she commented a passive-aggressive guilt tripping comment that made a good friend snap and he ended up calling her on her bullshit).
I am a huge mess and not coping. I need $5,000AUD in 4 weeks. I need to get out of this state and away from the toxic mess that is here.
