I sent two refs a few months apart, before he started working on the suits.

Head
How satisfied are you with the fit of the head?
Is it too tight or loose? Does anything poke you, stab you, make it uncomfortable to wear? Is it Lined comfortably?
It is a bit loose, because he made it so I can fit in it with my glasses on. ( I rarely use my glasses in my suit because it gets foggy. )
How satisfied are you with the vision?
Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (Note that most suits do not have peripheral vision)
Huuge blind spot in the middle, was hard in the start, but now I am used to it and have no problem using it!
How satisfied are you with the ventilation?
Can you breathe well? Is the mask stuffy? Does the air circulate through your head?
Ventilation in the head is perfect, if I get hot I can open the mouth.
How satisfied are you with the symmetry of the head?
Are the eyes or ears lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per character design?
Eyes, ears and markings are perfectly symmetrical.
Is the Shaving even?
Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
The shaving is astonishing! All perfect and nothing to pick on!
How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head?
I am extremely pleased with the look of the head, I love the style and cuteness, and others seem to love it too!
Body
How satisfied are you with how the body fits?
Is it comfortable to wear? Does it allow for good movement?
When I got the suit, it was baggy in the crotch area due the neck venting taking up space at the top making the stomach longer than planned (see and second link). Now I’ve cut away and sewn a part of the stomach so its fits much better.

How satisfied are you with the quality and durability of the body?
Are the seams durable? Can you move without popping seams?
Ive had the suit for over 2 years now and only one seam under the armventing has popped, which I also fixed myself without any problem.
How satisfied are you with the selection of colors and material?
At the time the suit was made, the fur colors he used on the suit were the closest you could get to my design, so I’m very pleased!
Hands and Feet
How satisfied are you with the fit of the hands and feet?
Will your wrists/ankles show is you stretch too much? Do they stay on your hands or do they slide off? Can you put them on comfortably with ease?
Only thing I can pick on is the paws / paw pads, the paws could have used some shaving as they look very lumpy, the paw pads is made of fleece which I’m fine with, but the peace sign on the paw pads are made from sewing machine stitches and don’t look particularly good. The paw pads are also feline paw pads while my character is a wolf.
The paws have separate foam parts inside to made them fit better, they are loose and makes it much harder to put on the paws without them moving around. The shoes in the feet are the wrong size (too big) and I am not sure why, only thing I can think of is that he used male sizes instead of female.
How satisfied are you with the quality of the hands and feet?
Has anything come undone or fallen apart? Have any pawpads or claws fallen off?
Two handpaw claws have fallen off earlier, and some are loose at this moment.
Tail
How satisfied are you with the quality of your tail?
Is it too cumbersome? Can you pull on it without tearing? Are the straps secure and even?
The tail tip is rounded, but that was not on the ref, BUT I loved it so much that I’ve changed my character to have a more rounded tip.
How accurate to your concept art is your tail?
Did they get all the markings? Are the colors accurate?
Everything is accurate ^^
Ears
How satisfied are you with the quality of your ears?
Are they too cumbersome? Can you pull on them without tearing? Are they even on your head?
The ears are also really good, just soft enough so I can bend them when the head need to fit in the bag.

It matched the concept ary very good, only thing to pick on is the rings/lines on the arms, as one is supposed to be a lot thicker than the other, but it is not on the suit.
How satisfied are you with the consistency of your suit to the makers style?
The style of his suits changes a lot while I ordered mine, and I am really pleased as I love the style my suit has!
Construction
How satisfied are you with the overall quality?
Are all the seams durable? Has anything fallen apart? Are there any holes?
Durability is very good, fur is very good, no holes. I’ve mentioned other things earlier ^
How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up?
Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
Everything matches up, no problems there.

Did they take an unreasonably long time to respond?
I got a reply the same day!
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
It often only took a few days to respond.
How satisfied are you with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the maker?
Were they pleasant to work with?
I was pretty young when I ordered my suit from him. I often felt like I was bothering him and didn’t want to ask for pictures, I also felt like he didn’t ask me many questions on how I wanted my suit to look or any questions about the design.
