Posted 4 years agoGood news that all the coms from may are almost done, there are a few more left in the trello slots that need to be worked on then I can focus on newer commissions, projects, and even my subscribe star better. Well learned my lesson with taking more than i could chew, and I got a good idea of my limits. lol

Posted 4 years agoOK, since there is a still a good amount of commissions left from the milf sale, which will all be completed next month. So if you are someone who has commissioned me for that milf/milk sale, it will not expire as long as it is in the trello slot, or I have a chat(pravate message) log timestamp with May on it. If a com is going to be upgraded, the sale will not expire on it either.
When I return home later today from helping out my folks, I will check the chats & trello to make sure that I didn't miss anyone. There are a few slots that I will need to enter information into and/or edit later on. Other than that, Flat colors are still closed at the moment until I reduce the amount left in that catogory. Cell shade are closed as well.

Good New, Bad news
Posted 5 years agoOk, so the good news, I'm getting my refund back from that Newegg merchant, which should allow me to get buy 3090; When that GPU becomes available again. After that I should be able to get an LLC for a company going soon.
Now the bad news, I have to wait till wednesday for a new sytlus to come in, as the current one is broken.I think that the nib was placed in too hard and broke something inside. I can't live stream till then, which slows down stuff for me.

Preping to leave Patreon
Posted 5 years agoI think that before I start, I would like to ask to ask my patreon subscribers to stop supporting me there, and go to my subscribeStar. I will be adding the missing limited tier there that I had on patreon, which wasn’t possible when I signed up with SubscribeStar at the time. I will also create a mega file with the patreon work in it as well.
So for a long while, I have been thinking about leaving patreon, due to my own experience with them, and after seeing some articles on Reddit. I’ve been hearing stuff and have decided to leave the platform due to their ill-treatment of the NSFW art community and content creators. It's more than a red flag when they start to claim ownership of the artwork posted there. Patreon admin also started “policing” content outside their website, demanding creators to adjust their galleries to Patreon's brand. Least should I forget about them forbidding a few artists to use similar services. Several actions which should get them into a major lawsuit.
Now with the way that they have acted for months it harder to upload content there and on Subscribestar. Hell, their actions effect the polls , so if imp Midna was done, they might use some asinine excuse; like saying she is a child, when Midna is older than 18. Something that has happened with a few artists, myself included with the Celia kirlia comic.

Statement for 2020

So it has been 13 days since the new year, and I want to do something different this year. I realized from last year that I am only one person doing coms, and there is only so much that can be done with my time and energy. Something needs to be setup, so I don’t overwork myself to death working on commissions.
One thing that I intend to do is to have prints be available with most of the art created for this year. Though I would need to see what print sizes most people would want, or have the file size be close to printing size. I’ll set up a poll to see about poser sizes before starting this. I think for some of the prints, like fan art, it might be a good idea to have them be a limited print number. I’ll be using the printshop in Phoenix to make those prints. Now I need an idea of what everyone would usually go for size wise, so tossing in a poll for this.

Guys, remember that pokemon fusion done between Froslass, Marshadow, and Banette from October last year? I’m going to do more of those fusions soon, so it can be printed and uploaded to places like RedBubble and a few other online services. This is being done in response to RedBubble taking down an old Registeel gal that was uploaded to see how the site works from long ago. I got an email from them about it last month. I think this would be the best way to protect myself from any possible copyright issues, as it isn’t the original Pokemon design anymore. Though it’ll be a good idea to do this idea with three Pokémon designs while interpreting it in a different way. It’ll also open more possibles to work with and if I need to change existing pokémon OCs, like Smol Boss or Risa, it can be done .
Patreon and SubscribeStar wise, my aim will be to go into the double or the triple digits this year. Though I need to figure a few things out and start posting links to my sites. Something that I’ve avoided out of fear for along time, but that ends now. I’m even wondering how many artworks are needed in total for polls. something I need consider is how to balance out commission work and major projects. All that and learning how to attract more people, which I have no clue on how to do that. It can done, just have to learn stuff and not be discouraged.
I’m strongly considering switching over to SubscribeStar, so I will be able to work on projects without the fear of them being flagged. I’m still miffed with Patreon about flagging the Celia Kirlia comic, as they believed Lester being a trainer equals him to an adolescent. There are a few other reasons too, but it's best not to mention them. I’ll have to ask my patrons and any newcomers, if they would be interested with going over to SubscribeStar instead. It has most of the main functions including the limited tier ones, polls, and videos can uploaded there.
Last is deciding the major project, so I might be using either Risa with her karate trainer. The other will be Smol Boss with her assistant. Perhaps something original could happen as well. Though I still intend to finish up the Ceila Kirlia comic somehow.
I think it’ll be a good year, so yeah everything is gonna work!
