I'm performing in 3 different capacities.
1. I'm the opening DJ for the dance on Friday at 10pm. I play pop and dub step, and I do live mash-ups. (think like, Titanium and Krewella. Ghosts 'n Stuff)
2. Me and Andrew are playing at the Pool Party Saturday at 5pm. We're doing all silly cover songs (Kokomo and Tribute and stuff like that)
3. Look Left is playing the Cocktail hour which is Saturday at 9pm. I think it's a sponsors only event.... but don't quote me on that.
Maybe I'll see you at one of these things, and if not, we'll be at our table in the dealer's area all the DAMN time.

FCN video shoot time and place ANNOUNCEMENT
Posted 12 years agoI've looked over the schedule and listened to some helpful advise, and I think the best time to have the video shoot will be SATURDAY, in the parking lot, immediately after the fursuit parade. The parade starts at 1pm, and should be totally over before 2pm.
We don't have a huge time window as mine and Shiacoft's panel is at 4pm, followed by Look Left's show at 5 (both in The Forum)
Please spread this around to anyone you know going to FCN.
We will go over the group dance and make sure everyone is looking their best, then we'll shoot shoot shoot! It should take a total of maybe 30 mins.
SUMMARY:
Video shoot. Saturday April 13th in the parking lot immediately after the Fursuit parade.
I'll be there in suit (giant red haired coyote) so just follow me from the group photo over to the spot in the parking lot that we'll be shooting in.
You do not NEED a fursuit to participate, but it's very much welcome.

Furthemore was fantastic
Posted 12 years agoI never leave long con journals, but I figured it was worth writing about how much fun Furthemore was this past weekend.
I loved every second I was there. Look Left had a good show, our table did pretty well, I met new fun people, I got to know old fun people better, and collected enough storries to fill a small newspaper.
This was the con's first year and they were just shy of 500 attendees. The space was really cool, the hotel staff was friendly, the food was good, the suiters were adorable, and it was less than 4 hours away from my place.
If you didnt' make it this year you should try for it next year. It was fantastic.
I loved every second I was there. Look Left had a good show, our table did pretty well, I met new fun people, I got to know old fun people better, and collected enough storries to fill a small newspaper.

We need people for the video cause... otherwise it's just me and him taking turns mugging for the camera.

Posted 12 years agoMe and yummers are gonna be making a video at FCN. It's a music video to go with Outkast's song "Bowtie"
If you have a fursuit (or even if you don't) we would love to have you be in the thing.
The scene we most need people for involves dancing around a car.
Part of it is just jamming around (acting gangsta as sh*t)
BUT there is also a short 16 count dance we will be doing. This is the dance:
Learn this the best you can, and we'll do it at the time of the shooting.
I would love to gather before the shooting and do a practice (out of suit) and I'll be posting WHEN and WHERE these things will be happening as we get closer to April

yummers are gonna be making a video at FCN. It's a music video to go with Outkast's song "Bowtie"If you have a fursuit (or even if you don't) we would love to have you be in the thing.
The scene we most need people for involves dancing around a car.
Part of it is just jamming around (acting gangsta as sh*t)
BUT there is also a short 16 count dance we will be doing. This is the dance:
Learn this the best you can, and we'll do it at the time of the shooting.
I would love to gather before the shooting and do a practice (out of suit) and I'll be posting WHEN and WHERE these things will be happening as we get closer to April

New Year's Furry Ball
Posted 12 years agoAlright everybody, in one week, all 4 members of Look Left will finally be making its appearance at the New Years Furry Ball (The NYFB if you're a cool kid, which you are)
We were invited 2 years ago, then it got cancelled, then Furstivus happened which was kind of its own NYFB of sorts, and now finally, we will be playing the official NYFB in Delaware.
Are you within 8 hours of Delaware? If so you should come out and party with us. Regestration includes 2 free meals, free drinks (if you're over 21, and of course the event itself. Rooms are under 100 bucks and you'll only need it for one night. Grab some friends and come experience new years in the best way possible. There will be so many frickin' cool people there you need to meet!

Christmas Song/Need German poetry
Posted 13 years agoI want to do a song in German, but need text. Anyone out there speak German, and write poetry? I can pronounce the language, but can't compose prose in it effectively.

and I have a bunch of hits supposedly linked from various sites that end in .ru
Some appear to be selling couches, (the text is all Russian) but still others are hardcore porn sites.
Is this some kind of weird reverse spamming opperation where people check their traffic, see odd sites, and then go to them, thus breeding traffic for said sites?
Is this a well known practice that I am as of yet naive to?
Either way I find it very funny.
