Auctions soon?
Posted 11 years agoSo, I'm hoping to do some character design auctions soon, however, i don't think my reach will be far enough. I don't have many watchers and i'm not a popular furry artist like some are.
I would really love to sell off some of my designs, They are just building up in my head, but No one would even touch my YCH auctions.
Does anyone have any suggestions or comments on this? I'd love to hear your opinions.

Commissions Terms of Service Agreement

By commissioning me, you agree to all of the following.
If the circumstances happened upon it, I will use this document to defend myself in any case needed.
have absolutely every right to refuse you service at any time.
I will only start your order after receiving full payment.
I can and will do Animals, Anthros, and Humans.
For more complex characters an additional charge may be opted.
Suggestive or romantic scenarios and/or situations are fine but no hentai/porn.
No backgrounds.
I will refuse commission requests if I am unable or uncomfortable with it.
Time frame on when a commission will be finished varies. I'll do my best to get them done ASAP. Please be patient,
If your finished commission is not to your liking I will adjust it WITHIN REASON until it's satisfactory.
I will not refund. I will always put my best into every commission so I will not refund work I have already done.
You may not claim a commission spot for a friend because they were not around to claim their own. You must be present to claim a spot.
I don't take commissions for copyrighted characters (fan-art of owned characters under licensing). I refuse to violate copyright terms.
Absolutely no realism.
I WILL NOT DRAW PORN/HENTAI, Do not bother even asking.
I will, however, draw Nudity as it does not qualify as porn to me.
-Payment-
USD only. Paypal only.
Payment for any form of service must be made up front.
This is to prevent anyone from getting a commission, and not paying for it. No exceptions
Payment is to be made through PayPal only.
When sending a payment through PayPal, make sure you hit "Other" This prevents PayPal from taking $1.00 out of what you paid.
-You are responsible for the following-
It is your responsibility to provide me with appropriate details upon requesting a commission
such as an up-to-date reference sheet or detailed description of the requested character(s), a detailed description of
the theme wanted (If no theme is requested, I have full permission to do the commission
as I please.), a detailed description of any accessories or background.
I am not responsible if you fail to mention any specifications upon requesting a commission.
You must contact me with details in a timely manner. If you request a commission, but do not provide
details before another customer requests a commission then you will be pushed back on the waiting list.
-Cancelling a commission-
If you do not pay or respond to me within 3 weeks of contacting me, your request may be subject to cancellation with notice.
-Refunds-
No refunds
-Acceptable use of commissions-
You may display any commission you receive from me, freely, provided you do not remove
the watermark/signature on the commission. Unless I state otherwise.
No commission received by me may be claimed as the customers own work, nor a 3rd parties.
No commissions may be altered/changed without written consent from me.
No commissions may be used for commercial/resale purposes without written consent from me.
-Streaming-
If you order a commission during a live streamed event, pay, then immediately leave, your commission will be put on hold until you return.
If you order a commission during a live streamed event, and you are rude to myself or other participants, I will put your commission on hold and finish it after the live streamed event.
-Deadlines-
There is no deadline for me to finish your commission unless you specify a deadline.
If your deadline is unreasonable I will refuse your commission until we can agree upon a better deadline.
-Blacklist-
Blacklisted users will be refused services.
If you are rude to me, I will blacklist you.
If you are rude to any of my customers, I will blacklist you.
If you attempt to steal my work, I will blacklist you.
If you are too difficult to work with, I will blacklist you.
(If you are irritating, and ask me to change every detail. I will give warnings beforehand. I understand you want your commission to be exactly how you picture it, but there is a limit as to what I will put up with.)
You may appeal your blacklist status. Not all blacklistings will be overturned upon appealing.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Prices of services are also subjected to change at anytime with notice. Though if service is requested before the change it does not effect your service. [/center][/center]
