Legitimately... is anyone alive? Perhaps it's just me being too reclusive. >_>; But I haven't chatted with anyone here for a while. ; - ;
I kind of miss that, having some real connections to all the awesome people here.;P

So I guess this is one of those journals where I'm just wanting to say hi! And that I appreciate all you fellow lurkers and non-lurkers. I hope to get some more art up soon, with a few being gifts and commissions. <3

Life has been pretty hectic on my end... there was a lot of drama and relationship problems for a bit. I kind of went dead to a lot of people. But I'm back now! Drawing, working on game design stuff, making hats, and all sorts of fun stuff!

The fall semester is soon approaching, but I'm not too afraid of drifting off since my class load is fairly light.
But until then, what are you guys up to? :D

So. it recently came to my attention that Arena.Net (a game design company, maker of Guild Wars 1&2) is offering internships for the year of 2012.
I'd love to apply for said internship, but I'm kind of lacking in serious game art.


I've got some trades/commissions I've yet to complete though, and I will be asking those people to wait for a few weeks while I try and pump out some decent game design concept art.
I hate to be that person, but this just kind of fell in my lap, and it's a great opportunity.


I'll still be working with  Dipper, as I told her I would be available, and I'd like to keep my business integrity there. But yeh, don't expect too much furry art from me til September sometime probably. :'D

Sorry for being so absent, folks! D:
This last week, I was rushing to get some cosplay stuff sewn. x__x Let's just say I didn't eat, let alone do a lot of art.

It all paid off at the anime convention I went to. :D My friends and I cosplayed as the three brother gym leaders from Straiton City in the Pokemon Black/White games.

So yeh! Been doing a bit of artwork with  Dipper, but otherwise I've been pretty pathetic in the art department.
Expect some resubmissions of the collab pieces stated in the last sentence, as well as some original work when I get it done. ;p


Might be streaming my next colored piece of Dipper's... her and I will probably announce something soon if I do.
So keep an eye out!


On an important side note, I was just watched by a butt-ton of people. ; w ; I would take the time to go through thanking everyone, but I've got some coding I'm supposed to be working on here as well. What would you guys like to see from me?

I've seen a few people interested in my hellhound designs, here and here. Would you guys want a couple of adoptables? I'd probably only make 3-4, each 10 dollars or so...

Before I do that though, I'd love to sell some more of mine and ZombieCakes' shark adoptables. They're only 7 dollars, and they're so cute! :D Also, if you wanted to throw in an extra 3 dollars, I'd be willing to make small edits (even making them a dolphin instead of a shark, for those out there interested).

Otherwise, I'm just submitting random junk. XD I haven't been very good about shading things, but I feel that I need to some day soon, before I lose the skill. :I

I finally got my sushi. <3

There are three places of said cuisine in the nearest large city... and it seems as if I'm going to be trying them all out this following week. I started with the lowest one on my list, a Japanese/Thai place:

Their food was 'okay'. Pretty standard procedure from each end. A not so adventurous friend got sesame chicken. XD A different friend and I decided to try some curry and a few rolls.

The rolls were good, but not fabulous. Skimpy on the rice and meat, but nonetheless, tasty enough to satisfy my taste buds.

The currryyyy, urm. Well, I've had indian food, and the menu had labeled the curry 'hot'. But instead, what I got was an almost sickeningly sweet coconut chicken soup. Guess I shouldn't have put my hopes so high, but eh.

The next place on the list is fairly authentic from what I hear, and I will be trying it tomorrow night! Hoping to have better rolls, and some good ramen. :D

And then, next Friday I'm going on a date with my boyfriend Seth to a Korean Sushi Bar that I've heard AMAZING things about. Saving the best for last.

There's so many out there, I know... but I think I'd sell them relatively cheap, cheaper than my commissions! And I could do all sorts of species...

Heck, while your at it, if you would be interested in seeing some of my designing skills, tell me what creatures you would like to see too!

I'm thinking for sure I want to make sharks and raptors, for the world. :D
