RIP Dragoneer
Posted a year agoI know I haven't made a journal in forever, since I rarely have a lot to say or announce, and I'm late on this because of spending half the day asleep and computer troubles and work. But I still wanted to at least get my feelings or thoughts about the tragic news out there, too. By now I'm sure most are already aware that Dragoneer has died, and it's shocking for a lot of us who weren't aware of what he was going through or dealing with. What little research I've seen has revealed a lot and it honestly hurts to see how wronged he was by the very health care system that's meant to help. To be as sick as he was for over a month and be denied help and billed out the ass for what little they're offering to do, and ultimately being told "well since you won't pay us, you can fend for yourself" while dealing with a serious deadly sickness is just difficult to put into words really. Because words don't do enough justice for how inhumane and cruel that is to do to anybody. And realizing that he isn't the first, and won't be the last, who has to suffer because of this shit is even worse to think about.
While I never had personal experience talking to him and only occasionally came across his art, I still feel it is important to pay respect to him for all he did. I may have just been nothing but another face in the crowd or random user on his website, but without his work building FA over the years, I definitely wouldn't be where I am now in the fandom. I've been on this site for nearly 16 years now which is almost half my life, which feels insane to imagine. I've made so many friends, met so many cool artists, and been able to share stories I worked on or art I've commissioned on here. None of it would've been possible without Dragoneer and FA. Even if I can never personally tell him it now, I do wish to thank him for all he did for us. No matter how much people may not like some aspects of it or what changes have happened, we owe a lot of gratitude that he kept it alive for all of us.
In closing, I do hope he's able to rest easier now. Free of all the pain he's dealt with the past month or two while he was sick, all the stress and worry about trying to support the website, and the stress of just trying to survive in this cruel and terrible world. It's not the end any of us would've wanted; whether for him, for us, for anyone. I feel for his friends and family who now have to deal with this loss that honestly should've never happened, and hope they can find peace, too. Hopefully FA can survive and his legacy will live on, I can't imagine he'd ever want the site to die with him but we'll have to see what happens. I don't expect anyone will be looking for me if things do go away, but you can always track me down on various sites and places like Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube.
For now, good bye and rest easy, Dragoneer. We'll all miss you. Hopefully we'll all be able to properly thank you in the afterlife when we join you.

Attention to Kemoryona Fans
Posted 4 years agohttps://discord.gg/Uypb6VWMsE I went ahead with help from a friend to make a Discord group for all us kemoryona lovers. Even if you're not sure what that means, if you're into fighting art specifically involving furries (and no humans) you're welcome to join us as well. I'd like seeing the group continue to grow and help spread awareness of this niche fetish/community. Hopefully will see some of you soon, especially if you're seeing this and follow me on here.
Happy New Year's
Posted 6 years agoThe end of the decade is upon us tonight, and because I'll be stuck at work delivering pizza all night long until the year ends, I'm just posting it now before I leave. So yeah, happy new year and all that. Don't be an asshole to your local pizza places tonight when you order, we're going to be stressed enough as it is. And don't be an asshole driving on the roads if you've already been drinking or smoking some shit, it's dangerous to everyone if you do. Let's all survive this night and make it into the new decade alive.
Oh No, Another Decade Older
Posted 6 years agoI've somehow survived to reach the ripe age of 30. I already feel old just saying that and realizing it. No longer get to enjoy the youth of being in my 20s.
So far a rough start as the Lions sucked again and pissed me off with their pathetic effort. But next I'm going to the Red Wings game soon, so hopefully that will make things better. On a brighter note, I've had some nice offers for gift art so far, and a number of other birthday wishes. Maybe the day won't be completely ruined after all by the fortunes of my favourite sports teams.

800 Watchers
Posted 6 years agoI've been neglecting making any journals for a long time. And then I look after getting home from doing football games to find out I'm now at 800 watchers. I'm honestly shocked I got this many, it never feels like it. Especially since I haven't posted an original story of mine in months and all the art I post is commissioned from other artists.
But I'll take it anyway. It's nice so many people are interested in my page and the art I get or my characters. Hopefully I won't disappoint any of the newer people to come around.

Sudden Flood of Pictures
Posted 6 years agoMost of it tentacles, but apparently having a day off from work and baseball means I go crazy on uploading commissions I paid for ages ago finally. Laziness stopped creeping on me long enough to share more of what I've had sitting around. I'll maybe get to more later, especially with the positive response I've noticed on all these ones so far. Perhaps will post something that isn't porn, too. That'll really break up the pace.
I'm also still slowly chipping away at stories when I have the time and motivation. I know a couple requests were placed and I am working to make progress on those. But if there are more people interested in some stories, be it Champions related or not, feel free to ask.

Champions of Aardvak Information
Posted 6 years agoSo with the surprise success (as far as I'm concerned) of the last story I posted related to this series idea I share with
I figured I'd post a complete list of all the heroes that he created for it, as well as some basic info on the game's world they reside in. This should make it easier for anyone interested in suggesting an idea based on it if they like. Just pick who you like, what stage or enemies, and we'll go from there. Below are all the heroes in the order Nyx made them:
Cast of heroes:
Main:
Atli, female Dewott (5'7")
Riko, male Grovyle (5'7")
Grakan, male Charmeleon (6')
Zanya, male Zeraora (5'5")
Unlockable:
Gitu, male Alolan Marowak (5'8")
Argon, male Quilava (5'11")
Xiang twins, male and female Mienshao twins (6'1" for Xin and 6'2" for Xian)
Shade, male Zoroark (6'5")
Nightmare, male Midnight Lycanroc (6')
DLC:
Rayne, female Lopunny (6'4")
Aquas, male Floatzel (6'9")
Blitz, female Raichu (5'6")
Fuego, male Blaziken (7'2")
Karin, male Greninja (7')
Akira, male Golduck (6')
Baldr, male Feraligatr (10'3")
Stages:
Forest is Grass, Poison, Bug and Flying
Beaches are Water and Electric
Snowy tundra is Ice
Caves are Ghost and Dark
Mountains are Fire, Ground, and Rock
Town is Fighting and Normal
The wasteland is everyone
Bosses:
Charizard
Lugia
Seviper
Serperior
Leader Mewtwos:
Ozymandias, white Mewtwo
Caesar, red Mewtwo
Nebuchadnezarr, black Mewtwo
Mewthree as the final boss
Rules are follows on this: To note for those who didn't see before, the simple rule is almost anything can happen to any of them. They are susceptible to being killed, raped, eaten alive, tickled, or just plain knocked out. You can have as many lives as you'd want to see as well. Certain things are off-limits that I'm not comfortable with, like cock/anal vore, unbirthing, genital torture like castration, and eye gouging; if you're unsure about something then feel free to ask. Some of these stories may be more calm, some may be more extreme, it just depends what ideas I have and what people want more of.
Anyway, hopefully this generates some further interest into the idea and stories. I've been excited working on these and to see other people enjoy the idea of a video game beat 'em up played out like this is nice to see. So I appreciate the support, even if it's small.

Wow, 700 Watchers
Posted 7 years agoSo I have been thinking lately how I haven't posted a new journal in over a year, and that I should try to think of something to say. Instead I keep being too lazy to post any sort of update on what's going on or what I've been doing. In part because I haven't really done much of anything that most people would care about. I've been writing once in a while but nothing to share with that, since half of it never gets finished and I don't know if I'm confident enough to share it.
But then I realized recently I was approaching 700 watchers on FA. I have no idea how, but I checked after work earlier and saw I now had 700. I'm rather impressed, especially because it's about almost 3 months removed from being a year after 600, which apparently was a year after 500. I don't know how I keep hitting milestones while posting none of my own original content and sometimes not even posting the commissions I buy from people. But hey, I did it somehow anyway. And if anybody actually reads this then that's also great. I certainly appreciate the interest or attention you've given to my sad little profile.
I'll try to be more active on posting things, but I make no promises about that. Same goes for writing in general. Eventually I might try to share some more stuff, but we'll see. Hopefully people will enjoy it either way.

In Case You Missed It
Posted 8 years agoToday is my 28th birthday, I had to work a few hours earlier though and was asleep for much of the morning, so only just now getting around to posting about it. As of now I only know one person gifting me art, which I don't have yet, so nothing to show. Everything else has been games or money so far.

He recently made a new RP based group for an idea he's had a while, and to help out, I thought I'd share it here as well. I'd like seeing it succeed this time around for him to get some confidence back, so check it out if you're interested.

Oh Damn, 600 watchers
Posted 8 years agoJust came to my attention I hit 600 earlier today, after two more people watched me. What a shocking revelation this is. And also first journal in forever because I'm a lazy pleb who never talks about much. While things have been eventful, I don't know if it's in a way that'd be interesting to anyone. But yeah, just thought I'd point out about that, especially to realize it's almost a year after I got 500.
Also my birthday is like 3 weeks away, I'm getting so old

You Got Boost Power
Posted 8 years agohttp://www.furaffinity.net/view/22553792/ Go here, support my pet/friend as he tries to raise money to move out of Venezuela, because it's terrible there and he's miserable. Prices are cheap, art is nice quality, totally worth it especially for a good cause. Help spread the word if you can't buy anything.
500 Watchers? This is a surprise
Posted 9 years agoI have no idea who it was now because I just realized it, but I've apparently hit the 500 milestone. I don't know how I managed to do that, my uploading has been very sporadic despite how often I check here and fave things, even buy art. But hey, I'll take it. I appreciate all of you guys for the support, and maybe I'll actually start getting stuff finished to post soon.
Plus my birthday is in 12 days in case anyone cares. American Thanksgiving to help you remember this year. So if you planned to do anything for me (ha, that's a funny joke) then you got time.

To Tainted Glory Fans
Posted 9 years agoI just wanted to apologize for the long delay on the next chapter of the story, I want to assure you I'm still working on it on and off and don't plan on giving up any time soon. It's just sometimes hard finding the time to work, or motivation to keep writing, or just simply needing the ideas for it. But I do have ideas for where to go with this current chapter and it's looking like it'll be pretty long. I think a lot of you will enjoy it anyway. If you'd prefer seeing a preview of what there is so far, I could post that in scraps, but if nobody says anything then I won't do it and you'll have to keep waiting until it's finished.
Anyway, that's all I wanted to really get out there. I don't post many journals so this was something to push things down on my profile.

Anthrocon 2016 Meme Thing
Posted 9 years agoFinally decided I should jump in on this, not that anybody likely cares or will pay attention. With it being so close, why not do it?
Where are you staying?
I believe it's the Omni Hotel, based on the group discussion I've been part of for the room.
What day are you getting there?
I should be heading that way after work some time Thursday the 30th.
How are you travelling?
I'm gonna be driving there.
Who will you be rooming with?
Noir Yoshi and some other people he knows, he doesn't have FA and no idea about the others.
How is the best way to find you?
I'm on Skype daily, but my phone is also always on Telegram, so those two work best. Can also hunt me down on Facebook or Steam.
Are there any panels you might be attending?
No idea. I'll find out when I get there what looks fun but if they have Whose Lion, I'm doing that for sure.
What do you look like?
Most likely I'll be the guy wearing a Raichu hat in the middle of summer. I also have glasses, short brown hair (curse you hair cuts :c), and commonly wear red Converse. I'll also have a bunch of badges around my neck of my Raichu so I'm easy to spot.
Will you be suiting?
Would love to, but don't have one.
Do you do free art?
No, my art is embarrassingly bad. You would want a refund even though I'm not charging you.
Do you do trades?
Only if it's writing related, but I stick to writing online.
Do you do badges?
Given I can't draw, no.
What's your gender?
Male
How tall are you?
Around 5'9".
Can I talk to you?
Feel free to. Nobody does normally, so I may be surprised, but I'll try to respond and act casual despite how scared and awkward I'll feel.
Can I touch you?
If you really want to, I don't mind.
Can I visit your room?
I'm sure my roommates would have a say in this first.
Can I buy you drinks?
I'm not an alcohol guy but I'll drink different types of pop, like Pepsi or Coke.
Can I give you stuff?
I'm cool with that if you want to. Gifts are nice.
Can I hug or snuggle with you?
I'm cool with this, too. I like hugs but I'm too scared to ask or give them, same goes for snuggling. It honestly doesn't bother me if you do this.
Are you nice?
Well, everybody says I am, so I'm going to just take their word for it.
How long are you going?
I'm arriving some time on the 30th and leaving July 4th, likely the afternoon. In case I have to do baseball that night, it'd be best I get home in time.
Do you have an artist table?
Nope, probably never will.
Will you be going to parties?
If it's a gaming party, sure. Anything else it's likely not happening.
Will you be performing?
If you count singing on Rock Band (if they have it), then sure.
If I see you, how should I get your attention?
You can call me just about anything you want. PichuPal, LP, Chu, Pichu, "that guy in the Raichu hat", honestly anything works. As long as I know you mean me and not somebody else.
Where will you be most of the time during the day/s?
Probably in the gaming room a lot, when I'm not in the room recharging my phone or DS or just mentally recharging because of social anxiety and introvertedness. If there's ever any doubt on where to look for me, check the gaming room.
What/where will you be eating?
I do want to try out Fernando's, because I've heard great things about him for years and feel he deserves our service, like a furry bucket list objective to eat there. Beyond that, who knows.
Can I come with you for food/fun/etc?
I'm okay with it, if you want. I'm likely either going to be with other friends already anyway, or by myself, so it's fine if you want to join.
Can I look in your sketchbook?
I have no sketchbook.
Can I draw in your sketchbook?
Same as above, no sketchbook.
Can I take your picture?
If you'd really want to. I'm not sure I'm anything special to get a picture of, but you're free to.
What's your goals for Anthrocon this year?
Just to enjoy myself for the weekend and try meeting some of my online friends who will be there. Maybe pick out some art.

Raffle Boosting
Posted 9 years agoEver wanted to get pinned under a Lucario's feet? Well if you have, then I've got an offer for you to check out. My boyfriend is holding a raffle to win a spot in a commission he plans to get done later when he can afford it. All you have to do is check the journal out here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7545618/
If you want to know the rules and don't feel like looking at the journal for them, you just have to be watching him first to enter. And why wouldn't you be watching him? He has some nice things you may enjoy, like stories. Mainly he posts a lot of tickling-themed things and feet related art, or many times Lucario things. If those interest you, then you'll definitely like his page. So go do it already, his profile is

Posted 9 years agoI don't know if people knew already about it, but I don't want to post the full comic myself when it's already on the artist's page, so instead I'll link to it and give some advertising to help direct people to where they can find more of my fursona. I was surprised finding out how much of the art of my Raichu self isn't actually on my page, or at least not the clean stuff (oddly enough), so this is to help with that. Anyway, if curious to see the wrestling between myself and Kiba, here's the pages in order below:

As expected, I don't have my glasses on for the fight. But just figured I'd point that out.
Halloween Live Stream: Zombies Ate My Neighbors
Posted 10 years agoStream has ended, but don't fret. If you wanted to see it and couldn't make it (for one reason or another), it is being posted to YouTube for all to watch whenever they like. The link for that is right here. Hope you enjoy, and hope to see more people turn out for the next time I consider doing this.

Milestone Achievement: 400 Watchers
Posted 10 years agoI noticed this the other day, I was at 399 watchers (and 399 watched accounts in return), and thought "Wow, how did I get that many?" I'm still baffled, but then I got 400 last night courtesy of
messerschmitt109 whom I know from Facebook. So first thing is, thanks to him and all of the other watchers for getting me this far. I know I don't post too often, like I have a lot of stories due to finish and post, and once in a while I share the art I get, but that's not my content. And I don't even make many journals (since nobody reads them anyway), so I don't know how I get so many watchers.
But all the same, thanks for all the support(?) and I hope you'll all stick around going forward, especially if I start uploading stuff again.

Video Game Meme Thing
Posted 10 years agoSince I was tagged to do this by
justbored I figured I'd do it as well (given nobody ever tags me for basically anything).
1. You started to play videogames at the age of...?
I'm not sure, maybe 5 or 6.
2. First game you ever played?
I can't honestly remember. Earliest memories I have involve playing NES and Atari games like Blades of Steel on NES or Hat Trick for Atari 7800.
3. First console you owned?
First handheld was a Game Boy when I was a little kid, console was Genesis. (All others belonged to my brother before that)
4. Consoles you own/owned?
Right now, I personally own: Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, Wii, PS2, Xbox, Dreamcast, Gamecube, PS1 (original and PS1 models), Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, an NES (somewhere), Nintendo 3DS, GBA SP, Game Boy Colour, and Game Boy.
Previously owned: GBA (gave to a friend) and regular brick DS (given to my boyfriend). Also had tons of other consoles belonging to my brother but he moved out and took them with him years back.
5. Your favorite genre(s)?
Sports (obvious one), arcade style beat 'em ups, fighting games, RPGs
6. Favorite game character(s)?
Kirby is my childhood favourite, but also big on Pokemon, namely Raichu and Pichu
7. Which element(s) in games is/are most important for you (story, graphic etc.)?
Gameplay is crucial. Good story doesn't hurt and nice graphics, but really gameplay is the most important.
8. You don't care about ...?
Online features or multiplayer. I grew up playing by myself, it feels awkward to play with other people most of the time, and I get scared of scrutiny if I go online, so I rarely touch the online side of games I have.
9. Prefer PC or Console?
I grew up with consoles, I love to play that way, but I do like mods on PC games, too. But I do prefer a console.
10. Your current 3 Fav games?
Well, not sure about "currently" but my all time list consists of Zombies Ate My Neighbors (SNES), Turtles in Time (SNES), and Kirby Super Star Ultra (DS remake of the SNES version)
11. 3 Games you didn't like...
Call of Duty Ghosts (I honestly don't know why, it just was not fun), Street Fighter X Tekken (too much disappointment really), and Dragon Age (I found it really boring when I tried it)
12. One game that's totally overrated in your opinion?
Hmm... probably Madden. While yes, I do enjoy good football games, a lot of years the game is far too overhyped and doesn't end up being that good (I don't bother updating it annually so I'm going off other comments for it)
13. Ever played an online game, if yes which one(s)?
I've played plenty games online. Mostly Team Fortress 2, Halo, Call of Duty, Rock Band and Guitar Hero.
14. What do you think about ...Tomb Raider?
Never played any of the games (blasphemy I know), so no comments.
15. ...Tetris?
A classic puzzle game, pretty fun still even today.
16. ...Sonic?
Never been a major Sonic fan, however I can appreciate the good that's come from the series.
17. ...Spyro?
I only played the first game for a short time at my master's house years ago, so no opinion really.
18. ...The Sims?
I did like Sims 3 at least, it was mindless fun to get lost in for hours.
19. ...Legend of Zelda?
I like the games but I don't play them a whole lot or too often, usually because I get stuck.
20. ... Assassin's Creed?
I almost finished the first game and was going to play the 2nd one after. Not a bad game.
21. GAME OVER!!!
Oh no, no more games. D:
22. Game(s) you'd love to see?
My main wish was for a Pokemon fighting game, and now we're getting that. Maybe some new TMNT games (that don't suck).
23. Game(s) you're waiting for at the moment?
Pokken Tournament and Pokemon Yellow's remake. I'm not usually the type to look out for game releases, but these have had my eye for a while.
24. Tag some gamers here, if you want to.
Uhh... well, I doubt most of the people I'd say will notice. But
remnic888 and
dyno shall do.

Posted 10 years agoI am serious. I haven't used the search function on this site in a long time, and just from trying to browse for Greninja pictures I was reminded why I don't. There is way too much vore of this character, and it's completely unavoidable for me when trying to find pictures that would actually catch my interest.
Seriously, I hate seeing vore. I don't want to be forced to see that when I'm scrolling along like that. And there's nothing I can do to really work around it on the site either if I want to look up specific characters or Pokemon. This is especially a problem when I'm a Raichu, and if I want to find more Raichu art, I'll have to sift through vore of that, too. x-x
This makes it really hard for me to find new artists on here I might be interested in watching, too. Because unless somebody introduces me to their work or I see it elsewhere, I won't know who they are. Now I get it, people are really bad at tagging their work, so maybe it'd be hard to implement some sort of filter system, but still. I'm sure other people have felt this same way for other fetishes they don't like, too. Or things they find disturbing or unsettling. But maybe those people just do what I do and ignore using the search function.
Sorry if nobody wants to hear this, but I just needed to get it off my chest. I thought I'd find some pictures I'd like that aren't elsewhere yet, and instead I got 3 or 4 pages in and half of it was just vore, which I hate, before I gave up.

What a crazy day
Posted 10 years agoStarted out with going to orientation for a new job I Just got hired for, working at the store my mom works at. That alone is huge news, finally having a job again, and starting officially on June 3rd. My shifts likely will be late morning into the afternoon, so nobody will notice when I'm at work, besides maybe getting to bed at reasonable times.
Once I got home I found some things in the mail arrived that I'd been waiting for over the past week. The major one was a gift from my good friend Daniel, who wrote me a background story for my fursona in exchange for sending him my old brick DS. He also included his copy of Mortal Kombat and Fallout 3 for the PS3, to help get my library for that going, since I wanted to play MK with him and other friends. Along with that, I got my new shirt from Continue? Show that I ordered, which I can't wait to debut one of these days. I'd been coveting it for ages so I'm glad I finally got it.
But then I had my baseball game to go work in Riverview, alongside my cousin Anthony. By this time it'd cooled off considerably outside after being hot all day, and as we started the game, dark clouds began rolling over. Between innings in the 2nd, we suddenly had this huge gust of wind, almost like a twister coming in, and so we halted the game to see if the weather would improve, since we noticed other fields doing the same. It's a good thing we did that, because by the time we'd cleared the players off the field to get shelter, the rain started and we rushed for cover, until declaring the game postponed due to the storm. Now it's been humid and hot all night after that, which really sucks.
So yeah, really eventful day. Overall really feeling good after everything, and also enjoying the new PS3 I got the other day, can't wait to play some of the exclusives on there I wanted to try out. Feel free to add me on PSN if you'd like, too.

Spread the word
Posted 10 years agohttp://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6702044/ A great artist is struggling with bills, despite having a job and all that. Without our donations or commissions, he won't be able to hang around on FA or keep anything he owns. So spread the word and help him out if you can.
Commissions maybe...?
Posted 10 years agoSo I've been really on the fence for months about this. People love my writing, saying it's really good and all this. But then I also take forever to write anything and get it posted, so people forget I even write in the first place. People rarely ask me for any stories or offer ideas they'd like to see. At the same time, hardly anybody ever reads my journals or comments on them, except a few friends. So I've got one question for all of you people, since I got new watchers lately.
Should I open for commissions on writing? And if I do, what is a fair price to ask people to pay? I have specialties of course, so if it's within those I'll charge less, but things I'm less skilled at will cost more to do. If you would prefer doing "Pay what you want" then tell me that instead. I'm open to hearing what people say on the matter, because I could use money pretty bad and I need more practice on writing anyway. Note that this is for short stories only, no novel-length things like Tainted Glory. You want multiple chapters from me and it'll cost a lot more. But by all means, please tell me what you guys think. This is not a journal I want to see go ignored or unanswered like so many others I post.
