The comic had a rough patch of personal and financial difficulty but that's cleared up now and it's back baby! Yup the next page is up and with luck we can get back into a regular update again. So, why not wander on down to the website and check out the latest page, you could even pop into the forum and chat about the comic too. We could really do with a few more active people on there :P

I'm a bit late announcing the news of how the marathon went. We got donated money worth of 2 pages and I threw a free page on top too and redrew parts of all the old pages, especially the speech bubbles.

Today marks the first birthday of Plus1! The time has quite literally flown by (ZOOM) it's hard to believe we've been updating for a year now. Big thanks to everyone who is supporting the comic in it's infancy.

Hello, this is Neko.

Unfortunetly I'm being really busy ordering buttons and prints for an upcoming con, and at the same time, getting ready for very important entrance exams for my dream school. So drawing Plus1 doesn't really fit into my schedule this time. But no worries, it's just this one week, and next week there will be a page again!

And for some good news: Get ready for Plus1's first birthday is going to be really soon! 7th of June! We have planned a Plus1 marathon for a week near that date. On that time we will open a donation pool, and for each 15€/20$/13£ reached a new page will be drawn inside the same week (up to 12 pages, and any leftovers will double update schedule for a while)! And the best: It's all going to be streamed!

So save up some funds and look forwards into that <3

Okay so here is the deal, after I posted the journal yesterday Neko managed to inform me that she is staying at Demus' for most of the week. I was all D'aww young love n stuff but then it dawned on me. She is unable to upload to the websites FTP unless she is at home...

Plus1 baby! Yup, things with Neko's school application are done and dusted which means she can once again bring wonderful art to the pages of Plus1. Expect an update tomorrow (for that day 'is' Plus1 day) if all things go well and if you are really good (like, Santa Claus good!) you might even seen an extra page later on in th week too.

We're both really excited to bring Plus1 back and want to thank you all for being so patient durring this prolonged hiatus. Means a lot that you hung around.


Also, I'm putting the two sketchy pieces into scraps now. We don't want people thinking Neko suddenly got bad at drawing. *Shudders at the thought* There's a reason why she's the artist and Nuff is the writer :P

Good news and bad new Plus1 fans.

Let's start witht he bad. Plus1 is going to continue to be delayed for the next few weeks at least as Neko continues with her very important application work for her chosen art college. As important as the comic is to both her and myself she really needs to focus on this first, it's her future after all and I'm sure you all understand.

The good news however is she will still be giving you pieces of art here and there to keep you going just like the brand spanking new voting incentive. Now I don't want to get you all too excited but... who likes Hedgehog bottom? :3

However, today we're interested in your favourites. Yes you! Even though Plus1 is still in the early stages of it's life with so much more to come (and so many new characters to pop along too) we thought it'd be nice to see what the readers opinions were on the characters thus far.

Our Neko has had a hectic weekend and will following that up with a hectic week of arting for her school application (she's off to do some artsy thing at university didn't cha know!) and therefore Plus1 has been put on the backburner untill that is out of the way. What does this means? Well it means that this week you won't be seeing a new page

Normally you can expect a new vote incentive once a month for us at Plus1 HQ but this month, this cold terrible month, we are going to bring you the sunshine. Not literal sunshine, but sonething just as good at warming you up this february, ART.

So, finally I was arsed to post the whole first chapter over here. I hope you're enjoying it!
There was a few small(or big) issues with the quick phased uploading I had, such as I mislinked the official site to everysingle picture, but it's fixed now XD

I was quite positively surprised of how many people we got following us just inside the time I uploaded the comic, a whole 25 people, I mean WOAH.

We have one extra page over our official website at the moment, which is the chapter cover for chapter two - look forwards into it (the whole next chapter I mean)! It's gonna be even better than the first, and you'll meet new and interesting characters in there too, face some new truths of the current ones you just met and discover deeper into their relationships with others. But the more pages come out, the closer we get to where the real shit stars happening! >:D (uh... no, by shit I do not mean porn - gotta mention that, this is FA afterall.)

I'm still planning on uploading some related art into the scraps, including our past vote images and maybe some design sketches :3
