Why was I gone?
Posted 2 weeks agoI wanted to post some insight to why I was disappeared and wanted to put my thoughts down so maybe someone can relate and potentially I could even help others… but I basically lost myself. I have always loved art, loved furries, loved the community. But I got wrapped up in something toxic that I didn’t realize what was happening till it happened.
My insecurities and lack of boundaries caused me to go into a downward spiral. I never felt like enough, my gut instincts that things were wrong I pushed down. My art was always an intricate part of who I am. But it turned into a “It’s not good enough.” Along with all my other insecurities. You’re not pretty enough, you don’t make enough money, you’re not a good lover, you’re not a good artist. You’re doing it wrong. These negative thoughts would go thru my head, to the point of losing passion. For almost everything.
And when I lost that passion all those negative things began to take form. I stopped doing art, I just kind of…gave up. A couple years ago now I went to therapy and started to take back who I am. Pick up the pieces of who I once was years ago and piece them back together. It hurt like hell. I had to stick strong with who I am and what I want. In the process that hurt some people, it hurt like all living hell for myself too. I genuinely want to be the best version of who I am meant to be instead of the negative whispers that went into my head for years.
So that is why I came back. Furries, art, cutesy doodles. I have been doing them since childhood. I want to enjoy it again. Me and thefuckingdevil are no longer together. We are still friends, but unfortunately in my journey to heal I also realized I am also very gay. In a lighthearted way, I’m homo to the goddamn max. So if anyone was wondering what happened between me and TFD we had relationship issues, sure, but we couldn’t work them out because I was also not compatible with him the way he wanted. I hope we continue being friends. Life is fucking hard, throws curveballs, and is fucking weird.

Just wanted to give a heads up I’ll prolly be doing sketches, colored sketches, all that fun commission stuff to get myself back in the swing tomorrow. Super affordable art thinking $10-$20 at most. Posted 10 years agoHeyo guys! How is everyone today?! :3 I've slowly but surely have been catchin' up from that big vacation I went on to Cali phew! I only have one backlogged, and one very recent commission to finish weeeeeeee! After which I will be doing ~*sketch streams~* and other streams instead of actual commissions...because full commissions are pretty hard to accomplish when I'm trying to do projects for school as well! Like seriously 3 out of 4 classes I'm taking give projects weekly. Bhhhgh. I will also be doing my normal YCHS/Adopts in between when I have a little more time on my hands.
I've been planning on making a youtube channel to do tutorials and other misc things on; mainly this is for one of my projects in school :9. I am making my own webpage for one of my classes and one of the requirements is a video or sound file. So I planned on doing a youtube channel and adding something from that! The channel will be mainly human/fanart cause I don't want to run the risk of my class seein what I draw...hah. BUT if you guys are interested in the future, I can make a different channel for my furry artwork! Just all depends on the interest I get from my project one I s'pose.
I also was somewhat thinking about doing a patreon. This would mainly be for fanart and for me to branch out into other medias. Just an idea not sure if it'll happen...mainly due to patreon scamming thats been going around...not sure if I want to get into it?
Well anywho, thats just some info about what I plan in the future. I want to start working harder to get to my goals while keeping everyone content around FA, cause dude I just love everyone on here; you guys are the best <3333

I got the prettiest elf ears and purple contact lenses...I would love to show FA them but uhh idk how I feel 'bout showing my faece. I saw like 3 fursuiters or so? I was only there on Saturday. :9

An update~
Posted 11 years agoI've finished 2 things on my list, and am doing the background work for the third. A little wrench has been put into progress though due to my 3 in 1 cable for my tablet not working. It has been kinda faulty since I've gotten it, it flickers my cintiq off and on often....well now its not working at all and my cintiq won't turn on. When I use the other cable that plugs directly into the power it turns on so I know its not the cintiq. So basically I have to replace that... @-@ I'm going to see if I can find one of my spare tablets in the mean time though...
So I've also come down with the flu...its been going on for a week n a half now. Some days I can get up and do things, and some days I just sleep the day away (like yesterday! @.@)....
and also the most tragic news that has definitively slowed my progress slightly....Our family friend committed suicide this weekend...I am really really fucking torn up about it on so many levels. He was one of the happiest guys I have known, and I kinda looked up to him and his wife as the relationship I wanted to have. They lived well, went on vacations, always were smiling. He got a new job he hated...but other than that this is really just..a shock. I had to have my mom repeat it 4 times to me in disbelief. Apparently he was on antidepressant medication recently and that could have had an effect. I don't know..... It makes me scared though. Money really doesn't buy you happiness, I really hope that I can find my way in life and stay happy through the bs that piles up when you get older...I hope his family gets through this, as well as my family. Things won't be the same for us...

Posted 11 years agoSo I decided since I have no school for quite some time I will go full mode into commissions again so I can be productive with my time. ;D HAH. So I thought for you guys I would keep my trello updated with any progress that I have on each commission.
THESE ARE NOT IN ORDER..My commissions always work in a way where I work on a little of everything. So I may have easier commissions done sooner, more complicated takes more time...etc. All of these commissions were taken at the same time, so one doesn't have major priority over another. Its pretty much up to my discretion on which commission is easier/will get done faster. SO YEAH.
I will keep you guys updated on what stage of the commission your art is one. (I'll write down next to your name if the sketch is done/flats/etc). I will update the trello as I finish, or at least the day after. Hah but yeah I hope you guys like having a visual list with status updates in one location! <3333

Midterm!
Posted 11 years agoMidterm is coming on up for schools so yknow what that means???? Midterm projects and tests *shudders* so ima be a busy bee with that as well as holiday related events. Rest assured my free time will be spent arting unless my brain is broke'd. I'm going to be streaming tomorrow after I finish midterm project for comp class. It's going to be about the use of technology on the human brain and morals about it. Oooooh ahhhhh. Blaaaaah! But yeah I am thinking about either doings a ych Halloween picture or or or if you guys would like HALLOWEEN ICONS!!! If you guys have any other ideas of what you'd like for Halloween for me to do lemme know~! ^w^ I really need to raise some extra monies for a visit from the devil.
