I know I've been pretty much dead on here, but the last semester of nursing school is quite rough. But only a month to go, and I'm done. Forever. But that's not the point of this journal.

Tomorrow my brother leaves for boot camp. Its only just sort of hit me, that his room will be empty after tomorrow, and it will remain that way for 4 months. I've never not had my little brother around, and its kind of weird. I've always relied on him to do the late night food runs, or helping me get my cats off our roof. Or walking the dog in the rain or snow. Granted his endless gaming gets on my nerves, but its a comfort to me when I get to smack his head for some joke or jest. Also there's the fear that once he's home from his training, he'll be shipped out. I've heard many terrifying stories of Veterans from the war, and I don't want to have my brother endure that. Or have something worse happen.

Anyway, I'm scared and I'm praying I won't cry tomorrow as I am right now. I'd rather leave him with a punch to his arm then tears. Growing up sucks sometimes.

Atonement is a freaking depressive movie. So not what I expected.

So, I still wish it was vacation. Work and school have been kicking my ass once again, but I'm managing. Slowly. Though I sometimes feel incompetent when it comes to clinical and my new instructor. And I'll post photos soon. Once I find the ones from vacation..

In 15 hours, I shall be landing in Boston to begin two weeks of relaxing and reading. And lounging on a beach. XD

As in Tuesday, not Wednesday. But today, I found out I didn't get the job I was hoping for at one of our local hospitals, and then when I was telling my gram this I found out she got a positive test for cancer from the piece of bowel they removed. So needless to say, today has just been sucky and I really want to go out to buy myself a stuffed rabbit as its Easter time and there are loads of them (especially a cute Ty one at hallmark) but I'm trying to save my money. Ooh, and I've uploaded some new photos as its been forever since I've done anything.

I know I haven't really been active mainly because nursing school and the holiday shopping season has taken all of my time. But thankfully today was the last day of holiday shopping so that frees me up some. And a word of the wise to any males...penis lesions are nasty things so wear a condom when doing the dirty. That is all.

This phenomena usually brings some joy as I love autumn and winter. Unfortunately, its just making me more depressed.

Lately, I've hit a down patch which I know is from missing my bf and just not getting to do things I want to. Like go to D.C. for a weekend or buy my stupid plane ticket or rp. Also, there's the fact that I thought of had money saved up to move. Only, life never works out and I started school again to get a B.S.N. which in the long run is great job security but it just means I'm stuck away from the one I love longer. Gah. I wish life could just let you have want you want when you wanted it. Anyway, that's enough emo. And I swear I'm gonna get in gear and go take some photographs soon.

Of creativity. Yes. The one of things I loved in my life is slowly fading. Granted its been doing this since last fall, but its kinda hit home now. I've always been for creativity, making up all these stories and plots in my head. But alas, I was not gifted in writing or drawing. Sure I try, but I always feel its just..half assed to be blunt. Anyway, so that part is seeming to drift more and more from my life. Sometimes I think I'm dealing with it well, but others I just break down cause I miss it so damn much. But, yea. I just needed to get it out. Maybe it'll come back, maybe it won't. But I guess you just have to move on sometimes. And yes, I do realize this is emoish, but I don't rightly give a fuck (excuse my language). Love to all XD


P.S. I'll try to like..kinda be more active with the whole photography thing. Since, ya know, I have like actual watchers. Haha.

She could not understand the concept that we had no more Birkenstock's in ladies. She just asking, looking hopeful like we would magically had some appear if she asked enough.
