Posted 10 years agoI am really into betty boop, ever sincs I was a kid I loved her pinups and then when I got a little older (around 16 or so) I started watching her cartoons. Now I find out people hate betty boop O_O Because she is seposed to be 17 years old. The funny part is that the people who are so pissed about this are the same people who watch anime.

Strange fetishes

I wanna draw my character sparticipating in wierd-type of fetishes. No, not the typical "Huehuehue, tits getting big, Huehuehue''
The fetish doesnt have to be gross, like Scat, Gore, Vore, but just... out of the box, something you dont see often.
Age regression/progression is something I wanna do in the future, Bimbofication, shrinking/growing. If any of you out there wanna see me do a cartain fetish in the future tell me now. It can be vanilla, BDSM, Femdom (ohyeah) heck, it can even go beyond human/anthro

Advice from an artist to a commissioner
Posted 11 years agoHey guys, I dont want any of you to get this journal wrong :) this is ment to help so that all you commissioners get the best out of the best.
I cant say this enough, I really cant. Please, please, PLEASE, Dont send TOO many references. If you have a perfectly good ref that accuratetly represents your character then show that reference only. If you dont have a reference, pick out one or two images in wich your character is represented the best (in personality and color)
If you have a very specific idea that you want drawn out, then be sure you commission the right artist. There are artists out there that only work with commissioners that gives them a cartain amount of artistic freedom (and you need to respect that) Understand that if that artist feels your idea is too specific, you need to commission someone else.
When you start getting insecure about the artist you commissioned, note them about it. We cant read minds, so if you feel like your drawing is taking too long, or its lacking cartain qualities/features you need to tell us. A good artist wont get offended or angry, but instead help you out with the isseu, or give you some clearity. (This goes for you artists out there too. If your commissioner brings up a problem or an isseu, dont immidiatly get offended, even if the commissioner loses their temper. Remember: They are your clients, they are paying you, so you sadly need to respect them)
When you recieve a drawing that you overal like, except for one, or maybe even two little things, remember some common courtesy: Always tell them that you like the art you've recieved first, then point out some of the mistakes you'd prefer to be fixed.
This isnt neciserally a rule, but it softens the blow of critique, and it comes over rude to just immidiatly critisize an image first.
Good example: That looks great, thank you very much. Could you just fix the (...) a little? Just make it a little bigger. Thank you.
Bad example: Uhh... Please change this.

Posted 11 years agoFirst of al. RUBYLUVCOW IS CURSED. This is like, the 5th time I am sketching her character and all those times technicul difficulties popped up and my drawing pooped out. Some of them were admitedly fails where I was basically forcing myself to draw.

Posted 11 years agoI was suprised, he went to the Big bazaar (Its a cheap general store that sometimes suprises you with its products) I gave him 10 euros to buy me a cheap headset, but he bought the only one he could find.
I was like "Are you serious..." He bought me a skullcandy that is worth 84 euros (I looked up this model online) for only 10 euros :P
