Update for both commissioners and my watchers! Uploads and my communications have been a bit slower due to an unexpected upcoming move my husband and I are rushing to get ready for. It's a bit short notice, we only have 2 weeks to get packed and get goin', but its a good move at least, and we're very excited!

But this leaves little time for art unfortunately. After we both finish from work we're going straight to packing so we can be ready at the end of the next week. I am squeezing in art time if I can, but its really not happening at the moment.

After we move next week, I will be off work starting June 2nd through... Im not sure, but Im anticipating about a week or close to that if its less time. During that time Ill be making the most use of that time and knocking out more(hopefully all!) of my owed list. Once that's all clear Ill re-open for the quick comms everyone (and myself) are really enjoying.

The outpour of support to help with the vet bill was tremendous and I cant thank you guys enough. <3 Just wanted to say thank you for your support during this difficult week. Ill be diligently working to get these all done as well as the last of the older queue, so thank you to those who helped and also my previous commissioners for your support and patience. Ill be working hard through April to get this all done.

Once those are all clear Im very excited to keep up my practice with backgrounds and lighting (shared a preview on twitter and bsky). As well as more examples for the paper art offerings. In the meantime Im really enjoying the two word prompt doodles they're very fun so I will likely keep those going as well. Thanks guys! <3

Unfortunately as of this morning a little chihuahua rescue dog I had taken under my wing had to be put down at the vet today. We've only had him for a couple of months and I had been saving up to get him a surgery he needed, a full mouth tooth extraction (quoted around $1,200) because he had bad teeth they cant save and just need to be pulled. But other than that he seemed like such happy healthy little boy and I was excited to give him a better life from the previous home I rescued him from. I was actually planning on opening these very same doodle commissions to go alongside a fundraiser I was planning for him. But sadly its now going to be to cover his end of life expenses. The last two days he started having what looked like mini seizures in the morning. Still don't know what caused them. Yesterday when it happened we took him to the vet and he was fine again by the afternoon and acting like his old self. But this morning he had another one, a worse one, and didn't recover. The vet's best advisement was to put him down, his bloodwork and other things didn't look good and unless we had thousands and thousands of dollars to rush him to the emergency vet there wasn't much else to do.

Its a bigger bill than we can really afford at the moment so opening up doodle commissions again to help pay the bill today. Your support at this time would be super appreciated. I know people really seem to like these and they are a bit easier for me, so offering these up to help with funds. These are unlimited and I actually encourage getting more than one so I can raise the needed funds.

I've opened these a few times now and past customers know at this point that these do have a tendency to accidentally turn out at better than doodle quality. But again I state as a disclaimer that this should not be expected and take note of the provided examples for the assumed quality:

- Each Express Commission is $55

- These are lined and flat colored "wing it" style commissions. The rules for these is that no specific requests are allowed, and you may only influence the drawing by providing me with two guiding words of your choice. Complex characters may cost a bit more.

- These are typically completed within 1-5 days. (However, this is not a promise. But it should be the case going forward for most orders of this type. Sometimes life does happen as I do now have another job! )

A little announcement! Ill be working on adopts for the rest of this month to help gather the rest of what I need to help with bills. Been doing my best but due to the hurricane + already starting to get behind before it even hit, I gotta double down and churn out some adopts to make sure I have enough allocated at the end of the month. I don't wanna take on more comms and clog the pipes even more, so adopts seem like the smartest move for now. (However I may do a simple ych or two as those are quicker!) I appreciate your support more than ever at the moment! I have about 9 more days left of this month so I gotta hustle.

Freaking finally after 2+ weeks in the dark. It keeps going out for bit a occasionally but Its breathing! :) Now we just need the flood repairs finished so life can go back to normal. Everything is shoved in our living room, and half the place has the walls and floors stripped XD

Hey just wanted to do a quick post that I may be quiet for a bit until our internet is back. Its been out 12 days so far since the hurricane hit. Our power was back on within a day but the Internet remains down sadly, and it's a bit of a pain doing everything through the phone. Hey everyone! Recently I got the idea of opening a Patreon to allow people who my enjoy my art to have access to Patreon exclusive bases for a majority of my future art. This means that all of my art will have a corresponding base available for patrons. All future art you see uploaded here will be available to my supporters on Patreon via PSD and PNG files for them to edit and use as they wish. It is my hope that this Patreon would allow me more free time to create art and illustrations that I think the fandom would enjoy. Hello everyone, just wanted to make a short journal apologizing for the deadness. Had a lot of big changes and adjustments over here including a big move, so It's taken me away from art for a while and from finishing up the last few owed pieces on my list. I have a lot Id like to draw and finish up so hopefully ill be able to do that soon! I miss being active here.

As of 1/24/2023 any new sketch commissions will completed in the quality advertised in the examples below. (This does not apply to the current queue!) Lately I've been over working my sketch commissions to the point where the lines are practically clean lines and no longer sketchy as I intended. Ive been over-working for the amount paid, but it became a vicious cycle because I felt bad giving another person less clean lines than another customer. So formally announcing here that any new comms will be completed in the original intended sketch style. If you would like to pay for clean lines we can discuss it but at this time more sketchy lines will allow me to serve more people due to my poor tired ADHD brain. Thank you for understanding and for commissioning me! 😂
