just doing some last minute cleaning and packing before and I hop in the truck and make the 11-13hr drive to my parents place. Gonna be leaving at around 7:30pm, that way we'll only have Sunday morning traffic to deal once we hit Batesville. Never driven a U-Haul before, this one is 14', so I am all kinds of nervous but that should dissipate once i hit the freeway.
Parents were nice enough to send us their Shell and Exxon gas cards, which is awesome because we don't have enough cash to even fill up a regular car tank halfway, downside is the nearest Shell station is gonna take us 10miles off our route(Exxon is another 15) so XP.

Though I did not care for living in Toledo, OH I will say there are a few places I will miss; like the mall which was a 10min drive away(nearest mall is an hour drive from Batesville), Buffalo Wild Wings(Their Garlic Parmesan chicken...OMG it's so good), Allied Record Exchange(Seriously best place to go for damn good prices on games and movies, got original Silent Hill for $10 X3) and finally Vito's Pizza(Other then awesome pizza they have the BEST Cheesy bread I have ever eaten *Drools*)

It saddens me that I had to sell a good portion of my movies and games to help pay for the move(sacrifices must be made) but that just means I can just look for them all over again...especially Queer Duck, there are so many more I must torture with that *Grins evilly at *

Whelp gotta get back to work, hopefully I can get things done quick enough to get a nap in before leaving.

I've cheated death for 27 years...that is all.

Still at work but decided to give an update.

Ok so Carla wasn't able to make the 11pm appointed time, no biggie because she said she show up around 6am instead and asked that I have the text, videos and any other evidence I had ready.
At 4:43am Scott calls and says he needs me to work a 12hr shift(meaning I'd be doing an 11pm-11am shift) because he had an "emergency". A few minutes later he texts me saying his baby is running a 101 temp. 1stly why didn't he say that over the phone? He sure had time to babble during the call so he wasn't in a hurry and 2nd even if he was telling the truth because he's lied to me so many times I naturally labeled it as "bullshit".

Well 6am came and sure enough so did Carla, I told her about Scott wanting me to work a 12 and the conversation went as thus;

Carla: he's having you work a 12 knowing how long it takes you to get home?

Me: Yes and he said he'd make it up to me by giving me Wednesday off and having me work a 12 Thursday to make up the extra 4hrs.

Carla: So you're still scheduled to come in tonight?

Me: yes, I'm gonna be getting less than 4hrs of sleep before coming.

Carla: This is unacceptable, he can't have you work these kinds of hrs and not call me when he isn't coming in(apparently Scott is suppose to call Carla and inform her whenever HE is gonna be late/not come in...which he has never once done).


After that she had me show her the log book where I wrote my patrols and other stuff to prove that I did work 2hrs over Sunday and that I did work Thursday. She had brought some old time sheets with her to compare with the log book and within 3 minutes she found 7 things in the log book that did match the time sheets, she had me look at the time sheets and I informed her that was not my handwriting(proved it by showing her how my 3s 5s and signatures were completely different from the ones that were written for those days.
After 30min she found so many alterations that she just decided to take the entire log book back to MI to compare with the other time sheets, worst part is she found an alteration that went as far back as January.

After that she informed me that I would NOT be coming in to work tonight since she wants me to be well rested after working the 12, she then asked if I was gonna be ok heading home. I told her I'd be calling a cab since I wouldn't be getting home until 2pm if I went by bus, Carla very nicely told me I'd be compensated for the cab fare I. My next check.

Also on a note, she'll be calling Scott around 9ish to tell him that she had "just finished stopping by for a quick visit and was surprised to see me instead of him and that I looked very fatigued and barely to keep my head up...and then bitch him out for not calling in" her words. X3

so the newly appointed supervisor of my area, Carla, called me to inquire about some oddities with my sign in sheet. She wanted to know why I only worked 4hrs Wednesday, I told her that I worked a full 8 that night and that's when things got interesting.

Carla: Well you signed that you only worked the 4

Me: I couldn't have signed that because always takes the sign in sheet back to MI on Wednesdays, so I wasn't able to sign in then or on Thursday.

Carla: ...I don't have you working Thursday, Scott is written for the 7pm-11am.

Me: *After a good amount of fuming* worked that night, you can ask Jeffery since I relieved him.

Carla: Well you didn't Post Positive in(Signing in via phone).

Me: Scott told me not to, I have have the text message on my phone. I know he told the same thing to Jeffery.

Carla: Yes Jeff told us about that and that Scott had been unfairly demanding of you, I just needed you to confirm some of what he told us.


And the next 20-30 min were spent with me telling her of all the shit Scott has been doing, like the having me work 4hrs off the clock under the agreement he'd relieve me 4hrs early....Spoiler: He never did. Also about his constantly coming in late, calling me in the work extra hrs when he knows it takes me 3hrs to get to work(Van broke down and have to take 2 buses plus a 1.5mile walk) and his saying since I usually arrive 1.5hrs early that I can relieve my coworkers and hr early and work that hr off the clock because "You're gonna be there anyway".

Just to clarify, I only show up that early because the last bus I catch final route is at 8pm so I really have no choice but to catch it. And on a side note I usually spend that hr sitting on the floor resting my legs and pretty much refusing to get up because of how exhausted I am.

Well Carla said she'll be stopping by to talk with me about everything and to show her the text message(s) and the video evidence I have on Scott. I honestly feel that today is gonna be a good day.

Pre gave birth to 5 adorable bundles of fluff, sadly 2 of them did not make it. 1 died during the birthing process and the other passed away this morning, though is this common in the animal world it doesn't make it any less sad.

The other 3 are doing quite well, they are very active and look to be well fed by their mother.

My cat Pre, whom I was hoping was just fat, just started giving birth to her kittens today.
Was a little worried at first because she gave birth to one kitten but didn't out any others for a while and there's usually a time limit for that before you have to head for the vet, luckily it didn't come to that.

though for some reason she seems to wanna gave birth to each of them in a different place, first one was up stares and the 2nd was on poor backpack(which I will be replacing for him ^^; )
Hell while writing this journal she came downstairs and placed one of the kittens on the couch, instantly I caught on to her plan and had to wrestle with her(gently of course). Finally won by taking the kitten up stairs, putting it in the room with its sibling and then closing the door once Pre went in after it.

Honestly have no idea what I'm gonna do, Andrew and I will be moving out in a couple months and I can't find any no kill shelters that are accepting cats, at this point I'd be more than happy to give the cats to a farm where they'd stay in the barn and keep the rodent population down.

Never donated to the guy so I'm not one of the "victims" but I felt spreading the word the right thing to do.

The Universe just gave me the biggest kick in the balls I've ever gotten.
Was with  andrewthefoxdemon at Allied, looking through their old games and I decided to buy Alundra 2. Having never played it but always wanted to I was a bit excited, after purchasing the game I checked the disc and saw a few scratches and ask if they could buff them out. Guy comes back and...the disc broke almost in half when the scratches were getting "fixed".

Seriously...fuck you universe.

As I am not tech savvy and Google just keeps bringing up things that I'm NOT having trouble with I figured I'd ask the kind users of FA for a little help.

Recently my External HD has been giving issues when it comes to saving files on to it, not I can remove files and even work on existing files then save the changes no prob but whenever I try to save something on to it it just stops responding.
I dunno what started it, 1 minute I'm transferring 2 folders over, 1st one goes without a problem but once I start on the 2nd instant freezing, had to restart and has been screwing up since. Even simple image files cause the freezing, heck Mozilla will freeze as well if I try saving from the source.

Thinking it was a hardware problem I decided to do a system restore, didn't work, did 3 of them each one going back further and kept getting the same message "Restore was Unsuccessful, No files were changed"

Also tried to Defrag and...not sure anything actually happened, kept saying "1%" the entire time.
If anyone has any advice I'm all ears.

Also if you're considering getting one don't listen to GameStop about transferring your downloaded games from the Wii to the Wii U. Was told all I had to do was transfer the games to an SD Card and then put them on the Wii U that way. I did that, then sold my Wii to get an extra $50 in credit towards the Wii U, then I get home and find out that NO you cannot transfer that way. You have to have your Wii and Wii U on and connected to the net to move the games.
Luckily I was able to call Nintendo and once I've sent them the receipt for the trade-in they'll in turn get me my games back.

Well a semi-success, first movie ran perfectly but comp got overheated during the 2nd so had to cut the stream short...luckily it happened still at the very beginning so no one got invested.


So I dunno when I'll be able to do another Livestream(hoping Tuesday) but I am up for suggestions. First I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to help spread the word around for me.

Sadly it would seem we either waited too late to start looking or time just wasn't on our side. My parents(who "own" the house but were gonna put it in m name if I lived in it for 2 years) decided with all the financial trouble I'd been having with the house, my van, recently the bills and all the debt I've had to get into to get what problems I could fixed, that it would be best to just sell the house.

Though I did struggle with them on the subject of "Just gives us a little more time" they ultimately won. I do understand where they are coming, they don't wanna see their child suffering, I just really wanted to make this work.

Dunno when the move will be, my parents and brother wanna come up help me pack but gotta make sure they all have the money/time to do so. So I'll either be leaving just before Christmas or around the beginning of January.


As much as I enjoyed living in Toledo I can't say my time here will be put into the "happy" section of my memories. Almost as soon as we got to the house the trouble started, first we discovered that it was not properly emptied and was still full with a lot of stuff, We found out the insulation was bad because it would be slightly warm outside but boiling hot inside(I mean pills melting together hot), we also discovered that a pipe in the bathroom was leaking and had caused the kitchen ceiling to cave in, the house was full of old wiring(kitchen is the only room with 3 prong outlets), the place was roach infested, there was no fridge/ac unit/stove/washer/dryer in the house that were suppose to be, the bed rooms were completely packed with boxes so we didn't even have somewhere to rest after the 16-20hr drive from Arkansas. 2 weeks later I find my transfer never went through so I'd have to start job hunting.
And that was just the day we arrived, we spent months getting the house cleaned up and emptied of the old crap, honestly cannot say how many trash bags we went through I just remember the stack getting so high.
Then after afew months just when we think thins are starting to settle my van breaks down, costs me $1,000 to get fixed, month later it break down again and another $1,000 to fix it. not even a month after it breaks again, fixed for free but still tearing my hair out. Had to go into debt to get those repairs done because it took me 2 months to get work and didn't have the money needed.
then the front axle to the van breaks just after I fill it up with gas(literally while I was still at the gas station).
then the transmission AND PCM go out so I had to start taking the bus to work, I would get about 5hrs less sleep aday taking the bus since I'd have to take the 16, ride all the way to the line, pop on the 11, ride it to the Holiday Inn and walk a mile and a half the rest of the way. i decided to get a bike to make the walking portion of the trip shorter, unfortunately I forgot 1 crucial detail...it'd been almost 20years since the last time I rode a bike, my legs were on fire.
Shortly after that I found out my van wasn't broken it was just acting up.

All this in the span of 1 year.

I know most people would say it is better that I live like I am now but I really did want to make this work.

Since it has now been stated by Shigero Miyamoto that the Koopalings are not Bowser's Kids, infact Bowser has only 1 child(Bowser JR.). How does this affect you? Does nothing to me, I liked the Koopalings growing up and their no longer being "Bowser's Kids" has not in any way changed that.

In Japan they are called KoKoopa, Ko means small or tiny but it can also mean Child so it's easy to see how we thought the Koopalings were related to Bowser, someone just mistranslated.

And don't go "But the TV show had them as his kids", ok well the TV also changed the names of the Koopalings so I can honestly say the show doesn't count for squat in this conversation.


Now with information regarding the Koopalings I have only 1 question: Are they kids? I don't think Nintendo(of Japan) has very actually called them that, so I believe they're adults. I mean they are pretty much the same size as a regular Koopa.

You will not regret spending the 1200 points. If you like platforming action RPGs then this is the game for you.
and before anyone says anything, the fact that all the characters are anthros has nothing to do why i got it (Didn't even put that info on my "Reasons why you should get this" list).
When the first video was released a couple years ago I was instantly set on getting it, the animation of the character was just beautiful and the combat looked so smooth(plus constantly being attacked by groups of enemies is a plus in a my book).
Like many I waited for the release, through all the push backs I waited and when it finally came out today...I. Was. Not. Disappointed.
I was blown away within the first 30min of playing by the great voice acting, well written story/dialog and a main character that is more than 1 dimensional.
The combat system is fast pace and easy to get use to but it will punish you for screw-ups, has a lot of hidden keys and treasure chests throughout the entirety of the game. Also surprised the hell out of me by having a hard life lesson in it and for an E rated game that's pretty freaking rare.

I'm really not saying as much as I want to about the game but that's because I keep wanting to add things that'll spoil it but I will say the amount of references to other games in it are very fun to notice(some are very subtle that they're easy to miss).

I've gotten back into making comics, hopefully this will last a while though I probably won't be uploading 3 at a time very often.

You probably noticed that I used the same background in each, that's because I've been working on my own BGs and will no longer be using Maniac Mansion. I don't have many rooms rooms completed so you'll be seeing the BGs quite often.

Also my comics will be more random than story arc based, if I do work on an arc it won't be posted until it is completed. Going through my gallery I noticed I've started many arcs but left quite a few unfinished and you the readers are always left wondering what happens.

There will be a few changes made, nothing big just minor stuff I see as needing changed/fixed/removed.
