FFFFFFFFFF 2 more days! :D

Yep. Was at work last Friday and it got crushed between the collars of two heavy joints of steel pipe. I got pins put in it today so that the bones don't move while they heal...a process which will take 8 to 12 weeks. I'm right handed, so my ability to do a great number of things that were part of my daily routine has been greatly hindered. Can't even use my mouse with my hand like this, so I can't even play games. This sucks. Like, a lot. I've never felt so useless in my life. :c

Forgive me if I exclude anything or get things jumbled, I waited too long to post this XD

And holy shit. This was the best con I've ever been to. If I exclude anyone, forgive me. There were sooooo many people that made last weekend the most amazing experience of my life. <3

Thursday

Plane got in around 12:30 or so. Called  lost_cat to let him know I was there, but apparently our roommate, Copper, had not yet showed up, so we had to store all our crap in the video game room, which is where I spent a good majority of Thursday. Met up with  dasoslukos a little later and we wandered around the con, which was kinda disorganized at that point. Eventually got into the room and put all my crap away. Ended up buying some booze and drinking a little. Don't think much else happened that night.

It's going to be very difficult to include EVERYTHING from here on out, as the rest of the con was just crazy.

Friday

Woke up and wandered a bit, talked to a few people. Helped out Dasos by being his handler for a little while since it was his first time suiting :3 Ended up drinking early because Cinders told me he drank the rest of my Jager. So I said screw it, bought more, and started drinking at 5:00PM. XD Ended up in the game room again, where I got to meet  scottjfox ...who I found is really cute x3 Me and Cinders eventually ended up at his room for a little get-together he was hosting, and I got to meet a lot of awesome twitter furs like  kravenlupei  tomoglaciertear and  aht1991 . Later that night I found  kobalthusky and hung around him for a while, eventually ended up in a room with him,  taekwo and  yawnilutrova and talked with them a bit before me and Taekwo decided to check out the dance. And who do I find hanging around the dance? BRANN FUCKING DAILOR, THE DRUMMER FOR MASTODON. I SHIT YOU NOT. His wife came up to me because I had a Mastodon shirt on and she said, "You see that guy over there? That's the drummer for Mastodon. I'm his wife." So yea. I walked over and started talking to him for a bit, and we wandered over to security where he apparently talked them into giving him a free pass for the night so he could check out the dance. Why? Anyway, eventually called it a night and passed out. Great night.

Saturday

Woke up and showered and all that nonsense, and I run into a friend of mine named Matty, who I had not seen since AC, so I talked with him for a bit. Watched the fursuit parade and got food and...I'll be honest, I don't really remember what happened for a while after that. At some point, me, Ricochet, Cinders, Copper, and Cantos decided to go to this huge liquor store called Mac's, and I bought a 1.75L bottle of Sailor Jerry's. Yea, I never got to finish it. XD Anyway, headed to the fursuit dance competition a while after that. I remember at some point, while intoxicated, I tried talking to  ranan while he was hosting it, so he announced to the entire room, "I'm gonna give a shout-out to my friend Purity here, who's trying to carry on a personal conversation with me while I'm working!" And I was like, "FFFFFFUUUUUU- D:" eventually ended up talking to Kraven and Tomo for a bit in their room...aaaaaaaaaaand ended up talking to Cinders afterward and going to hang out with him, Ranan, Prime,  luckywolf  pog and some other people who's names escape me. D: Was a really fun night, though ^^ Went back to the room and passed out afterwards. :P

Sunday

Woke up and there really wasn't much to do, but I found Taekwo and we started off drinking early! Woohoo! Seriously. I spent nearly all of Sunday drunk. 15 HOURS. XD Sunday was just a day of hanging out, pretty much :P Hung out with Taekwo for a bit, then found Kraven and hung with him for a while, acting as his handler while he suited. Saw Drumming Raccoon after the furries got talent thing, and talked with him a bit while helping him carry his equipment to his car. Found Taekwo again and we drank some more, while hanging out with Tifosi, Copper, Cantos, and Dasos. Couple of us decided to go swim for a bit after that, but I decided not to. Why? Because as I was going to put all my stuff in Dasos' room (which was right next to the pool), he asked me if I wanted to wear his suit. So, of course, I was like, FUCK YEA! :DDD So I put on his suit, which just barely fit me. and he's a couple of inches shorter than me, so I couldn't lift my arms above my head at all, and I could hardly bend over. But it still fit somewhat! XD So, I went and danced with some other suiters out in front of the main event room while we waited for the actual dead dog dance to start, which was fun ^^ Eventually got into the dead dog where I saw  foxglove , who gave me glowsticks :D so, in a very drunken haze, I started whirling them around in no particular pattern, trying to look cool. But it's okay, because I was in a fursuit, so everything I did was automatically adorable ^_^ Went to the headless lounge after that, because I was exhausted and overheated like nothing else. Messed around for a little bit longer, and eventually went back to Dasos' room and took the suit off so he could put it on. Wandered back to the dead dog for a while before remembering hearing about a party hosted by Mizu, so I wandered up to the room, but found that they had all migrated to Tigerpaw's party. So I went in there for a little bit, saw some cool people like  bucktowntiger and  skroy . Drank a bit more because there was free booze. XD Also,  triggerfox owes me 2 cigs. DON'T THINK I FORGOT ABOUT THAT >:| Ended up moving the party to Mizu's room, where a met some cool people like  rather_dashing1121 and  corvuszero . Also saw Taekwo and  jasehusky there, and...I really don't think I should go into further details about the party. Things got a little crazy. XD But trust me, it was an AWESOME party. It was one HELL of a way to end an amazing con.

Monday

Not much to say about Monday, really. REALLY sad day. Said goodbye to Cinders and Ricochet, dragged my luggage downstairs, said goodbye to Matty, and went to the airport. Nobody else I knew was awake. :( Got through all the airport BS and made it home by 3:00PM.

tl;dr: This was the best goddamn con I've even been to, and the most amazing experience of my life. I said the same thing about FWA 2010, and it was proved to me that the con can only get better. Thank you to EVERYONE who made it awesome, I can't possibly list you all, but you know who you are. <3 I will definitely be there next year, and every year after if humanly possible! :D

I'm still there but it's like pretty much over. The best party of the whole fucking con just ended...and I have so much to talk about. My con report will come a bit later, and it will be very much tl;dr worthy l believe. But for right now... I've been drunk for 15 hours straight. I need sleep. Plane tomorrow will be fun. >.<

Never done a con report before, usually I've been too drunk to remember most of the cons I've been to. Kinda the same for this one, but I dunno, I'm bored. :<

Got in Friday night around 9:30, after TRAFFIC FROM HELL >:O Left during rush hour in OKC, set me back an hour x.x Anyway, got to the hotel, walked around till I found  okidoki and company, talked to them for a bit before finding  falconpunch and getting my room key, so I could put mah stuff away~
Got into my room and Liam, along with Soboku, decided to join me. Started drinking a bit, then left the room to go wander into whatever shenanigans what may come. Ran into  merkindesr and hung with him pretty much the whole rest of the right. Went to Draconis' room and tried some new booze (new to me, anyway), which included absinthe, which was a little too rough for me even after the whole sugar cube on fire thing XD. Eventually ended up in a room talking about the 2012 phenomenon until 4:30 in the morning with Merk, Jase, Eris, Gunther, Jesus, Kyousuke, and Khyle. Overall, probably the best night of the con for me. :3

Woke up Saturday morning and headed to registration since I didn't make it early enough the previous night. Went to the Fursuit Performance 101 panel and watched Oki and Pacerfox talk for a bit, then hung out with my good friends Kyle and  ladyvixenkia . Watched the fursuit parade, went to get food at Chili's, then went to the Furry Night Live thing a while after that, which was pretty funny XD
Went back to my room and thought about drinking, but decided that I needed something else on my stomach. So, I drove to a Walgreen's and bought a whole loaf of bread! :D Seemed like the logical thing to do. Went back to the room and drank while talking with Jesus and a few of his friends, then wandered off to do drunken things.
I'll be completely honest, this is where my memory starts to fail me. I remember going to a room party for a bit, then meeting up with Liam again and hanging with him, as well as Alby. Went to the Oklacon room party and hung out there for a bit, but got bored of that quickly. Saw Oki and Askari at the dance, while also seeing  zidor and bugging him for a bit :P Found Durango Dingo and talked with him a bit, and he lost his bandana right before he headed to bed. Ended up finding it shortly afterwards, but he had already turned in, so I found him the next day and gave it to him. :P But honestly, I don't remember much else. I fell asleep at some point, around 2:30 am if I remember correctly.

Sunday was kinda uneventful and sad. Didn't wake up until close to 11 am. Showered, got dressed, then packed up all my stuff and was about to go to lunch with Kyousuke and Jesus when he gets a call saying we have to check out now. So, we go to the front desk and make sure he isn't charged for another night, and go back to the room only to find out the cards don't work anymore. So he runs back downstairs to get a new one, and we finally get in and get all out stuff out XD.
We go to lunch after that, where we are joined by Eris and 2 friends of Jesus' who's names escape me. :< After lunch, Jesus had to go, so we bid him farewell, and went back to the con. I wandered for a little bit before watching the dance contest, then walking around before going to closing ceremonies with  arcticfox6i , who I hung out with pretty much the whole rest of the con. Finally left around 9:30 after making myself stay for a bit to try and find something to do, but ultimately realizing that I had to get home and sleep since I had work in the morning. Ended up getting home around 1:30, then passing out. Work sucked the next morning XD

All in all, it was a pretty good con. Not the best I've been to, and certainly not better than last year's, but still a good time :3 I apologize if I left someone out somewhere, or got events jumbled up. Bear with me here, I don't remember a whole lot. XD Next con...FWA! Which is sure to be much better :3

So, Furry Fiesta is in about a month and a half...and I still don't have a room. Yea, I know, I'm a slacker >_> I have to work that Friday, and have to be back at work the following Monday, so I will only be there Friday and Saturday night. Anyone else that's going have floor space? I just need a place to sleep and shower :P

Leaving tomorrow after I get off work, should be there around 6 or 7! :3
