Hello everyone! So I’ve made a breakthrough with my art. I have concluded my real artistic Side shines though when I make horrible, monstrous, disgusting, maybe disturbing abominations, aka horrible beast. I’ve seen and watched people compliment me, ask me for commissions about the art as they appreciate it and that really gives me motivation. Sure, I will continue making open species designs but I will be focusing on monster designs, maybe this will be a new start for me.

Who am I

Names Sky, adult, freelance and left handed artist whom is also ace. I spend my days being a college student then a artist making characters to put up for adoption and my own love! You will never see anything Explicit from me as NSFW art isn't my taste, sorry for any inconviences. I create a range of creatures assorting from mammals, avians, aquatics to reptilians to dinosaurs and so on and so forth. I hope that my character designs spark interest in you guys and can bring some cool monster designs to a forever home! I am also a gamer, I switch between times to keep me going, I draw then take a gamers break then vice versa.

I know I have had a few people ask me if I do commissions, why yes I do but there closed at the moment as I would like to crank out some adopts to post and sell. I do however specialize in character designing. (More info will be posted on a alternate website which I am currently updating) though I would love to take some character design commissions in the near future!

however I am mainly writing this journal to also announce that me and my art partner  Nexpo-R have opened up a telegram channel to promote our art and the amazing adopts we create for you guys to buy! we will be creating some beautiful female monster girls and maybe a few male character designs that are the monsters from Capcoms hit game Monster Hunter! so far my partner has managed to get a few to sell and soon I will be posting there to and we would like YOU to come and support us if you would like! it will mean a lot and give us motivation! Hello everyone and my fellow friends and followers and those who visit my page! I'm terribly sorry for the inactive session as usual but I have had to do so much things I am doing in my life, which is mainly college and jeez its a struggle. Unfortunately I got myself into a predicament that I managed to get out of! College, yes it is a struggle and i'm kicking myself into gear even more now as I want to transfer to another big college here where I live. As we know Covid has put a stop to many things and a hold to on some, my family has unfortunately been hit by covid hard time where I legit thought I was gonna lose one of my parents. But months have passed and where all ok! I actually got my first vaccination and will be getting my last one on the 28th this month!

Artistic Journey


Artistic wise I have just been so unmotivated for many reasons, A. Cause of college B. the lack of interest in my art and C. how my art is never appreciated by many like it used to. I know some may find this either weird or whatever else but its true, hard work only for what? one or two likes or no likes at all and its very demotivating as I know people who used to like my work don't support me yet they support the other artist I know or they know to? Like I wonder what changed that made you not support me anymore? Like my style? interest? Characters? Well whatever it is im sorry you don't like it but we all change no? But at this point I don't stress about it to much, even though it lingers. Besides its not like anyone will see this journal anyways since many who follow me are inactive. It's just one of those artist struggle I know many artist and writers go through. But I will always make my move cause I will not let anything block my vision! I have been trying out new techniques and wanting to get out of my comfort zone. I have always loved artist who draw such beautiful scenery paintings and regular drawings via hand or digital. I know its a learning process and curve but in the end I know it'll be a new skill to add to my artistic media and make better drawings then before!

I am also focusing on drawing more Living Machine characters. I had recently revamped my Dodge Challenger character by the name of Tod. his previous designs mostly consisted of green. Despite the help I got I didn't really like his design so I went back to my original way and made him the way I wanted, plus his previous design sparks back some bad flashbacks of drama from people in a certain community. Anyways ill be bringing more living machine characters to life, some you may find regular, some may have more beastly aspects, now those ones I know many people love!

Other then that life has kept me busy from doing the things I really love doing but I will slowly be making a schedule to do things I want to do as I have calculated things I plan to improve myself and reflect on. OH! some other fun news, if many know I always loved fursuiting, I managed to finally adopt a fursuit design last year and now he's home and I love him so much! I have photos of him on my Instagram if your interested! Overall I just want to say thank you to those who stayed with me on my adventures on social media and supported me, it truly means a lot to me, new friends and old friends! I know I have some who follow me who don't associate with me anymore but I thank you to for everything to and in the past even if we don't interact. Besides we are in the year of 2021 and I forgive everything that happened last year even if others do not forget since I know some people will hold onto a grudge for a very long time. may I also state that no I am not calling anyone out, I just know everyone has different personalities and I know a few relative who can hold a grudge for a very long time.

Overall this is how my life has been with me for the past last year and this year. In a rate from 1 to 10 I give 2020 a 4 cause things were so hectic, stressful, moments of pain and little joy and just above and beyond from loosing friends, a love interest, almost family members and literally flunking college but life goes on and we all face obstacles in life you know? Yes these moments where painful and will be in the memory bank but I always make a mental note to myself to learn from mistakes or other obstacles and challenges life throws a you. I know I still face challenges and always will as I continue my adventure and journey in my life of adulthood and as an artist, but I know there will always be my friends who will support me as always! Overall this journal is just to vlog how things have gone in the past and the present currently. I wish you all a good day or night! until then I will see you all next time!

Hello everyone here of furaffinity! Sky here and I just want to say that I appreciate all the new follows! I’m not dead it’s just i am a college student and I am very busy with getting a job, soon my license and much along with taking care of a mother who suffers from lupus. Also happy late Valentine’s Day,I really wanted a picture of Jhonny with his wife to surprise my best friend but college has me in such a twist. I’ll be trying to post more art here soon but not any W.I.Ps cause I treat my FA, DA and other media’s like a portfolio for my artwork. Hey guys sky here! So art trades will officially be back in business this Thursday as I have a lot of work to do this week for college. Got essays and outlines due and other big projects, and I must work on increasing a low grade in one of my classes. Soon I will be working on a schedule to show my fellow client's what times are days I will be working on artwork.

Also im incredibly sorry for my inactivity, in August college officially started For me and I have been a busy bee. It's kept me from being artistic and creative, along with some extremely overdue art trades. But the good news is that I’m off on Friday's and I work on trades and on the weekends also, but squeezing in some work here and there also.

Yesterday I officially turned 19 years old and today was my party, I had quite the blast, though I wish more friends could've made it 😔 but hey! No worries im a grateful bean. Anyways back do the topic, I have some plans in mind for the future such as adopts, opening commissions, maybe request (but only if I have a huge amount of activity and followers and it will only be for that) and much much more. For now I will post more updates and try my hardest to be active here. I'm sky the fluffy Dutch angel dragon and I'll see you next time!

Wassup everyone,Sky the dutchie here I know I’m a few days late but,I just wanna say a huge HUGE thanks from the heart to all of you who wished me a very wonderful happy birthdays,and tbh I knew it was my brothers but I wasn’t expecting all the wishes or gift and I kid you not,when I read all your guys messages and seen your gifs,everything meant so soooo much to me and this was the best ever omg,you guys made me so happy I had the biggest smile on my face since then. (where still having the family issue badly still i vented about in a discord server) all of your guys gifts where so heartwarming to me,and know what,you guys where the ones who remembered my birthday more then anyone did irl (besides family lol) but my point is,this was the best birthday I ever had and couldn’t thank you guys enough,I hope your guys special Days when they come are just a wonderful as you guys made mine ❤️

Also guess what,as some know and seen if anyone cares,I won me a pair of handpaws in a raffle last month from a handpaws raffle on Furry amino,and yesterday THEY ARRIVED right after school,got picked up,mom handed my a good sized FedEx box,I looked at the label and it said ‘Dutchie Paws’. I tore into that box like I tear into my hamburgers so good,and holy crap,these paws where so sooooo fluffy,puffy and they smelled so brand new. (good smell 👌✨) also another thing,I won me a Fursuit like a looong time ago like three months ago and yesterday I get the email that they’re gonna begin on Sky soon,my heart pounded with more excitement I covered my mouth,now all I need to do is get my mother to help measure myself to give to the makers..hhh she takes forever like I do getting out of bed on a Monday morning for school 😫

-what happened to me posting Inktober art?-

For Inktober,so,I was soooo deadass yesterday from coming home late from my homecoming football game (we won’t btw 14-21 and the other side was sooooo quiet all the time lol) I forgot to do day 12s inktober,but I’m still gonna do it and ink it lol,I’m not posting my inktober yet cause I want to take my time,cause the mindset I was in was “ok,do this inktober,get it done today before 12pm and post it”. But I know Inktober isn’t a must,but my goal is to complete my first Inktober in my life cause I’m always a day or two behind and I give up. So,yeah,I’ll post my inktober when I take more time and better pictures for them,cause looking at them,seeing the few favorites and no comments,I think they’re really boring,but I know not to some of y’all who like them ❤️
