I haven't fully set everything up yet re: art, and I don't have the time or patience to sift through a year's worth of FA stuff, so I'm still not gonna be quite active, but I'm here again. As always, I'm much more active on tumblr. Just letting you guys know that I haven't completely abandoned this account.

I think I am finally back to doing art stuff again on the semi-regular. I've been super busy with my job (but in a good way because I love it so much), but I keep getting that creative itch. I've also been wanting to improve my art to the point where I could maybe make a little money with it because I don't think I could handle two out of home jobs at once, and art would be on my terms-ish, so it sounds much more doable. But that's still way in the future, I think.

I'm *still* working on those custom ponies that I mentioned quite a while back. Braeburn and Big Mac are done except for painting and attaching their manes, and Caramel still needs everything painted (but his mane is sculpted). I got the design a pony Luna, and I am painting her to look like Princess Applejack. Might pick up another one and make her Cadance because I love that pony. I also got the design a pony Rainbow Dash, and I'm thinking about just painting her regular but idk yet.

Sorry for all the pony art and talk of ponies. I never intended to get this obsessed, but here we are. Same with the adult stuff. I've got quite the backlog of sketches that need to be scanned and maybe turned into finished pieces, and they are actually regular furry stuff and not pony. I also made a new character who is a super cute GSD with a floppy ear that I've been meaning to make a ref sheet for. Speaking of which, I really need to redraw all of my ref sheets. My list of art projects never ends, haha.

It's been a while since I've checked this, whoops. Thought I'd share a bit of an update for those of you wondering what I've been up to. Here we go:

I am now employed! I work at a toy store and it is the best job ever and I have such friendly and rad coworkers and wow I love it so much!!! It doesn't help me save my money because I'm always seeing new things to buy, but hey, I have money now sometimes!

Fiance got me back into ponies, only this time I am, like, super into them. Already bought a bunch of sets and spent more than I should on them, but oh well. Might get into customizing them a bit, too, depending on how many duplicates I end up with (probably a bunch of Pinkie Pie's because she is in a lot of sets). Working on a custom one right now using a G3 McDonald's toy as the base, and I will be sure to post pictures when I'm done.

Haven't been drawing much lately due to working all the time and also just not being on my laptop. My laptop is super duper slow to start up, and I don't have my tablet drivers or art programs installed on any other computer, so I haven't really had the opportunity to. Got some traditional stuff done the other day, although most of it has been sketches. Might get around to scanning them and finishing them someday.

Also, I am not going to be going back to school! It's a little weird not having to go back, but I am certainly not complaining about getting to stay home instead of taking the drive to Lubbock to mope for the school year. Only had one year left, which is a bummer, but I got a lot accomplished and I've got a job right now and things are pretty great for me.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I have midterms coming up, which means a couple tests and infinite essays and reading to get done. I do want to draw more stuff, but I've apparently forgotten how to draw (and it was in the sketchbook I'm giving to Fiance, too :[ ). Gonna try to have some art thing posted by the end of the week (it's almost finished, but I haven't had the motivation to work on it again oops).

So, my computer decided to die on me last weekend, and I finally got it fixed. I ended up losing everything. Frustrated with myself for not backing a lot of stuff up. I lost all my music. All my stupid pictures. All my stories. At least I can get most of my art and photos back, but man, it really sucks. I might not be able to draw anything half decent for a while because I left the disk for my tablet at home. It *might* work without it, or maybe I could find something online, but nothing's certain at this point. And there's the whole not wanting to save anything because what if I lose it all again business. So I'm a little grumpy.
But yeah, I'll be on sporadically and probably won't upload much for at least the next month because school and my computer issues.

Oh, I should be uploading a traditional piece or two in the near future. Just need to find the time to transfer the pictures from my camera. Will probably get that done this weekend.

Spring break was a blast! I didn't get to see Fiance as much as I wanted because he had work (honestly, I could see him every second of every day and not have enough time with him, though), but it was fun. Finally played through Bioshock. Gonna get to play through Bioshock 2 over the summer. I liked it a lot except for the dead kitties that it didn't explain. :c (Is that a spoiler? I hope not). Didn't get to play any of the New Vegas DLCs since Fiance's friend had the discs (disks? I don't remember my spelling preference for that word). I was sad, but playing Bioshock was fun, too. Slowly chugging away at Modern Warfare 1. It was rough switching to it after Bioshock. And I'm really bad at CoD. But let's see...my 360 is fixed! It was overheating after being on for literally a minute, so my dad opened it up and cleaned it. Apparently there was a lot of dust and stuff blocking the fans or something. So now I'll be able to play at home again instead of only at Fiance's house! Yay!

In other fantastic news, I got proposed to again! :D It's official!!! Yayayay! So now I've got this pretty ring on my finger that I love and just aksldjfksdlfjksdjf!!! :D :D :D Here's a picture of it. I could talk all day about this, but I'll spare you guys the details and all of my excited wiggling. :P

So now I'm back at college again, trying to get back into the school mindset. It's boring, and I would much rather be back home baking goodies for Fiance and my family and other fun stuff, but there's not much left of the school year, and then only two more years until I graduate! Yayayay!

Working on getting my drawing hand back since I lost it in a week (happens every break since I don't have notes to doodle on). I'm working on a sewing project right now, and it should be mostly finished in a day or two, I do believe. Just two more things to sew on and I'm done. It's really just a prototype for another project I'll be doing over the summer (or maybe Easter if I find the time and can get my hands on the supplies I need, but that's unlikely). Getting a lot of practice hand-sewing, although I might end up using the machine for the real deal. I think that's enough unnecessary vagueness. I think it's neat, though, and I want it to be a surprise.

I saw Lion King in theatres today. It was beautiful. Go see it right now. Never have I cried so much during a movie. The first two seconds, and I was already in tears. It was an amazing experience. Simply magical.
I ended up watching the non-3D version, and now I want to see it in 3D. I'll have to strong-arm my friends into taking me again. :P
