I've turned my focus to non-furry creative endeavors. As a result, I don't feel entirely comfortable putting it all here, but I may at some point promote it here, if I believe some of you would be interested. Still on the fence about that, to be honest. My living situation doesn't leave me comfortable with showing suggestive, often erotic furry art on my PC screen, so in general, the online community is something I can't take part in. I don't have the time to focus on writing furry smut for fun, and I don't have the money to focus on buying more furry porn. There's still a lot I've wanted to make. I'll just have to wait longer until I do that. Such is the fate of a furry who didn't stroll into tech. Funny enough, I get a lot of ads calling me to action by joining the tech field. I know a lot of you have IT jobs and medical jobs, but I don't see myself doing that. Maybe I'll create a restaurant. Whatever, though. Next Journal will probably be a retrospective around my 30th Birthday.

I've been on FA for nearly 10 years. It's wild. I never put a lot of thought into meeting many people or doing gaining the internet points. My purpose in the furry fandom has always been to make and produce things I enjoyed. I haven't been able to keep up with it as much as I originally thought I could, however. Life has a funny way of throwing the best made plans out the window, but I've come to realize that my being here for 10 years is a sign that I'm devoted to a concept, and I'd like to stay devoted to it.

Thank you all for showing your support! I'm glad you enjoy the ideas that come out of my mind. No matter what, I'm always on the pursuit of an interesting idea or plan for presentation. I don't ever expect my ideas to acquire a certain number of virtual internet points, I just like to give my ideas form as accurately and as best as I visualize them. Buying a desktop PC was a daunting task. I'd always wanted to build my first one, but of all things, the pandemic made it the worst time to try and build a PC. The chip shortage is terrible, man.
So yeah, I bought a Skytech Chronos pre-built PC. It was an arm and a leg but still cheaper than trying to build one!

I'm using it to play Cyberpunk, For Honor, and Space Engineers.
oh, and Virt-A-Mate. I'm trying to work my way up to animating. It's taken up 400gb of my 1tb storage capacity easily lmfao. Already gotta think about adding storage.
I'd try playing Monster Hunter World with this PC, but that game is such a huge investment of time that I'm a bit worried about trying to get back into it now that its playerbase is dwindling.

Anyways, I'll be getting commissions here and there again as long as my financial situation allows. I'm still on the rocks but I've still got some spending cash.

I think the best thing about not having a general following is you don't have expectations to meet. Everything's a surprise, but at the same time, no one's anticipating anything. That's neither here nor there though.

Still working on my meds. It's stop-and-go, and my faith keeps getting lost and restored in waves, but I'm on the right track, even if things are moving at a snail's pace. I told myself this would be a year of progress, and progress has been made. I'm closer to my goal than I have been in years!
... or was 2020 supposed to be the year of progress? I can't tell anymore. Both years kind of blur together.

In the meantime, I think I'm gonna get a new PC. My Dell Inspiron 7567 has served me admirably for the last 4 years, but the longer I use it, the more aware I am of its limitations and my lack of understanding of how to maintain a laptop. Monster Hunter World was a great game, but I could never play it for long periods of time because my CPU's power output was just shy of what was needed. Cyberpunk 2077 was also fun while the story lasted, but I had to really futz with the graphics settings. Every instance of steam/smoke came out as massive rectangles. It was terrible! For Honor is great fun, but the second someone throws an attack, I lose frames unless I'm playing at the lowest possible quality. I'd need a display with better refresh rate for that. I've also dipped my toe into making 3DX which is neither here nor there, but I'd need a better pc if I want to actually make something worth sharing. There's also the glaring fact that I'm slowly running out of storage space because all the guitars I used to make Anzu's Traders take up a shitload of space, and I don't feel like getting rid of them, as I have every intention of using them again.

As a result of this decision, I predict my commissioning will dry up for a little while, but from my perspective, I see this as a win-win. I'll be taking the time spent saving for this PC to plan out some decent art pieces. I'm actually in the process of refining my characters' personalities in anticipation for the stories I want to write, and I'd like for my pictures to reflect that a little more than they have. I've racked my brain on what to add and subtract about my characters, but have been rather afraid of making any large changes that drastically alter the aesthetic that drew me to their conception. I guess it takes personal change as well as conceptual change to a character.

ANYWAYS, I'm gonna get a PC, and I'll be siphoning my furry coomer budget to fund it.

Never crossed my mind to post any of it. I'm not going to post all of it on FA, but if I think any of it is good enough to post here, I'll be doing that now.

I don't have any adderall, and I'm busy and tired from hectic home life and work, but I have time. Like right now. I have time to write stuff.
Writing a big plot is hard, though, so I'm gonna write smaller stuff and put off The Pecking Order until I have better, longer stretches of uninterrupted time.
In the meantime, I can write shorts, tiny bits of gratuitous, pointless coomer material!

Over the week, I will be starting a series of short vignettes called "Cassie's Dream Journal." For years, I've had trouble with keeping Cassie's sexual repression and shyness while also getting her into sexual situations. Hell, even Cassie the Hotel Receptionist is a bit of a sin against what I want out of her; thing is, I intended for her to wildly misunderstand her boss' desires to more comfortable with sex (with her boss) at work as "masturbate at work." So how do I keep her consistent while also getting wild with it? The solution: she has a lot of fuck-dreams. She keeps a journal of each one she has.

I may get art accompanying some of the stories.

Also, I still plan on putting up my other characters and art, I just haven't had the energy to write bios.

I doubt many who don't already know would care about how I've been, but just know I've been thriving. 2020 sucks and will continue to suck in the foreseeable future for nearly everyone, me included, but I've had plenty of personal growth this year. I stopped going to school and focused on getting a job. At first it was to financially support my family, but it turned out they didn't need it after all, so now I have money all to myself, which I can spend on anything. No one told me shopping was so cathartic. It's the first time I've ever had a steady income that wasn't based on loads of paperwork and waiting, so I'm definitely happy with all the options an income has given me. I've also been working on a novel (which I won't disclose or link to this account, at least not now,) that's been floating in my head for about 7 years now, which is going... slowly... I still need that prescription, which is one of the two current goals I have for the year. If I can see a doctor and get prescribed adderall again, I'll be able to think with enough clarity and focus that I can work on projects for longer than a couple minutes of spitballing.

I haven't had many art updates for a few reasons:
• Some of the art I have is still unfinished, and as certain ones were completely complimentary, I have no idea when they'll be done or if I should just post them right away
• I've been commissioning people to make art of a completely unrelated novel I've been working on.
• I've put far more effort into that novel than writing anything for The Pecking Order, which is why I haven't submitted any more written smut... I also share a bedroom with a relative, so I'd rather not be writing about Cassie's sweet cock milk while they're around.

For the record, I still have outlines for Cassie the Hotel Receptionist, the silly prologue to The Pecking Order, and I plan on getting that finished when I can find the time and energy.

I also have more art than I've posted, but I've been kind of invested in my original plans to show characters when I get around to writing stories for them. I've already posted Tandy's sister without much of an introduction, so I might as well put up at least some of the others.

Because goblins are a somewhat common race for fictional characters, I should say that this lore refers to my goblins and no one else's. I've been tossing around story bits for Pylat and the others, and this is part of that.

Goblins are widespread and numerous, but overall, they differ wildly in culture. Two common cultural ideas persist with a large number of goblin conclaves. The first is common no matter where you go, in that nose length is a status symbol to virility, health, and strength. The second isn't as widely believed in, but commonly discussed in many goblin conclaves. In some cultures, the defining factor of status and character is hair color! Although its considered a pseudo-science by the more intellectual goblins, many of them do believe hair color can give great insight into a goblin's personality.

Red hair: Strong and tenacious. Natural warriors.
Orange hair: Stable and hard working. Empires can be built on their backs.
Yellow hair: Affable and socially intelligent. They make great leaders.
Green hair: Caring and protective. Natural parents.
Blue hair: Smart and methodical. Many leave to pursue knowledge.
Purple hair: They usually love money, and enjoy finding ways to get richer.
White hair: Truthful, moral, sometimes... Mostly, they have stable ethos.
Brown hair: Honestly? Brown-hairs just blend into the background.
Black hair: Something's wrong with this goblin. Either they're cursed, evil, or insane. Black haired goblins commonly get abandoned at birth in the wilderness to prevent horrendous things from happening to the tribe.
Pink-haired goblins are naturally empathetic and love to make others feel good, by whatever means they feel they do best.

Mixed-haired goblins are special and anomalous. Depending on what colors and amounts, they can be one type or another, or both! Some goblins are born and have always been bald. These goblins are to be feared to some degree, as there is no telling what type of person they are. In many goblin communities, shaving one's head bald is an affront to the community. And if a goblin dyes their hair, they're a dirty, rotten liar and should never be trusted. Hair dye is taboo and banned in certain goblin communities.


Bear in mind that these are guidelines to a character and not a caste system of sorts. Goblins find joy in many different things. A Purple-haired goblin may find their calling by starting a big family, and white-haired goblins might start a life of crime. It isn't a science, and nurture as well as free will are important circumstances that may deviate a Goblin's character from what their hair color dictates they should be. No matter what, though, black-hared goblins are always widely hated in communities that believe in the hair color rule.

I was on board for getting the game, tbh, even if I didn't have a switch yet. Now I have literally no reason to get one. I held out and thought the were gonna patch sword/shield later, but apparently they're just never gonna do it, and they're never gonna listen to fans either, and they're gonna continue to diminish in overall quality from hereon out because they don't know how to code a game correctly.


Honestly, if you continue to buy their game, you continue to tell them they did a good job. I don't think they're doing a good job, so I'm happily boycotting the game. I'm not calling for everyone to do it, but you have to remain aware that buying their game is supporting maladjusted development and business practice. I'm glad I stopped playing at Y.

Both 3 days apart!

I went to two different restaurants that each have their own challenge level of spicy food. First was a chicken place that makes spicy fried chicken. Loved it, but when I took a test of their challenge-level spicy chicken, it ruined me. Wasps were stinging in my mouth, the nerves in my face, arms, and hands went to sleep, and because I had eaten a large meal just then, the pain made me want to vomit. I literally could not stand for more than sixty seconds before I'd double over in pain.

Three days later and I'm back at it again! I go to a teriyaki place and get a challenge taco, because that makes sense, right? I also got other tacos to try them out legitimately. Their food sucks. As for the challenge taco, the heat made me drink three cups of punch. As soon as it hit my stomach, I felt intense pain just like the last time, but even worse. I couldn't stand again without bending over in pain within a minute. That would also happen even if I were sitting or lying on the floor. I, determined to alleviate the pain, travel 100 meters to the nearest gas station to buy an ice cream, before returning back. During my little excursion, I'd take breaks to sit on the ground or lie on things like a bus stop bench. A few people gave me looks of concern. Some knew what had caused it, too. Once I returned to the restaurant, I laid on the ground and took one bite of the ice cream, and then I realized what I stomach was poised to do next, so I went to the bathroom to puke. It was horrible. I'm not much of a crier but it actually got me to legitimately cry for a few seconds.

Sobbing on the bathroom floor of a shitty viral teriyaki joint with tears, saliva, puke, and mucous on my face as a random man walks in and asks for me to leave so he can piss has to the lowest moment of my 20s so far.

Overall, it was fun! 😁

Yesterday was my birthday. To celebrate, I ate spicy food so far out of my league that I am currently writing this while in bed wondering when the pain will subside...

I broke my phone back in, like, March, then sprained my ankle during Midterms. I have a replacecment phone, but no money for a replacement SIM card, because mine is too small. No one wants to allow me use of their phone while I make calls to doctors for some reason, so I'm waiting to somehow get a SIM adapter to use my phone so I can call doctors and get an appointment with a psychiatrist so I can get my medication prescription back. The funny thing is, the barrier that I am unable to surpass is about 5$. That's the price for a SIM adapter. All of this would be solved if I had 5$ on my paypal, but no one in my family wants to get it for me. I could do it if I had 5$ or so on my paypal but I'm not gonna beg. I'd rather just wait.

Back to my birthday though. I am now 24, which means I can apply as an independent for college financial aid, which guarantees me the ability to get financial aid again, since my mother's not great at following through with this sort of thing. That's a can of worms I won't open though. The point is, come next semester, I'll be in a better place.

This year was looking up really well. It still is, but the blessings I could see on the horizon were farther than I thought.
Oh well. I'm patient.

I got my card in the mail! The next steps will be as follows: On Monday, I will make an appointment to see a psychiatrist, then I'll see them on that scheduled day, and then I'll be able to get my adderall. That'll be by early April at the latest, I figure.

And once I'm done with all this, I'll be able to get serious with writing again. Can't wait!

I kept my eye on my watcher count, and last night I finally reached 200! I'm so glad you guys like the art I get, and I'm very thankful to any dedicated fans I have of both my commissions and my writing. I couldn't ask for more, so I'll be holding a raffle!

But not yet. Not enough money to do it yet. Hopefully I'll be able to do it soon. I'll keep everyone updated for if/when it happens.

I just wanted to post this to say I FINALLY HAVE HEALTHCARE AGAIN! I got the book in the mail to select my doctors and junk. This means I can go see a psychiatrist again, and eventually get my medication again!

Oh my god. It's been, what, three years? Four? All that matters is I have my health care again and things are really looking up for me. Next update will be when I get my medication. That's when production can really start turning again.

I can't wait!

Finally finished the character bios I said I'd do in December. Sorry it took so long. I don't really have an excuse, I just haven't had the motivation until now. They're done, though! I intend to have Stella in the lineup, but I don't have a decent reference picture. The original image I got from Ratcha was nice, but it's a little... small.

No worries though, when I get the time an resolve, I hope to continue Hotel Receptionist as well as the part of TPO that I worked on last. That's my smut-related to-do list for now. Hopefully I'll be able to complete Hotel Receptionist this year and Get some TPO story out there. If I can do that much, I'll be happy.

I'd much rather do that with my medication though, so if I can get that, I can ensure that I'll provide for my followers well this year.

New year wew year! Wew lads!

I'll keep it short: My 2018 went better than most years, all things considered. Resolution is to write more smut and put in substantial work into personal projects. Hoping my 2019 goes well, and I hope yours does, too.

I've made progress with TPO. Not as much as I wanted, but progress. None of this could've been done without my old friend Adderall! I don't have a prescription again, unfortunately, but I was able to get my hands on some. It should last me the rest of the week with a little extra time on top. Sadly, this isn't ALL for writing, but I do hope to get some writing done while I have the mental acuity to do so. The good news in all of that is that I've applied for medical insurance again.

This year was a wash for some reason, and no one in my family was able to get any coverage. I blame my mom for making me, a non Head-of-Household member, apply the household for insurance. I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do that. The year prior was also my mother's fault, but I share the blame as well. I wasn't aware of the re-enrollment period, or the fact that I had had to do such a thing, and literal minutes before enrollment ended, my mom reminded me to do it. By then, the servers were so overloaded that I wasn't able to do anything. Fun stuff. Next year should go better, though, hopefully, and I'll have my much-needed medication! _{Boy, can't wait until I can move out though, so literally every problem I've had in my life can just go away...} Ok, complaining over.

The Refs and Bios folder was made, and character Bios for Cassie, Tandy, and Nuda are up. Next up will be Alvern and Gena. I've written information about them on Tumblr that I don't plan to carry over to these bios, so if you want to spoil yourself on info like an anime fan looking into an anime wiki, go ahead, but I'm keeping their bios free of certain things. Bear in mind this info is on Tumblr of all places, so you have about a week until it's as good as gone.

I have about 8 other characters I've yet to post on FA, and I'll try my best to have them written before I post them. You've probably already seen a small handful of them though, but you have no idea who they are. I want to keep that a secret until they come into play. Is it unnecessary? Oh, absolutely. I don't care, though. I'm following my plan by design.

As for the meatier matters, I have been working on writing over the last few weeks. Current projects are Cassie the Hotel Receptionist Part 2 and a random chapter of TPO. I started writing a bit later in plot than I wanted, but honestly, I can't complain. I don't want to just submit it out of sequence, though. Everything would be all messed up. So what I'm going to do is finish it, then use it as an anchor point as I work on the beginning chapters, and submit things chronologically. As for Cassie the Hotel Receptionist part 1, I was waiting on some art to be colored, but even without the colors, it's good enough to submit, story and all... I don't know if I mentioned this prior, but the bit of writing that was up ages ago is likely part 3 of a 4 part series. Part 3 will remain the way it is for thee most part, and overall it'll be a jarring change of perspective, but I like how it is and I don't feel like changing very much. If anything, once I finish part 2, I'll go back over part 3 so it better fits the overall story. I really am excited for you guys to read it all, though. I've put lots of work into it so far, and I've been weaving this bit of story into the main plot so much that I reckon this can count as a prologue of sorts.

Despite everything, however, because this is finals week, any adderall-aided mental ability will be put towards studying and cleaning up my house for an upcoming event. There's a lot riding on me passing this literature class, but I'm confident that with enough deliberate effort, I can make it through well enough. Tumblr is dead, or at least will be in two weeks. I ran three blogs there. One mostly for memes, one for goblin porn, and one for my OCs and stories. All those imaginary points: gone... Hopefully a decent number my tumblr fans will follow me here. It's where all if not more of the stuff I post is found.

Anyways, I'll be making changes to my gallery and stuff soon. I'll probably group refs with bios I hope to write up and add them into a separate category for accessibility's sake. Can't now, though. It's 2am and I should be reading for my literature class tomorrow...

Anywhere between 2 and 3 years ago I put Cassie Gliese and Tandy Tundra up on F-list in hopes that RP would help me flesh out the characters' tendencies a little more. It didn't, and I found out I don't like RP because I'm not fond of the irregularities of RP. I took the characters down, left F-list, done and done.

Something made me go back today though, and after a little looking, I find out someone on F-list stole 3 images of Cassie Gliese and put them up as a character on the website, which they actively use.

Now, that part I'm almost flattered about. I want them to stop it immediately, but I'm flattered at the very least.
What actually offends me is that they decided to change parts of her character for whatever reason.

She works at Barnes & Noble instead of a library. She's pansexual instead of female-preferred bisexual, she loves muscular dudes, doesn't like exhibitionism, and she's a 'shemale'. This among several other features are just plain incorrect, especially since it's Cassie motherfucking Gliese, my character. Again, I'd be flattered somewhat if it weren't so insulting.

If you happen to see "Cassie Gliese" anywhere on F-list, just know it's not me and the character sheet was made without my express permission. The character is obviously my intellectual property and as such I have right to defend my IPs from being taken and bastardized for a single person's pleasure.

I'm bored and I realize I haven't done one of these in nearly a year, so let me give anyone who cares to listen an update!

Life: Life's kinda shit, stuck at home, no money, blah blah blah, moving on.

Writing: I stopped for a good while, but I'm getting back to it. I'm going a bit slower now so that my work isn't as choppy, which it usually is because I get overly critical when I self-edit. I also removed one story from my gallery. It's for a good reason beyond the fact that I didn't like it anymore. There's a valid reason for it. Trust me. I figure most people haven't actually read it though.

My current project, funny enough, is basically a redo of my second submitted story: Cassie the Hotel Receptionist (click to read if you want.) I've been doing well with it, developing it nice and thoroughly with the help of   Bazzathebumbler and   Mikita7182 . I don't wanna sound too much like a certain someone, but it's gonna be great. You'll love it, believe me. Both stories will still be canon, in case you're wondering. Where does the previous story lie in relation to what I'm writing? Well, to prevent too much reveal, the first part takes place a day or two before Cassie the Hotel Receptionist, and the second part will take place a few days afterwards. It'll feature Cassie and a new, minor character as well as a character I intend to be a major part of the story later on that gets introduced in the second part.

I do want to mention that I haven't even started the main storyline yet. This is basically a prequel I'm just having fun with.

I deleted the last part I had written for the main storyline because I felt it wasn't very good, among other things. I didn't want to start with a morning routine. I like to read plot-driven smut, so when I looked back at it, I didn't think it was going anywhere fast enough. I'll get to The Pecking Order soon enough, though, and when I do, I'll hopefully be more proud of what I put out.

If a male humanoid robot is known as an "Android" and a female humanoid robot is known as a "Gynoid," then are hermaphroditic humanoid robots known as "Androgynoids?"

Kinda has a nice ring to it, either way.
