Lifes been, well, just not the greatest, and things have been pretty rough for a while, and i'de like to start by apologizing for the lack of art, ive still been dooing my doodles n whatnot but as many of you have noticed. . .nothings really been posted

and whyyyyy you may ask?

~CAUSE I SUCK~

But more realistic its cause im lazy and again, stuffs been rough.

Not to get into too many details, im out in a place with no internet, no job, no car, and not a lot going for me. I miss my cons and my peeps, and I honestly miss all you

for reals, this anti-social dork misses yall

So now for the, well, more pertinent information for you

what am i going to do about it?

Well for starters I need income, I've long since hung up the idea of doing commissions full time (or even part time) I dont have the ability to make it into a reliable income and honestly I need something more concrete.

But what about posting? Well seeing as im writing this from the public library, I can post, but not a bunch or more often, and for starters im porbly gonna dump a sketch or 2 in my scraps, if i manage to keep the lights on I'll keep drawing, its one of the things thats always helped me get through the rough times so dont fret <3

This is hard for me, ever since my first time waltzing down to a small hotel in my hometown all those years ago Ive known that that was the place I was ment to be. So. . .its with a heavy heart I have to say Im not going to be going to any soon unless things drastically change for me and my situation improves. This is gonna be the first year ive missed going to ANY con since I started 9 years ago, and while it sucks I need to make sure ive got food in my belly and the lights on in my broken down house first. Despite how much this all means to me

So, where to from here?

As I mentioned im gonna still try and post what I can when I can, things might be spotty but Im still gonna do what I can. Ive spent so many years not doing what I love out of fear, lazyness, stress, and the like, and I guess what im trying to say is

Im done living like that

Im living for me now

and coupled with conventions, people, and other shit. . .I havent had time to really sit down and draw

and when I do have time I dont have the motivation


But im planning on changing that

even if all I could do was a crappy pencil sketch of my mood (those will be in scraps)

So, Ive been working on a comic (for like ever I know)
And well, I do wanna make it but sadly, Im Nowhere near where I need to be to start it

but i still wanna make something, and part of getting me where i need to be, includes me working at a constant rate, so im gonna be doing simple, 3-pannel stuff AT LEAST once a week, every week, to get me started

so look forward to some silly/weird stuff soon, and once im at a point where I feel I can do a more structured story based series, "A Long Strange Trip" will begin

Thats cause my PC keeps randomly crashing and restarting, so im not doing any digital art until its fixed, so I dont punch my screen after loosing hours of work

luckily I have a border collie willing to help me out so hopefully I'll be back 100% with that

So Ive decided, as a way to not only increase my art output, but also to show my love for all things flappy

to just draw a bunch of bats this month

Well, Tablets now back to normalish and Ive got a new desktop Pc thanks to the lovely  fairygirlrayray

and its very nice :3

Been a really long time since I've been feeling this down, I used to be incredibly emotional, and hell, some would even go as far as calling me a chronically depressed individual

But I had gotten better, I had moved on with life, I had good friends, I was happy

and then my father died, and I didn't keep in touch with anyone. . . and none of them seemed to want to be my friend anymore

I got a girlfriend, whos stuck with me for almost 2 years now though, and shes the most wonderful person in my life

and I thought things were getting better, but It seems the feelings of loneliness have returned, the feelings of sadness, worthlessness, and self loathing
