Yes, I've heard the news that they're re-indexing nsfw games that are free. No, I'm not going back to itch.io for Sala's Escape and Princess Rescue. I said earlier that I was too harsh on itch.io, before I heard that they were withholding money from other nsfw games. Between the sticky fingers (reports of itch.io keeping the money from games that they banned,) banning Max the Elf (which is even tamer than Princess Rescue, mind you.) and this half-assed capitulation, and the fact that there is no legal sword of Damocles over their head (yet) to keep them from pulling all this shit again, frankly I have lost ALL trust in this platform.

I will continue to self host and post updates to the game here, hosted on my own servers (that I fucking pay for, mind you, so I'm the one making the rules) because unlike itch.io, I can trust myself not to cuck out and think I can come crawling back.

Being angry with itch.io was a knee jerk reaction, but in the few hours since this news broke, I've learned the situation. Itch.io is very small and cannot stand up to the combined legal might of payment processors or the shrill nagging of childless feminist karens.

I still am not returning to them until I see the real enemies in this whole thing broken, but I'm not mad at itch.io anymore. The other parties however (and discord, just because, y'know 'delenda est') I hope they drown in the combined shit of the internet. Today I think I'm seeing even SWORN ENEMIES uniting against this bitter coven of manhating harpies and the greasy payment processors behind them, and I think we're all going to love how it ends!

After a few streams that last several hours only to give $10-15 tops, I feel that my pricing for basic color needs a revision. Basic color is ok when I knock two of them out in an afternoon, but when they drag on or cause undue stress, it becomes an issue.

My main points of contention:
-> Overly elaborate backgrounds
-> more than one full body cages
-> more than three characters

I'm not talking about banning anything, really. I think I've very well banned all the things that I am truly uncomfortable with. No, I think what we should do instead are fees. More on those later.

In the past few days I've been seeing people with jumbled letters joining my element server. For legitimate users, this is a bad idea. If you join the server, you will be subject to a bot check. You will be asked questions by me, and if you fail to respond, I will assume you are botting and will ban you. I had no patience for this fatherless behavior on guilded, and I have even less patience for it now.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE EXPECTING DEATH SOON: In the event that you are expecting death soon, I may half your commission price for your final commission.
-IN THE EVENT THAT YOU FAIL TO DIE AT THE QUOTED TIME: A 'representative' will be sent to correct the error with no witnesses. You will also be charged a %5 "Liar Liar Pants on Fire, Stretched out on a funeral pyre" fee.

IN THE EVENT OF YOUR DEATH: You will be charged a %50 'dying on me' fee. This fee can be waived if you come back as a zombie, or other form.
-IN THE EVENT YOU RETURN AS A ZOMBIE: You agree you will not eat my brain. Eating my brains will incur a %100 fee.
-IN THE EVENT YOU RETURN AS A VAMPIRE: I will waive the fee if you grant me immortality via vampirism. Or at the very least provide sexual favors and consent to letting me use your likeness in personal art projects (or Sala's Escape)
-IN THE EVENT YOU RETURN AS A SKELETON: No change. But I may ask to use your ribcage as a xylophone just once for fun.
-IN THE EVENT YOU RETURN AS A GHOST: Assuming the money in your pocket is not ghost money too, you will still pay for your commission. Failure to do so will result in me shoving a proton pack up your ghost ass and charging you a %20 fee.
-IN THE EVENT YOU RETURN AS A LICH: I will waive the commission price if you share me your magical secrets.
-IN THE EVENT YOU RETURN AS A BODAK: Roll initiative, because I am going to kick your ass and charge you 2d6 times the commission rate for trying to kill me.
-IN THE EVENT OF RESSURECTION VIA OTHER PARANORMAL DIVINE MEANS, E.G THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST, RAGNAROK: The commission will continue after the end of the world with no fee, assuming I have been found worthy to be taken up as well. If however I am not, I will waive the fee.

IN THE EVENT THAT WE ARE BOTH DECEASED: Assuming we are both deceased, the commission is null and void. If you are in heaven with me, I will continue the commission for $200 Heaven Bucks or other currency.
