Don't hang around here much, but I'm not dead! I'll be doing an interactive stream over at https://picarto.tv/TadhgHirsch soon, starting from 5:30 PDT.
Interactive streams are pretty simple; think of it like a choose your own adventure book. As I'm writing, I'll pause to take suggestions from the viewers, influencing decisions major characters make. The story follows Sinus, a young anthro wolf, as he chases down his destiny with a slowly growing crew of fellow fate-seekers! Dragons and kings and other great things will soon know this young hunter my name!

There's not much backstory to this, I work at home from my laptop, and yesterday early in the day, my laptop finally broke down on me. I got out to GeekSquad, who recommended I take it to a local repair shop. Problem is, I'm scraping by only just, and the repair costs aren't gonna be cheap. The laptop may need to be replaced, even.
I don't know how much I need, but I'm not just asking for it. Writing commissions are still open, over here. I won't deny donations, but I'd feel a lot better about givin' something in return.

More than that, though, I need to start saving up to move in with a friend. We're both taking that step to partial independence and it ain't gonna be easy. Let's be fair, being gone for three months without a lick of writing isn't all that bad. I've seen plenty go much longer. But I'm not here to make excuses, I'm here to talk about what I've done, and what I'm doing.
Truth be told, I didn't spend the whole time not writing, but none of it felt write. Nothing I want to post, for sure. Money troubles to start off, and now I'm trying to head off to college(with what money? who knows). I wouldn't let learning get in the way of writing, but it weighs on my mind considerably. But that's all the bad news(college is bad news in my book). On the bright side, I am writing again, absolutely. Some stories aren't too far from being posted, and hopefully I can get back in the swing of things. I'll be pacing myself for now, short pieces every few days, but in time I hope to be able to crank them out at a considerable pace.

As far as commissions go, I'm trying to sort out some long-standing money issues first, but when that clears I've got some work on the table.

Wow, just weeks into all this posting, and I'm calling in a hiatus? I must think I'm some big shot.
Anyway, yeah, this is different from me not posting in that I won't be writing at all. I need a break, from a lot of things, and hopefully I can come back refreshed. Indefinite hiatus, begin...

Event after event startled my horse, and he tossed me something fierce, but that's no excuse. I'll be returning to posting tomorrow, good lord willing, but I might go with a single post per day for some time, and maybe not on any schedule. Until then, auf wiedersehen!

It's Memorial Day in the US, and holiday prep(oh my god, why so much prep?) got in the way of writing. Today, lot's of family around and no chance to sit down and peddle smut. I'll be returning to normal posting some kind of something tomorrow.

There won't be any posting today, and maybe tomorrow. I've some things to deal with, such as helping one aunt go get another aunt for the weekend. However, big things in store. The stories I've been posting have been around a thousand words each, a good example for what anyone can get for five bucks. However, maybe I need to prove I can write more in one piece, maybe I don't. Either way, I've got several stories lined up, ranging from 2k words up to 5k.
More in a couple series as well, including 2023. All in all, quite a few things coming in. I'm also trying to get used to FA's style. See if I can't link stories in a series together better.

Tier one, short stories, less than five thousand words. $5 per 1K words.
Tier two, stories over 5K words. Base price $25, plus $3 per additional 1K words.
Tier three, series of three or more. Third story onward will have 10% reduced price.

Sufficiently thought out ideas/characters incur a discount, at 3K words and up. 20% off in tier one, $6 off in tier two.

Wills, Won’ts, and Maybes
The “Will” list are my automatic yes options, though I don’t guarantee agreeing to every idea. Rule of thumb is talk to me about it, clear the air of any confusion. The “Won’t” list are absolute no responses. I do not bend, I do not break with these. Speaking of bending, though, the “Maybe” list are things I might do, if you talk to me about them.

Been feeling like shit, oh dearest diary. Depressed, I guess, but something keeps telling me it's not depression. I mean, people with depression describe it as being worse. It's not all that bad. I just feel abandoned and alone.
But I like being alone, don't I? Isn't that what introverted means?
What pisses me off, though, is my inability to write or draw what I'm feeling. Other people can get famous and make money by feeling like this. Not me, I just feel like crap for the sake of feeling like crap.
