Just a quick journal to remove the other one from my main page. It was...less than pleasant. In any case, back home with the parents and trying to find a job so I don't have to sell my car. Its a good thing life isn't boring :P

Give up? Comcast...They bought out the previous company that provided internet and television in this area. Insight was reliable and had only a couple issues over a 5 month period of me using them. Comcast took full control of things this past week and there have been nothing but issues. I am constantly being disconnected with "connection burps," so many times that its not even worth it for me to do ANYTHING at length online. I know they have a monopoly or whatever the hell you want to call it...but what the fuck is wrong with a company that focuses on improving connection speed and not making their connection reliable first?

I'm getting sick and tired of this, but doing my best not to get stressed out because I need to relax and rest to get over this stupid sickness.

I'm in the Central Illinois area...anyone have any suggestions or ideas why I might be having these connection issues? I'd call them, but I don't have a voice at the moment.

Well, that subject title is terrible, but oh well. Since Tuesday night I've been sick with a fever, sinus congestion, sore throat and I had a headache. Friday morning I went in to a walk in clinic and my diagnosis is that I have Pharyngitis and Sinusitis. I won't go into a whole whining post or a pity me post, I'm just letting those of you who interact with me on a consistent basis know why I might not be around as much. This thing just might take 2 weeks to kick.
