Ok so I will try not to make this too long, but there is so much stuff to cram in. I had an unbelievable time and met so many amazing people. Anyway here it goes.

So first off I arrived super early to AC. I was staying with  arinmal ,  robowolf , and  hp_cheung for the most part. Also Hallowfox and his mate spent a night with us. I had met Arinmal and Hp in the past and was was really glad to meet robo and Hallow along with Tam (Hallow's mate). I got the chance to fursuit finally, and oh my lord was it fun! I was one of those people who used to not get it, but now all I want is a suit of my own. I was able to borrow Arinmal's partial and wore it around for most of the con.

I got to meet  noblewolf,  proxy_wolf, and another Ryan, who we will call Ryan#2. Unfortunately they were all pretty busy so I didn't get to spend too much time with them, but they were all really cool people.

I also got to hang out with Wuggles and his wife Kendra who were so amazingly nice and fun to hang out with. They actually had a drum circle on the roof that got moved to the docking area by the hotel. It was a crazy good time. We even got some unexpected visitors who must have been tripping balls at the sight of a tin foil monster dancing and a coyote playing the flute as people dance around.

In the dealers den I was able to meet up with  ponygirl and get a sketch commission done. I also congradulated her on her recent engagement to Miu. Got to say Hi to  skulldog again and get a badge from Mitsu. The highlight though was what I scored from the art auction. I was able to get a Jill0r wrist watch whitch I have not been able to stop staring at. It is an amazing piece of artwork that I can wear around. Speaking of artwork I was really excstatic when my Crystal Mask piece went for $95.00 in the charity auction.

Othere than that I spent some time in the bar, and eating a shit load of food that probably took 10 years off my life. I got to Big Momma's House of soul. Best BBQ I have ever eaten, hands down. I would gladly suffer the enevitable heart attack to savour their pulled pork and ribs on a daily basis.

God what else... Oh yeah how can I forget. I got to meet up with  kojac He is super cool and I got to meet  xkuroi_reix who made the last days of the con and every time I hung out with her an entertaining and amazing time. I gave my nom nom noooo banana to her, cause well I was kinda peeved that they were gonna raffle it off in the charity auction rather than take it to voice. I just wanted someone cool to have it and am really glad she gave it a good home.

Anyway I know I met so many more amazing people and if I didn't mention ya I am sorry you are just as important as anyone else on here and have made this past experience truely memorable. I am still coming off a long long trip back home and you will have to forgive my lack of poise or memory. O.o Anyways, thanks again everybody and I hope to see you all again soon.

God I went surfing today and it felt so amazingly good. It has been about 6 months since I last short boarded. I was rusty on the first wave but after that It was old hat. There is nothing like dropping in and pumping a few times before doing a snap and throwing a spray of water. My friend and I almost did not go out because of the horrible onshore winds, but once out it was insanely fun. It just makes every problem melt away. All my qualms about the fandom and my place in it couldn't be further from my mind at this point.

Ok, I am in such a spiteful rage.This is my only outlet, so to the ghost and the shell that reads this fucking shit, I am fucking sorry. I rediscovered why I hate orgonized sports of any kind. Cause fucking snakes cheat. I also found out why I hate Kauai, cause it consists of rednecks with tan skin and pigeon accents who hate Haoles. (white people for those who don't know). Anyway a drunken kickball game for fun turned into a fucking spectacle that made me wanna throw punches. It has been a long day. I am sorry I am venting like this, but writing helps me cope with my temper Hum hum hum.

Oh and the furry fandom is also pissing me off at the moment, because they reward cocks who act like assholes, and anyone who is genuine get the shaft. So fuck all ya'll who suck up to that shit, it is really not worth it.

Whew now that I got that out. Yeah as some of you who don't nuke all your journals may have read, I am going to AC. I am gonna be there on the basis of having fun and meeting cool peeps. I Will bring my sketch book along just in case anyone is in the trading mood. I am looking forward to spending time with some old friends and meeting some new friends. Schools out for summer. Weedly weedly waaaaaaaaaaaah. *Does air Guitar solo* So yeah school is over and done with for the most part. I would already be on a plane flying back home, but I have to stay for a two week rotation. Lame sauce, but oh well it is all part of getting that good old degree that says I can legally do stuff that the computer tells me to. Anyway I found time to draw, or color rather. I am pretty happy with the recent pic and might end up turning it into a con badge. I checked out laminaters at Office Max but they were expensive as hell. They do lamination over the counter, but I hate the Idea of bringing in a furry badge and getting that strange look from the guy across the counter. Oh well it is probably gonna happen regardless.

Ok so I saw X-Men origins and It left me with a lot of questions. I am by no means a hard core fan but I was under the impression that wolverine could die or at least age. Also I was pumped to see this one cause I knew Gambit was gonna be in it and he ends up showing up in like 4 scenes. I don't know it was still a cool movie, but was a bit of a let down. Hopefully the new terminator movie won't be, it looks pretty awesome from the previews. Also for the record Hydrocholorthiazide is a diuretic and does nothing to heart rate directly. If anything it would probably cause hypotension and reflex tachycardia. I don't know who's Idea it was to use that drug in the movie. O.o

Well I have a feeling I have a pride problem. I have been trying to master inking on my tablet without the benefit of vector lines on pupose! I think I will give in and try and use flash as I don't have any other program that will do it. I think my fine motor skills really need a tune up ><. On top of that I am already getting into the briar patch that is finals week. All I want to do is draw and I really don't have the time. Isn't that always the case? Oh and I am also cooking up something for the AC charity auctions this year, though I don't know what it will be as of yet. Prolly one of my Masking projects. Anyone going to AC give me a Holla btw. I am always curious about it.

Yeah well I was at the bus stop this morning and there was soome dooper with one of these things blowing leaves about all willy nilly. I swear he just looked like he was blowing leaves and trash in a giant circle. On top of that I have no idea why he was so concerned with clearing the roadway where the bus would pull up. I guess nails and roadspikes have nothing on leaves. Yes I am aware I am ranting, but I had to get up so so early and to be greeted with a noisy, useless peice of crap...Gah!

Not really, but I did play me some paintball this past sunday. It was something I havn't done for quite a few years. My only regret is that I couldn't use my own gun. Unfortunately due to humidity and time the Orings inside it melted. It was still a fun time and a large group from my class got to go. Hopefully it becomes a somewhat regular event because I almost forgot how fun it was to get to legally shoot people XP.

Yeah finally went over the edge and saw Bolt at the dollar theater the other day. It was actually really good. I especially liked how dreamworks animated the pigieons. It is a hard thing to make a bird actually look like a bird if you think about it. And for a damn scientologist John Travolta did a pretty good job voice acting. Ooooo those damn scientologists make me so mad but they are so talented. XP Anyway yeah I guess it is official, I am a fur, cause I still watch disney movies at 25 and I can't use the excuse of having a kid for a nephew or a bastard stepchild. Oh well its kewl.

So the other day was what I would consider an interesting day. I had some errands to run in the morning then I came back and found that my computer's hard drive had wiped again. This is the second time it has happened. Fortunately I have a new Hard drive that I switched in. Hopefully it never happens again. I did lose some art, documents, and some important programs like photoshop. Oh but the fun did not stop there. Some how simultaniously my modem also fried. The office wasn't open on the weekend, so I was left with a completely blank computer, no internet, and a looming test on tuesday for which I had no resources to study for. Anyway I just had to laugh. It is one of those days that you never hope comes along.

Ok so I was lurking around at the forum this morning, something I try not to do less I get pulled into the nexus of stupidity. Don't get me wrong there are some interesting conversations over there, and it is a good way to kill some time while FA is down. Anyway I stumbled across a thread in the rant and raves section talking about how people just hate it when they fave a submission and the person thanks them for it. Now right off the bat it caught my attention because I always thank people for watching/faving my work. I generally think it is a common courtesy. Apparently according to people there it is a ploy for attention. I kind of just had to laugh. Are people really so bitter? I refrained from making a comment because I know it really wouldn't make a difference. I just thought it was interesting how people think about something so simple. Anyway if I do thank you for a fave, which I most certianly will. It is a genuine deep down from the bottom of my heart thank you. Believe it or not I do put time and effort into my work (not as much as I should obviously) and appreciate when someone else takes interest. Thank you.

I know I have mentioned something about it in the past briefly, but the desire to somehow develop the concept and story of this creature hasn't left me alone. I have done some brief tablet sketching and havn't really been happy with how I want him to look. I will probably switch it to traditional sketching. I have been insanely inspired by the collaboration and indepth development of  swiftcutter and  Cerberus lately. If you don't know of these two, go check them out. Anyway, I hope to let this little deamon of an Idea occupy some of my increased drawing time. Who knows maybe children's book someday, but that is my delusionary ambition once again.

I havn't really been drawing too much with it, but that is gonna change, starting with the spiffy new Avitar I cooked up. I just havn't been able to draw much, and this is another excuse to not study XP. Anyway during this long christmass break, I am thinking I might go into the think tank and develope the Bramblebrack a little more. I think I may be channeling Adam Phillips a bit(Check Newgrounds.com if you don't know, Awesome stuff). I hope maybe to develop a story. No dog days of summer, but it might do. Anyway I might have to settle for preliminary sketches and do the nitty gritty when I return from break. I will be taking a cheapy watercolor set back with me, but I don't know what the results will be. Maybe I will get out and do some nature drawing. *shrugs* Anyway another update for those 4 or maybe even 5 peeps that look at this thing you guys are awesome sauce.

So yeah I have a lot of things running through my head besides finals which are coming up next week XP. I already have another "bitter mask" type pic layed out and cut for a friend. I will likely be puting the brush to it tomarrow. As for the other crazy Ideas running through my mind, most are in the title phase. Hopefully I can get to them over Christmas. Hello hope everything is going well for all those out there. Just wishin everyone a very Merry christmas. I am personally not out of the woods yet. Got a lot I have to do before I get that sweet sweet break. Good news is that it will finally give me some more time to draw. I have kinda been bad about it lately in that I am tending to draw rather than study. I hope it doesn't come back to haunt me. Maybe I will even improve a little bit *gasps*.

My delusions of grandeur must be statisfied. Anyway hopefully santa brings me a tablet for christmass. I would like to start doing more digi art and designing cool banners and icons like all the cool kids. Anyways everyone have a merry one and chug a quart of egg nog for me.

I have been wrestling with my arts lately, and so far its winning. I get all pumped up to draw and start doing so, but unfortunately my ideas never seem to hit the paper how I want them to. It has been frustrating me a bit and thrown me back into madly searching around and sketching. All I know is that I need practice desperately and school is not really letting me have it right now, so meh. I did promise a piece to my good friend so I will get started on that as soon as I have a good deal of time to sit down.
