Its been a while.
Im actually going to try to get back into art! I recently just got a new huion Kamvas 13 too! I also have switched from Paint tool Sai to Krita. Thats a big change because i have no idea where all the tools are that im ao used to in sai. 😅
Anyway to start back out and get some practice, im doing 5
slots of PWYW commissions.
I'll take on anything from as low as $5.
Just know that the lower you pay the less you get, which is reasonable lol. $5 will get you a rough sketch for example.

These are slimies.
They are not evolved. You can ask me and I'll evolve them for $20 OR you can find another artist to evolve them, OR you can evolve them yourself OOOOR you can keep them as a slime.
Basically, a slimy is an idea! They are the basic species, color scheme, and pattern idea in the form of a little slime.
You can keep them as slimies too! You don't have to evolve them. Maybe one could be the pet of an OC you already have!
They're only $1. Times are tough and everything's expensive. Here's a way to get a new character for cheap. Maybe you can find free lines to color if you're not an artist yourself. Maybe you have an artist friend who can help you bring to life the evolution of the slimy.
I just thought I'd throw them out into the world in case someone would like one. <3
I published a children's Activity Book!
Posted 2 years agoI've always wanted to do children's books. This first little step for me in getting this activity book published means a lot to me.
DISCLAIMER: I did NOT do the artwork in the activity book. This was my first attempt and more or less a test run HOWEVER that doesn't change how proud I am of every page I designed. Every page can be colored, there's tracing activities for letters and numbers, learning shapes, learning patterns and colors, and motor function practice with maze games and tracing activities! 72 pages in all!
My next project, now that I know how easy amazon KDP is, will be an actual illustrated children's book, written and illustrated by me.

How hard is it to sell your work?
Have you found your niche?
Do you feel you're underselling your art to compete with the prices of other artists?

I've very barely been considering getting back into artwork, but dang do i know the struggle is real, times are tough, and everyone everywhere seems to have a side hustle to just get by. I've lost 68 lbs and im working on losing another 52. =]
Story time:
If you haven't noticed from the last couple of pics I've posted, I'm on a weightloss journey.
At my highest weight, I was 260 lbs and I knew i had to change. I made the decision on September 9th 2021 to change...and I did!
Today I'm 192 lbs and my goal is to reach 150! 68lbs down, 52 to go! But its going to be a lot of work.
So far I've not exercised at all. I've just changed my eating habits. But if i want to reach my goal, im going to have to kick my butt into gear and do at least some exercise lol.
Follow me on Instagram, trackto150, as I post before and afters, healthy food choices, my exercises (which should be real and raw and relatable since I am a lazy gamer who hates physical activity lol) and inspiration to help you on your journey if you're deciding to begin!

Holy Shit I know its been a while but I do exist still. I had to start a new Twitter because I can't access my old one. =_=

Back in September I kinda went poof because I went on a trip to TN with my CoD reg. Since coming back, I've just spent extra time with my reg, gaming and generally just spending time with them online. I've also been wrapped up in work and my weight loss journey. (30lbs down in 2 months, not bad.~)
Basically, I'm living. I'm living my life and it's so nice! And now, I'm learning to code. Holy crap there's a lot to remember lmao, wish me luck.
I know I've basically disappeared from the internet, but I assure you I'm good. Better than good, I'm great. I've never had this much freedom to live my life as I do now. For way too long I shackled myself to a life mostly online for the sake of someone else.

Posted 4 years agoI still check my AF, and rest assured if I get attacked, I will attack back, HOWEVER I recently got a good bit of commissions my way soooo I am focusing on them. x3 I'm still watching the fight and like I said, I will attack back if attacked, but as of now I'm not attacking without being provoked. ^-^

Posted 4 years agoI didn't participate last year, but this year I'm feeling better and think I can handle it.
Even though I've switched over to drawing humans, that doesn't mean I can't still draw furry stuff, so if you attack me and have no humans in your character roster, I'll be fine with most creatures I'll run into.
I've got 2 characters in my line up that those who can't/won't draw humans can choose from.
Art is my hobby. I've come to have a busier life schedule and so I may not be active on art fight every day through the month of July. I will try to at least attack back everyone who attacks me. I doubt that'll be very many haha.
I will line and color. No sketches this year. =] This will slow me down but thats fine. I'm mostly participating to give art rather than receive it.

If you're unaware of what I'm talking about, art fight is a sight called artfight.net and every year in July they have a competition. The competition is to see which team (you'll pick or be assigned a team) can produce the most art.
To do this you pick a character from one of the other teams members, and draw it for them.
They will be targeting your team too, so you'll get art of your characters! It's basically a huge art trade competition.

Next, am I back? To a degree I am, as in....I'm taking my name back. I worked for years under this name to get followers, and I shouldn't let fear drive me away. When I say to a degree... I'll be honest, I'm definitely not as active in drawing and art as I used to be, buuuuut I might share with you my sketches and daydreams. AND If I get a wild hair up my ass, I may do some freebies here and there.
