The "How" and The "Why"
Posted a day agoHail! And happy Friday to all of my fellow brigands! I hope you had a fun and safe Halloween, gallivanting throughout the realm ;}
I belive that a big part of why we find the "T-WORD" so appealing in art/cartoons, is indeed aided by the context. At least for me personally, the more absurd and even slightly embarrassing the nature of the scenario is, the more likely I am to get completely red hot in the face!
If I look at a great "T-WORD" related piece of art and I need to ask myself...
"Goodness gracious... how in the world did you even end up in this situation!?!?" or "Why does a device like this even exist!?!?"
...It raises more questions then it answers, and is a massive part of the fun. ~
Id like to hear about some scenarios you you've encountered, or have YET to encounter. Im sure most of you have an idea of what im talking about ;}
I'll leave you with one simple example.
Imagine your going into the clinic for a routine check up. You haven't seen this doctor before, so this is all new to you. You get inside and are instructed to sit in a dentist-like reclining chair. He starts with basic procedures like blood pressure and reflexes, asks you some simple questions.
Then all if a sudden, while he's still clinicly talking to you, he starts to casually unlace and remove your shoes. This is a little embarrassing because this isent a foot and ankle clinic. But you are assured that this is a nessisery step of the procedure.
He uses the back end of this pen to draw a long stroke up and down your sole, again very casual, to see your reaction. He notices you trying to hold it together and not laugh. It then quickly escalates from a professional doctor setting, to him holding your toes back and flicking your sole with a big feather. Mocking your ticklishness and saying things like "coochie coochie coo" and "its okay, laugh for me".
Buy this time its allredy over for you, as your laughter echoes through the clinic halls! ;} ;}

I hope you've enjoyed the Tickletober2025 prompt thingies I've been doing, its the first time I've done something like this!
That being said, im unsure how many more of them ill end up doing. Im not burnt out or anything mind you! Im simply getting a little bored of some of these prompts, and would rather go back to my "normal" drawings ;}
Ive got some ideas for more substantial Holloween related pieces that I want to start on. It was a fun challenge though! A good practice for my short hand.
I think 17 out of 31 is pretty good for a rogue rat, if I do say so myself ;}
Anyway, I just wanted to be transparent!

Hail! I hope you are all having wonderful week filled with Epic Adventure and Tremendous Treasures!
I am curious as to what other types of creatures you may like to see within the scrawlings of Rakeer. There are Plenty of Rats to include in the great tomes of Ratdom to be sure, and I got some good ideas in my noggin as well. Fantasy and otherwise!
I sincerely am curious what the good people of the land think on this matter! What creatures would you like to see, or feel is not represented enough? I have a feeling I will agree with the lot of you!

When Ultimate Disaster Strikes!
Posted 2 months agoHail! I hope you are all doing well as we reach the closing moons of the summer time. Ive had a little bit of disaster in the last few days. In short, I need to buy a new car. Im sure many of you can relate to how much of a headache this can be.
Im going to open commissions, at least for a little while, to help me recoup some of the costs that will no doubt end up being much coin indeed!
To clarify, I do work full time. Im not hurt, and im relying on friends and family to get to my job in the meantime, to which I am eternally grateful! This is mearly a way to help build myself back up a wee bit. PLEASE DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED!!!
If you are interested, please consider the following.
* 50 dollars is the price. I want to try a "one price fits all" model. Both to keep things simple, and to test out these uncharted waters!
* Paypal is the only way I wish too receive payment.
* The drawings will be in a 4:3 aspect ratio, at a resolution of 1920x1440 or 1440x1920. Your choice of a portrait or landscape drawing!
*ill send you the deawing in Jpeg, Png or both!
*the drawings will be in color, with a background of some kind. If for whatever reason you don't want color or a background im ok with that!
* you may choose if you want it flat or with a VERY SIMPLE shading. Just let me know what you'd prefer.
* You have all seen my work, so you know the kinda things i like to draw. There are places id prefer not to go. So please have your commission kinda make since with my art. I don't see this being an issue;}
* I won't draw > vore, diapers scat/gas anything bodily fluids, dark violence, rape ect.
* if I feel uncomfortable with your commission and choose not to draw it, PLEASE DONT TAKE IT PERSONALLY! If you are unsure, just ask! No worries ð
* keep in mind I am a simple rat with a full time job and responsibilities outside of work. So please be patient with me!
* I will prioritize commissions in order of those who paid, you will be put in cue and I can even give you a number if you'd like ;}
* I won't work on anything before payment.
Just trying to keep some form of protection for myself!
* If your under 18 please don't bother
* we can discuss things in DMs, and from there we can go to discord if you'd like
*PLEASE dont take advantage of the model by asking for a whole cast of characters in the drawing! 2 maybe 3 at most. I'll trust you with this!
* I will post the art on my end in its own folder

Im genuinely curious about what OBSCURE Video Game Characters you feel need representation in the paw/tickling art space. I've drawn a few, but id like to hear your thoughts! No GARENTEE that I'll draw it of course, but WHO KNOWS?

When I decided to stop lurking on this platform I would have never suspected such a thing. So I won't waste your time.
Thank you everyone for taking an interest in my amateur artwork!
I know I don't go out of my way to thank watchers directly, but I do see it and I'm very humbled by it. If you leave me a comment on one of my peices I'll always respond, as I like the interaction with the users.
I'm genuinely having a ridiculous amount of fun drawing the things I want to draw, and sharing them with fellow art enthusiasts.
