Posted 15 years agoI just watched Legend of the Guardians! I have to say..the art is beautiful. The story is a tad predictable, but overall...I say definately worth the price of admission, and I am now very curious about these books that it's apparently based on. Go see it! Also...I must draw owls now. Quite possibly owl blacksmiths! WOO!

Posted 15 years agoOk..this time the Iron artist thingy isn't going to kick my ass...because I'm not going to sit around and wait for commissions. Also, I'm going to do as much of it as I can in TWO WEEKS. Why? Because I'm crazy...and another crazy person outside of the site is trying to make it a competition.
There's like...NO way I can pull off the 100 in two weeks (hey, I gotta work weekends, people!) But I'm going to give it my very best.
I still need some help from you guys though! I have at best about 28 ideas for characters. I'll be coming up with more as the days go by, but if you guys want in, I'm throwing out full body sketches of characters for $5 bucks! Not bad for an hour's work, if I do say so myself :3
Anyway..if you are interested, throw me a note, preferably with refs, and if everything is cool (which should be the case so long as there's some way I can draw the character and have it not be porn) I'll give you my paypal, and BAM. You get a picture.
So with out further ado..let the spam postings BEGIN!!!

Posted 15 years agoAfter a bit of introspective and taking a moment or two to think about what I've been doing lately..I can officially say that I've done no art since the Pyrotsune. I know it's hardly a journal post...but damn it, I'm an artist. I SHALL DO ART!
Spring BROKE!
Posted 15 years agoIts spring break time, party peoples! Wooooo! Ok..so...not much woo over here. LOTS of free time though, so I'm opening up TWO slots for commissions! This way there will be quicker turnaround. More will open as I finish them.
SO about the commissions: No pr0n, artistic nudity ok (I determine what's artistic here! :3) Fetish material is iffy. If it couldn't get on daytime TV, I probably wouldn't draw it.

Color: Head: $8 Full Body: $15 (+3 for traditional..that stuff is hard!)

My computer is a-bloke!
Posted 16 years agoMy computer totally bought the farm >< Something to do with the motherboard or the graphics driver..or..maybe an adapter that hooks on to the cable that goes from my graphics card to the monitor. The long and short of the situation is that my computer sounded a little rough on startup for a while...and on the last day of finals, the monitor decides it doesn't want to recieve any signals from the comp anymore.
Its making most of the usual sounds...but I cant tell for sure if the normal goings on are going on.
I'm on my laptop now. I don't really have any software on it though, so doing anything digital is pretty much out. I can, however, still do sketches! All hope is NOT lost...but I may open some sketch commissions in the near future to pay for computer fixing...after I do right by the people who have been waiting already.
As a side note: I MISS mIRC! AAAARGH! WHY WONT MAC RUN IT?!
