art trades?
Posted 2 years agoI was (and still am) very demotivated by the fact that even as I moved on to digital art such as via paint.net or Krita, I can still only do basic front-side views with no real perspective when I'm not just tracing official artwork, and on top of that, I discovered the rather addicting space MMO that is known as EVE Online, leaving me even further unwilling to try and make progress on requests...
however, I just realized that art trades could convince me to keep going; not only by having someone else's artwork to enjoy once I finish my own side of the trade, but also to study the other's drawing technique and hopefully actually pick up on some of it lol
rules:
- both sides will agree on a due date for the artwork and have it ready by then
- both sides will preferably post the sketches so that I can see how the other's drawing took shape and the other can tell me if I'm actually sketching well
- this will probably end up involving diapers, so as always, no NSFW, the diapers must be clean
- the two artworks can be posted on furaffinity or on deviantart
- it is fine if other half of the trade ends up being something written, though it will probably not help me learn drawing :P
- in this case, diaper usage can be involved for that half

Posted 2 years agoapologies for the requests taking somewhat long; I was somewhat demotivated by the rule changes, and on top of that, my entire drawing method is ridiculously improvised and is possibly the artistic version of what a programmer would call spaghetti code, so I'm currently trying to relearn drawing from the ground up

Posted 2 years agoso after a bit of practice, it seems that I'm not entirely bad at digital drawings, at least somewhat better than pencil-on-paper sketches anyway...
as such, requests are open again, with the same guidelines as the first time:
- I prefer drawing Pokémon, but I suppose anything else with a good reference to use should be fine
- I'm fine with drawing diapers, but only clean ones
- no NSFW

currently attempting to somewhat replicate the bulbapedia/pokemondb shinx image digitally... it's going decently, and the result should be out in a day or two... perhaps a touchscreen pen isn't really necessary for digital drawing...?

I never really got around to setting some specifics for requests, or to using this journal feature xD
request info:
