So a while back I've been trying to buy this really awesome stuff on ebay

It was kinda overpriced, but the fact that I've never actually bought anything online ever kinda made me felt like I wanted to give it a shot.

And so i did...

That was on the February 11th of this year xD
So I waited and waited until over a month and I decided to give the seller an email asking about the item.
His response was basically "we dont do refunds for lost items in mail" which is apparently a bunch of barnacles according to one of me mateys.

and that was today...

It took awhile until I decided to appeal my case to the great ol' bottled message of the internets and sent it to whoever be the captain of ebay.
Eventually some nice lady told me the case was in my favour and a refund was decided by ebay's customer support.
I think at that moment all the negativity in my head disappeared and I could trust ebay again :D
But not the sellers ._."

I have no idea who to trust or buy!
For now I'm just sticking to buying cheap cute panda stickers in the real world.
Where the seller is in plundering distance :3

Ahoy mateys!

So after a series of unfortunate events (parting ways with friends, getting ripped off by ebay, financial issues, etc etc), I've decided to face facts and tough it out. I would say a lot more on the matter but i'd rather not at this point. Would just seem saddening T_T"

Well, the short of it all; shit happened, I'm back and I'm probably gonna be stuck drawing until my laptop dies and probably eventually me.

That is unless i'm lucky enough to raise enough cash to get a new computer desktop and move on to makin' the good stuff ^^
but then again, that's just the optimistic side of me talkin'.

Somewhere in the corners of my worries was also the site of my usual internet connection. I used to lounge around and whore the the occasional internet of a certain shop, but unfortunately it was demolished and moved to a different location. Sad. So that means the frequency of my updates will be less from now on. How less? not sure.

Regardless starting today, I'm going to limit my commissions to certain returning/long term customers and the like.
Though I'm mot saying that I'm doing the same for any R34 commissions. (been getting less R34 related commissions so will be putting more priority to that)

Anywho.^^ sorry for the delays! before, now and for the future.

Well, I think i'm gonna give up trying to figure out my laptop. I got it working again, but thats only after tinkering with a few things while it freezes anyway after mere minutes of turning it on...

At first I wasnt able to boot into safe mode...
And after removing viruses, I can boot to safe mode again!

Soon after that, Plugging my phone/flash drive into the laptop freezes it...
And then only Flash drives will not freeze the laptop...

Later I find my laptop freezing when opening certain folders,
Then after running CHkDSK, the problem is non-existant anymore...

I'm not even sure if this is a hard disk issue anymore.

Finally I was like "Fudge it!"
I'm just gonna settle for the fact that I can actually draw on the laptop without freezing after a while...
That and I can watch 2 broke girls again! xD

PS: Will commence finishing commissions as soon as possible... I'm gonna ride this laptop till it wont even turn on anymore and milk it for as much as I can!

Ahoy there T_T"

tl;dr: Computer is still dying, found problem, trying to afford HDD. Commissions on hold.

Well the long story was that my long absence was credited mostly to the fact that I wasn't able to turn on my laptop. Like... At All.

But after carefully and gracefully turning it on and off a few times I managed to do a quick work around and got it working again... kind of?
But opening specific folders would freeze my laptop,
And so does opening a single episode of 2 Broke Girls. Life was hard you guys D':

A fellow colleague pointed out that the culprit might involve a meanie virus with a vengeance for an amateur pirate themed artist...
Another friend mentioned that it might just be a combination of Avast and a faulty hard drive...

Well I'm not taking chances with this sumbetch D:<
The first chance I got, I backed everything related to my art to a small flashdrive.

Gonna be working shifts to get a new hard disk and just work things out there from a pirated copy of windows again T_T"

So I'll be holding off current commissions until I can afford a darn Hard drive.

PS: Apologies for anyone who's been waiting regarding commissions, I didn't mean to keep you all out of the loop, It was a situation that was out of my control and it involved -alot- of traveling. I didn't had the chance to find a place to even get a proper internet connection T_T

Welp,
it happened...

The day i feared has kinda arrived?
Its been a few days of work and my laptop's been pushed to the limit. So much so that it can barely hold out for more than 10 minutes without freezing.
Apparently It was damaged so badly that it affected the insidey parts.

At first I tried to fix it from many different angles and I barely made it work long enough to back up a few important files.
Eventually I've come to a point where the Laptop could only run a couple a' applications without fritzin' out. So I might be able to hold out a little longer?
So Commissions will be put on hold for a while. or at least I'll be attempting to finish up on what i've started.

But from the looks of it, I don't think it's going to last for more than a month,
But then again I've been proven wrong before so that's a good thing?

In any case if I somehow never ever make it back from this vicious cycle, I'd just like to say that;

But my luck was bound to run out soon...

TwT eh... its been a tough few weeks

Been having less time for gaming and work has been unforgiving!
Though i've been putting in more time for commissions instead of gaming so that's something i suppose :x

First of all, OMG! >w< 200+ watchers?? I haven't even done much to celebrate 100 T_T'' sorry bout that...
I know it might not seem much but it actually means a lot to me that people would take notice to this quirky FA account.
A little pirate can only feel out of place in a furry website sometimes :s I find it odd that no one's mentioned the lack of furry art in my uploads...

And i have an explanation for that D:

Well aside from the numerous work and a few side projects I'm facing , I've been having trouble sleeping...
Every time before I actually end up sleeping, I keep getting reminded of future problems.
The lack of a steady Job and that ghastly reminder that my laptop is actually dying.
Aside from the usual outer decay and random vibrating (no, really) It's starting to give out lag spikes during my art sessions.
So I figured what would happen if one day this computer would stop working? o_o''
Would that be the end of Rapetacular?
Probably...

But I don't want it to end, It's been an awesome run,
I've met a lot of people and I've learned things that helped me a lot in life.
Ever since starting Rapetacular I became all sorts of stuff,
An artist, a writer, a designer and a friggin ps4 owner!
As a kid, I've always thought one day I was going to end up robbing a bank just to live xD
But eh, here i am...

Well now all i can think of is to try to collect as much as I can to afford a new PC!
This time I'm gonna make it count...
Hopefully I will gain enough to eventually expand to 3D modelling and Animations!

Reporting for that occasional monthly journal for whoever actually reading.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank my few loyal commissioners for helping out with their commissions (inside and outside of FA). But mostly thank you for being patient and understanding, regardless whether or not the first few commission discussion were kinda awkward? ._.'' Every commission you've requested, sets me closer to my ultimate goal! >:D proper meals and games!

I was actually surprised that FA was pretty much chill with the constant non-furry art I've been churning out (thank you for that!). The ironic thing is that I had a few run-in's with posting some free art on Rule34, apparently the site requires nudity or else it's not even considered porn. (This was that Gravity falls art with Bipper and Wendy). Apparently molesting someone's crotch in their clothes is not porn.

Yet tumblr and FA accepted the art no problem :\

I mean it wasn't that i was ticked off by rule34, but it was more of the guy who reported the art. All i'm saying is that they should've reconsidered or something. Or atleast give in ideas of how to fix it. In the end I've just uploaded two edited arts, one exclusively for the user and the other to meet rule34's rules.

Hopefully the next few uploads will go off without a hitch.
I'll try focusing on furry more! :3

Well, after that whole rush with juggling work, education and fighting illnesseses, ive decided to chill for a few days. Namely replaying certain games like Bioshock Infinite for some reason :3

Huge disappointment when i heard about how Platinum's Korra was doing and i felt really bad :c Mostly because i was hyped about the game... ah no matter at least the R34 did well.

Been a while since the last update (as usual)

Actually there was supposed to be uploads in the past few days but then a few games came along (Rayman Legends, Beyond two souls, MGS5:GZ, Etc etc). So delays were "inevitable". But i just finished up on Beyond two souls and most of MGS5: Ground Zeroes. so uploads are coming in soon.

Not sure whether to start accepting requests again...
But so far there's requests for Necrodancer and Beyond Two Souls.
Here's hoping there wont be anymore games that pop up in the next few days.

I was actually hoping to do more furry related art, but I wasn't sure which was best to work with.

After much consideration, i was told i should at least make a journal to let people know whats going on. that's right all 8 of you. TuT''

Well for the past few days I've been stumped with personal matters and the Rapetacular crew is close to non-existant (more on this next time).

Aside from that there's the glaring fact that I've been forced to face with exams against my will, which is the main reason for the lack of uploads since the first one. But as soon as the exams are over, expect uploads after the 13th of May.

For numerous reasons, recent commissions are now free.
For now... but I'm closing the commissions slots, because a lot were requested from other sites/emails
