My normal method of dealing with commissions is:

PREVIEW DRAFT >>> PAYMENT >>> FINISHED PICTURE

Which I think is a pretty fair system for both the commissioner and me, I normally don't mind using this method, but right now I have about 5 or 6 sketches of people who either wanted something and lost interest or never got back, and I'm not about to go hunt people down to ask them if they want stuff anymore or not.

I hate having to pile up unpaid to-dos and expect people to get back at me, I really don't want to think people are playing me for a fool, but this has to stop:

From now on I'll be taking PAYMENT UP FRONT before I do any work, I'm sorry it has to come to this.

This is my side of the story, and I stand by it

I will have to be more careful with who I draw inflatable design for.

You can only declare your terms to the customer and trust they will go through with it.

While I don't want to mention names, I'm very upset shit like this happens and my designs are used in ways I don't agree with.

I've lost contact with one of my commissioners whom I owe something, does anyone know  cirobianchi by any chance?

I'd like some resolution on this matter
