Today right after work I went to the gym like every Thursday nothing special but I guess someone saw me in the gym and decided I'm going to fuck your day up.

First let me start by saying people who leave the weight bench sweaty pisses me off! I dont go there to clean your sweat have some manours and fucking wipe it up!

Second I dont know but people who train on the highest weight they can lift for fifteen minutes then look at them selves in the mirror for the next one hour and fourty five minutes really gets on my nerves.

And Lastly how many fucking times to I have to show proof of ID at the fucking counter! I've been going for the last five months!!!!!

I guess most people on here think I'm dead by now damn its been 7months since my last update.

Well here's what happened in a nutshell.

Two weeks from the end of my third year in college I got a letter from a car auction company near me telling me that wanted an apprentise to do an all manner of things from mechanics to panel beating i originally went into college to learn paint and panel beating, the pay was good so i said what the hell and went for it. now nearly six months down the line I'm earning more money then I thought I would at 18 I'm doing what I love day in day out.

I've finally hung up my gloves (for now) after nearly six years I thought I'd better of leaving on a high note, Work and weight training have become my life now even though I've been neglecting the gym for awhile now but a new year is coming new years have always been good to me for change so that is what I want to change for 2012.

I'm still single and have been for awhile dont see much opportunity in a garage these days and yes I'm out now full fledged I dont mean farting rainbows and walking with a swish if someone asks me I tell the truth it was a bit of a shock to my family but they accepted it.

So new year new goals I want to put more updates and get to know more people on here, I want to get to the gym more alot more, and I guess meeting a nice cute guy would'nt hurt but the best time to find love is when your not looking for it right?

Anyway thats a quick update to those who I have been neglecting I'm sorry Its just been one hell of a couple of months I promise to keep you all up to speed now.

I'm thinking of hanging up my gloves 5+ years over 35 fights 24 wins 9 losses and 2 draws and I feel like I need a change the recent fighting change over into MMA isnt going so well I've found out that mixing different fighting styles is confusing to say the least. I've been thinking about this for a few months now, I really want to focus on my weight lifting I was going to quite and put my full time into that, I'd still use my home bag nothing beats thrashing the bag around after a long workout.

Urgh i hate doing shit like this but i need to vent, today when i came back from training i stopped off at a cafe for a quick bite to eat, and I saw a friend of mine from the gym and high school with him i also saw my recently x boyfriend he was the first guy i connected with that lived close enough i could see him nearly every day and he was clinging onto my friends arm like i dont know what, it just hurt so much the reason he broke up with me was because he was'nt sure on who he wanted to be with guy or girl now not even two months later he is on the arm of another guy.

But the thing that hurts the most is that i think he lied to me this guy is ripped toned sixpack abs pecks everything and myself a sixpack is a pipe dream the only thing that i can say is that i have large muscles pecks and a large stomach, i fucking hate doing this i feel like im being emo or just pissing people off with my problems but i need to get this out or im gonna do something i might regret i dont know, I just want to know that i see models porn stars guys everywhere with sixpacks pecks and fit bodies and i think to myself is this how man is supposed to be. Im considering losing my weight and toning up, argh! this pisses me off so much i just need to get away for Christmas i think I'll go stay with family and get away from this place.

Damn my knuckles are still hurting, this single session has outrated my whole years in boxing, I havent done to many kicks or knees in my practice but damn it feels like thats all I've done today, But strangely i feel great i never felt like this after boxing I'm loving my new training and the new skills I'm learning.

Anyway I spent most of my time on the bags showing the coach what im capible of unlike boxing where i was in middle weight class he's put me in the heavy weight class, which means more meat more chicken and more fish god how i hate weight lifters diets (hehe) so after I proved my skill he had me show him my stamina i wouldnt say im great but I'm above average when it comes to stamina even with my extra weight. I cant weight for monday my trainer said he might put me up against another trainie, wish me luck haha.

Oh yeah this is for a friend if your reading this I'm fine so please dont worry to much ok it hurts me knowing that people i love are worried about me, and you know who you are.

Well this is gonna be a big change in my life but one im looking forward to.

For my personal friends they know I love martail arts not just boxing but UFC MMA all the good stuff and well its been i think nearly six years now of boxing i want to move on try something new so I recently signed myself up for a two month UFC/MMA Mui Tai and Kick boxing club its gonna be a big straing and probably the hardest challenge I've ever faced but im ready to get started.

Also I'm loosing some weight to add the my speed watching the videos of my fights (which I'll try and get some up on youtube) I need to increase my speed the blows have enough power but i cant deliver one after another as fast as i wanted. Anyway I'll keep you guys updated.

So after a day of hanging out with some friends from college i come home to see the police outside my house, apparently my bedroom window has been broken in my new phone laptop xbox 360 and 14 games were stolen after hours of questions and informations they left the next day i get a phone call from the police, yeah my so called friends i have known them for eight years broke into my bedroom and took my stuff.
I was pissed off to say the least i decided not to press charges as long as i got my stuff back.

But i want revenge so i had a little talk with my friends it basically went like this "Give me all your money or i will press charges" why should the nice guy come out of the situation without gaining something.

After a long week i came out with all my stuff brand new happy my mum made me get insurance on my stuff and £500. Call me an asshole if you want but if they're going to steal of me i want something back.
