2) I've had a bit of a problem with bots on patreon. This is apparently a fairly common issue, and I've decided to nip it in the bud. So, it's very important that my patrons heed this warning: IT'S OKAY IF YOU HAVE TO DECLINE TO PAY FOR A CERTAIN MONTH, BUT I NEED YOU TO SEND ME A WARNING MESSAGE BEFOREHAND (VIA PATREON PREFERRED). IF YOU DON'T I'M GOING TO ASSUME YOUR ACCOUNT IS A BOT, AND DELETE YOU FROM MY PATRON LIST

I regret having to take such blunt measures, but when almost a quarter of my supposed patrons turn out to be bot accounts, I feel that I have no other choice.

3) I'm opening a very limited number of commission slots this month-- I'd like to open more, but this scatterbrained snake fell behind on the Colored Sketches from April. To give myself more time to work on those, I'm only opening three slots this May, two of which are already reserved for my Top-Tier Patrons.

4) I'm unfortunately going to have to scale back the Patreon Exclusive Pics from weekly to bi-weekly. However, this month and every month hence, I'll be sending out a survey to all $5-and-above patrons where you can pick the character and fetish theme. The survey will be posted on Patreon shortly.

I'm back from my long artless slumber and here to offer you the chance to have your character immortalized in digital polygons!

...as of a few minutes ago I'm 19.

I'm finally realizing that I can't afford not to draw more.

I mean... gah... I'm not sure how to phrase it... it's like...

I'm realizing that I've got so much potential that I'm wasting by being so non-prolific, producing so little

realizing the obvious fact that having talent doesn't matter if you don't use it

perhaps my motivations were as pure and cowardly as a fear of trying out forms of art I'm not used to.

well no more of that.

It's high time that I started challenging my limits and mastering new skills, both in terms of art and other areas of my life.

I guess I've realized the obvious: doing something feels better than doing nothing.

School's going well.

Found a group of people, and I've already become close friends with them. It's wonderful-- it really is. =)

not much else to say.

Oh. there is one other thing. I'm not going to be drawing vore anymore. ever.
Dont ask me why-- it just feels like the right thing to do.

and that's my reaction to first quarter of my freshman year.

Holy crap. college is a lot of work! XD

Anyway. I'm back. How long was I gone from FA? like...three months? around that? I forget.

Back to college though. It was difficult at first, but got easier once I got used to it, then became difficult again as we neared the end of the term. (Worcester Polytechnic Institute has four semesters per year,each seven weeks, rather than two, and we go three classes at a time)

But I think the most difficult part was.... my roommates.

Roommate 1 is an arrogant, persnickety, overbearing, prying, condescending, sycophantic, pity-demanding, busybody.

Roommate 2 is mediocre in every way, never stops complaining about all the work he has to do, constantly drums on everything in the room, and keeps on inviting drunk people into the room while I'm there.

My dorm hall happens to be infested by jocks, the type whose entire vocabulary consists of "beer" "drugs" "sex" and "beer".

There's even one guy who's drunk or high 24/7. goddammit I don't understand how he's still ALIVE. He runs around at night screaming obscene things or screaming the lyrics to pop songs.

...I attacked him with a LARPing sword once. Like, literally ATTACKED him. It was awesome. XD

he spent the next ten minutes trying to break down my door with a chair though O__O

One more thing.... there's another furry in my dorm hall, believe it or not. I even know his FA account, but I'm too scared to reach out to him because... well... he's the non-porn kind of furry... and as you can plainly see I'm the other kind >w<

Second quarter begins this tuesday. wish me luck.

okay, so...
when I start my laptop and plug the tablet in, everything works fine.
but when I start photoshop, suddenly, the cursor gets stuck on the edges of the screen.
I can move it up and down just fine, but when I try to move it horizontally, it jumps right from the left edge of the screen to the right and back again.
Then when I close photoshop, it stays that way until I restart the computer.

I looked through the tablet settings, and nothing seems to be wrong there.
I also tried to calibrate it, but the calibration process is meant only for computers where the screen itself is a tablet and not for tablets that plug in via USB.

Anyone have any ideas? =/

I think tonight was my first date. ever.

She says she had a good time, despite the movie we saw being... mediocre at best x3

I think I did something wrong when we got back to campus though. There was an awkward moment. I know I did something wrong, but I dont know what =/

I should be happy. but all I can think of is how pathetic it is that I never went on a date until age 18, and how I really should be studying for my computer science test on monday <__<

So here it is, my new account.

Main reason why I changed it: I dont consider Amethyst my fursona anymore, and as such, I dont want her name as my account name. I didnt want to be a snake, and I didnt want to be a hermaphrodite. (not that there's anything objectively wrong with either of those things.... they're just not me)

there are a few other reasons, but right now I'm kinda tired and dont want to go into them ^^;;

you really helped me through a real bad spot.

anyway, I'm going to shift the focus away from the hyper and cv fetishes for a while, but I'll come back to it eventually dont you worry x3
