Things are well! I'm getting close to graduating and school is kicking my ass, so illustrations are rare from me. Some of you might not know but I do 3D art too, maybe I'll post a little compilation here.

Posted 12 years agoHEY! just thought I'd use this space to write/vent/whatever regarding summer.
So I took a step back from commissions due to this being my last summer to spend with my friends at home. Next year, the plan is to move in together near our campus and spend the summer working on games. And it's gonna be amaaaazing.
As far as next semester goes, my priorities lie like so:
-class
-games/comic
-personal art/leisure time
-heavy drinking
-etc.
I might get around to doing comissions, we'll see how muhc time I have. Working with my game studio is really fufilling, but at the same time does not immediately help me out money-wise. Plus, i hate turning down getting to draw so many great characters. :CCC but soon. MEH.

I made a game with my friends last semester at college! Go play, it's totally free! Produced by my friend Ryan, and music by our overseas wizard composer Jacques. Art by me. Woooo.
We're very proud of our first game release, this started as a school project and from there on out evolved further. We did really well on grading for the prototype so decided to finish it out!

Posted 12 years agoAs you can see from my recent uploads I've been going through some hard times and have'nt been able to draw much. Family troubles, work, and webcomic planning have all punched me in the face sort of. Nothing huge though, no worries.
Thanks for being patient if you have commissions from me. They're coming, and I want to make them great! I'd feel awful presenting rushed and stressed out work. You guys are awesome <3

Two things to talk about about woo:
I can finally draw again! Finals don't allow much of anything. I did really well this semester so aside from work I won't have anything really to do!
Projected time for Catalyst to start is May 30th. (Birthday!!) I'll hopefullly be able to release a lot of pages at once, or wait until a whole chapter is complete. Still have to mull that over.

Does anyone know of a good web host to for beginners? I'm looking to put together a site to use for resume, commission, and Catalyst purposes. I've heard about wordpress and it seems alrighty, and they suggest Bluehost for hosting. I know nothing about this but it seems really fun and crazy cheap!
Commissions will be posted soon as well!
And as for the revocare account, I think I'll be using that to post sketches and the like, so ignore that for now. I'm working on refining some 3D work I've been doing, look out for that!

Round 2 BEGIN
Posted 13 years agoSO Second Semester is starting in 3 days, and thank god it is! I swear, the only productive thing I did over the last few days was a full out Metroid Prime Trilogy Marathon. Yeah, pretty fucking thug. We're starting Maya and Zbrush in school, so I'll get to find out how much Maya knowledge I've retained. Woo!
OKAY so yeah that means no time for commissions unfortunately but thanks to everyone who's got art from me recently, and new followers! It was a good way to feel like I'm doing some work this vacation, so seriously, thanks a ton! Hopefully you'll see some interested 3D stuff from me soon. Also, expect an alpha build of a game I'm working on with a friend, Dolphin Squadron!
Catalyst development is pretty good too. I need to catch up in art, since I have lots of stuff written out atm. Hopefully if everything goes well, I should be story-boarding this semester, to eventually begin production in the summer. WHEW.

But I've been neglecting some personal work over this vacation so far, and havent got a lot of time to work on Catalyst at all. I really need to step up another notch with development, since I have many many ideas I still need to document in physical form.
So I'm taking on a blogging challenge in the next couple of days, which basically consists of focusing on one element of the Catalyst world, drawing out concepts, and writing about it. My Game Designer is currently doing the same thing here: http://siifour.blogspot.com/
