So as none of you know, October is my favorite time of the year (November and December are close seconds)....I love the weather, the colors, and most of all the spirit as things grow closer to halloween >83 <rubs my hand together>

I caught 2 pounds of shrimp with a cast net, I ate one raw right out of the water, it was SSSOOOO good, so fresh it was still moving a little, we're having shrimp and grits for breakfast tomorrow, one of my faves since I'm a southern boy X3

Supposedly people perceive colors differently, like what looks blue to one person may look red if they see it though another person's eyes, but since they were both taught that that color is blue, they both recognize that it is blue, even though they may not necessarily see the same color

Like if I have two small children and I show one a copper penny and one a steel penny and tell them both that what I'm showing them is a penny, and I show them both a copper penny, the one I showed the steel penny would not recognize that it was a penny, it would be the same if I showed them both a steel penny, the one that was taught that the copper one was a penny would not recognize that the steel penny was a penny too

So this means that perception is something that can be taught since it is based on past knowledge, and not necessarily an opinion

What was your scariest dream?

Mine was stumbling around an empty hospital, bleeding from my eyes, while being chased by this shadow thing.........I think looking at it is what caused my eyes to bleed, I don't remember it was a shadowy figure that sort of just drifted around....eventually I got so weak I had to crawl, then it caught up to me and I blacked out then woke up
