bluedinosaur.art is only a month old and she's growing up so fast~

What would you like to see from her as she grows? Is there something specific you'd like from the website, such as a new page, services, functionality etc? We have big plans to develop, but this website is for everyone in the community and I'd love to get some feedback on what you would most want from a website ❤️

Heya!

As you may know, I've been spending the last week celebrating the launch of my very own website (bluedinosaur.art/) and aside from a few minor issues the websites maiden voyage has been a complete success! With a little over 250 paid and unpaid members, and tonnes of feedback, both good and constructive. Before I get into anything else, I'd first like to give everyone who is giving this website a chance a very big and warm thank you. Your continued support really does mean the most to me, and lets me continue my work as an artist <3

Now, onto the juicy stuff ^^

I'll be keeping to my one-page-a-week schedule for the time being, with the new page posted every Friday on all platforms, with paid members getting the latest most page. Unpaid site members being two pages behind, and the public/my other socials, being four pages behind. I'd like to eventually ramp up to two pages per week, but we'll have to see how the website goes over the next few months.

But Riddlr, you may be asking, how did you get this awesome, sleek and wonderful site???

Well, that all came down to the awesome help of my new friend, and webmistress,  elaraheart (Basically everything after this point is me heaping praise on her amazing work, but if you're after a website yourself, it'll be well worth the read!!!)

After I put out a journal asking for help with making a site  zeofawx (the helpful little guy) showed her the journal, and she contacted me. Originally, I was just looking for a bit of guidance on how to go about making a site, then I found out just how hard it actually is, and that Elara actually makes websites for a living! The choice became increasingly obvious that it'd be much easier to just pay her to make it for me, and boy am I glad I did. ^^

Que some negotiation, and a lot of planning Elara set to work making the site, she gave me updates, and walked me through absolutely everything. There were many afternoons spent figuring out what art I wanted up, how I wanted pages laid out, and even the colour palette. She really let me get my grubby little claws into every part of the site, all without having to deal with any of the messy bits. Heck, she even has a payment plan if you're interested in getting a site for yourself! :3

And as an aside, not only does she do an phenomenal job with websites, but she also does graphic design (she did everything save for the drawing of riddlr and the diapers for this piece: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/62661543/) AND on top of that, she also does marketing, which is super helpful when you're trying to launch a site like I am.

In summary, I can safely say that not only did I get a perfect website that fulfils like, everything I wanted or could possibly need. But I also made a wonderful friend in the process~ ^^

Heya! To celebrate the launch of my website, I'll be posting a new page of Ivy Hill Manor publicly every day for the next seven days ^^

First, I'm writing to let everyone know that I won't be posting new comic pages, or releasing any publicly for the rest of the month.

Why? You may ask, it's because the website myself, and the wonderful ElaraHeart have been working on for the last few months is entering the final stage of production, and I don't have the time or energy to keep up with posting for the moment.

Consider this the First Proper Official Announcement of my soon-to-be Website!!

I won't be announcing the name, or url yet, because it's not live or public, yet. However, be on the look out for it, and more details in the coming weeks! I'm hoping for it to be the main platform for my comics, and art, although, I will still be posting everywhere just like I always have been, just with a bit more security in knowing that should any one platform go down, that I'll still be kicking around just fine <3

I've been very, very excited to show everyone, and Elara has done a phenomenal job putting it together. She has been so good to work with, and has been nothing but helpful, professional, and patient with me. ^^

Since it's almost Monday my time, did anyone get up to/plan on doing anything fun this weekend?

Just letting y'all know that I'm feeling way better, I'm on some tummy meds now to help keep things calmer while I'm getting some tests done. I'm hopeful that it was just a freak event but I want to eliminate any other possibilities at least in part for piece of mind ^^ Thanks for all the peeps who wished me well in the comments on the last journal, that was so nice of you <3 <3 <3

Also, I finally got around to putting all of my commission types into a single proper sheet so now things are much cleaner/clearer on how to commission me X3

It is what it says on the tin, had to go to the ER cause of a super bad stomach ache. They've run some tests, etc, and I'm heading back in a day or two, so yeah, not fun lol.

Thankfully, they've eliminated some of the nasties and there is a non-zero shot I have something like IBS or some other nasty tummy issue but no point speculating or stressing until I know for sure. But yeah, safe to say art updates might be slow for a bit. I'm going to be sending a message to my current commissioners to let them know as well, but figured it'd be good to put something publicly too ^^

Heya! Just a quick little journal to let y'all know that I'm back, and a touch earlier than planned! I got a little bit too bored tonight and let's be honest, who here can really tell the difference between 7 and 8? They're basically the same number X3

I'll be posting all the commissions I finished before I left for my time off, so expect lots of art going up shortly. So I can safely say that I'm open for commissions, if you're interested in getting something from me feel free to note me or comment!

Alrighty! As I'd mentioned in a previous journal, I'm taking a week off from work for the first time in uh... Way too long X3

I've just cleared my queue entirely, save for my unexpected (but very welcome) raffle winners, who will be getting their sketches as soon as I'm back. I also plan on posting all my finished pieces when I get back, so expect a big art dump when I get back as well ^^

As for the holiday itselfl, I don't have anything specifically planned, outside of sleep, eating junk food, and probably a bit of house cleaning. Boring, I know, but when you're a homebody like me, it's just the thing to get properly relaxed!

Just a little journal to let y'all know (and to hold myself to it) that I'll be taking the first week of August off :3

My plan is to completely clear my queue out, although if I have one or two commissions left I'll let them know ahead of time about the delay. And to just relax a bit from work, I've been working basically every day for uh... a good while XD I do make sure to take a day or two off every week or so. But I think a proper break is in order to prevent me burning out.

I'll probably end up still drawing, but it'll be personal projects or maybe work on one of my comics. I hope that's not inconvenient for anyone, and thanks to everyone for your support, it really does mean the world to me!

So I've been playing around with making a website for a while, and I've decided to finally bite the proverbial bullet. It's kind of hard to get good advice online about this so I thought asking y'all might be a smart idea.

I'm looking to make a website that'll let me host membership similar to patreon or subscribestar, take payments etc. Along with having a public and private art gallery, and maybe a contact system or comments? But that is more of a 'would like' the needs are just the public/private art gallery and a membership system.

In terms of my own skills, I'm pretty decent at designing websites, and programming. So that's not really an issue, I'm mostly concerned with how you'd go about picking nsfw friendly hosts (GoDaddy seems good?) and any helpful plug-ins to make things secure and user-friendly.

Thanks for reading, and honestly any advice at this point would be helpful, since I'm pretty lost and need a bit of directing :3

Asher really thought things were turning around for him when he managed to close the deal of a life-time on a massive mansion just a short hour drive outside of his town. Only a few weeks after closing on the house, the keys had barely landed in his hands before he was fired.

Forced out of the city and into his new house, he finds that the house is more than a bit of a fixer-upper, and is in dire need of repairs... he's also not as alone as he first thought. With dreams of pastel daycare centers, and vanishing underwear, getting a new job is turning out to be the least of his worries.

Featuring themes of diapers, omorashi, learning self-care, and just a touch of romance. I'm hoping everyone enjoys this little story I've cooked up ^^ It's going to be longer than my previous projects, but with the whole plot outlined, I'm making good time on finishing pages so far. I've already finished seventeen pages, with the prologue just one page away from completion ^^

Whoo! Thanks to some lovely people suggesting it, I moved my comics over to Itch. I've still got to upload Universery but the rest of my comics are there. I'll also be uploading yearly archives of all my finished art as well ^^

First off, don't worry! It's not the end of the world for me but yeah, I only just found out that my gumroad account got suspended. I used it for selling and distributing pdf copies of my comics. So now I uh, can't at least not on there ^^;

So this is kind of an announcement that any of the gumroad links on my comics won't work. I'll be taking them off but I'm also wondering if anyone knows of an alternative? Basically just anywhere I can distribute pdfs of my comics, but I guess any digital products as well? I'm not going to either Etsy or KDP/Amazon, I don't like either of those companies, and they're awful to their workers and I don't want to support them in anyway I could other wise avoid.

And lastly, how is everyone? I always promise myself that I'll start making more journals to chat with people but I never do, so I'll tack this on at the end. :3
