Hey, long time no see. [Current Updates, New Account]
Posted 6 years agoHey, been a real long while since I provided anything here other than the occassional favs and comments. ^^; A lot has happened though, all of which I haven't been doing much to share here.
Firstly, few months ago I went to FWA this year, it was a lot of fun, I met a LOT of good folks, enjoyed my time here, and also got to, for once, stay there all by myself, and it was fantastic and had put me in such a great, calm, and super positive mood from start to finish.
Which unfortunately brings me to what's come up now.
So, ah, while this wasn't caused from the expenses of that con, it's been hitting at my condition and stress levels. I've kinda accumulated a negative balance and a debt of around $400 that I'm hoping to tackle down real quick and as a result I'm opening up for commissions under a new pricing for a certain number of slots over rounds. I really wanna take care of this as soon as I can! I'll list more details later but before that I also wanna announce something:
I'M MOVING to a new account! You'll probably notice the icon now says that I'm moved, and I've set up a new FA so I could get a new start after being so gone from here for so long! You can find it over at
GigglyYeenuki and I'll be updating and providing art, favs, comments, and the like on that account moving forward as I transfer my watches over. So please, for anything in the future, please refer to the new account from now on as this one grows more inactive. In fact, you oughta be seeing more of my newer artwork right now as I upload them, even! ;3
That also being said, I'm also mostly active at my Twitter as well, at @JoNukichi !
I'll still be able to make some updates here but activity will soon just leak all the way over to the new account!

I kinda haven't been presenting up some new stuff to this page in a long while and that is kind of a disservice to anyone whose still watching me. Sorry to not really have done much of anything around here, so I'm working on at least getting my backlog posted here to make up for that.
But in case I pause on sending content again I'd like to at least mention that it may be because I'm not extremely active here in general anymore other than just browsing stuff. Birthday in 5 days/Future Plans
Posted 9 years agoOkay, so I'm sorry if I've been acting in the dark here for a while until now, things come up...in my case rough stuff came up along with mroe rough stuff, but that's a long story well deserving of its own journal, which this one won't cover.
So, I'm still tackling down commission work, it's a steady process and I'm all the thankful for everyone who wanted to get something from me, you all were extremely helpful to me whether it's from much needed changing of equipment (like setting up a Powerline adapter) and making sure I don't starve!
I am STILL accepting commissions, by the way, I don't intend to stop, I am getting the swing back into things and also I'm hoping to just draw a lot more often in general, so hopefully expect more drawings and sketches to come from me. It's time I stopped being shy and reclusive. I'll work on an official journal stating my prices and quality options momentarily.
As for what I'm intending to hopefully do in the future, well, I am pretty sure I've hit the point where my computer isn't operating as strong as it used to, and my graphics card is nowhere near powerful enough to play the latest games anymore, even at its lowest settings. It's time I need to grow away from this laptop, it's time I need to build my own PC. Thankfully, with a buuuunch of researching and picking and choosing, I've got a build I'd love to try and do, on a good budget for what I'm getting as well all in all: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/fd2FZ8 $800 for being able to run things well for a long while sounds pretty good doesn't it? This is the ulterior goal to reach with all of the commissions I'm doing, I am heavily in need of a new PC. This laptop, while surviving around 4-5 years, has reached the edge of its proficiency. I just hope I can get enough work and manage my funds well enough to reach that goal.
Now, as for my birthday, it's something I kinda nearly forgot about, I'll have hit 22 years of age once the 26th rolls around this month, though, I don't really expect much of a party or celebration to happen with all the stuff that's been going on for me and the concerns and events, but I'll be okay with acknowledgement for it at least, just so long as we're still living on through. ^^; I'm not gonna lie, the summer into the fall has been particularly stressful and taxing on me to no end, and we're just now reaching the after effects of everything that's passed. I won't explain the details but we generally had to deal with my brother going insane and taken to a mental hospital for two months only just having been released a week ago, a little girl who caused an extreme scene in the house half a month ago, and also the possibility that the house is going to have to be sold within a year and I'll have to move. Yeah. It's been a long summer...
I think what I mainly hope to just do on my birthday is relax, maybe take a walk, and maybe get something drawn up, nothing too extensive. I'm just focused on living my life and managing any funds I'll get to hlep towards my PC build. I really wanna get myself upgraded.

Opening Up For Quick Monochrome Sketch Commissions
Posted 9 years agoI need to have some money to start out on the next month, so I'm gonna be opening up a couple slots to do Monochrome Sketches.
What you get is a nice cleaned up & shaded sketch colored in tones specific to a certain color. Like, say you wanna have a blue motif, or pink, or green, I've got you covered.
Here are a couple examples, though these aren't cleaned up. Rest assured, YOURS will be totally cleaned up:

Doing Sketchmission Streams in an hour
Posted 9 years agoWanna help earn some much needed funds to pay for quite a bit of fixes and food for me, plus I...really wanna try out doing commissions well enough, so I'll be doing a quick Sketchmission stream in about an hour or so. I'm offering $25 sketches that are roughed out and then refined, and timing myself for 30 minutes to finish the rough sketch within that timeframe, and if I fail, I'll notch off $5 off the original price. I spend too much time working on something and I need to get faster!

Posted 9 years agoI've, ah, been pondering heavily on wanting to do this for a while, even with a new tablet I still have my needs, like upgrading my laptop! Though, maybe I should just invest into an actual desktop rig maybe? Either way, I wanna work on earning enough to upgrade a bit more, so, tentatively, I'm going to open up for commissions!
Commissions are $50 as a flat rate, that gives you access to:
- One character
- Choice In: Bust/Thigh-up/Full-Body
- Flat Color w/ Highlighting + simple cel shading
- Choice of Simple Background Elements
Extra characters are going to be an extra +$15 to the cost, and a detailed background varies from +$10-20 depending on difficulty
I'm also offering a deal! I've been enjoying drawing Inkblot Toons, so if you were to want a style similar to those, I'm offering to do them for 20% off the total price!

Happy 4th + Current Events + Auction Plans?
Posted 9 years agoHello everyone, it's been a while since I made any updates here, obviously, but I just wanna hope everyone's having a great 4th and are also enjoying Summer Games Done Quick as well!
Now, it's time I shared a few bits of currents events going on here.
Firstly - "The Growth Drive's Final Image"
I do intend to complete this, even though no one has submitted any forms to it, ending with quite a massive size of my own choosing. I apologize so much for not making many updates towards it, I still would love to thank everyone who have been participating, sharing, and donating towards it. I promise I will complete this whole thing soon.
Secondly - "I Finally Have Some New Equipment"
I will admit this is partially why not much work has been done for the Growth Drive's final image as of now. People who follow my Twitter have probably already known this, but I finally have some updated equipment much thanks goes to my brother for not only giving me the money to upgrade but to also pay for my Summer classes, which I'm proceeding through as of now for the next 5 weeks. The Monoprice MP 22-inch tablet has been everything I hoped it would be, I'll probably make a full review of it here in the future, it really is a beautiful tablet, especially for its price. Now, as a result, I've got a few bits of equipment now showing non-use as I'm getting acquainted, and I certainly do actually intend on having this as my new main art equipment, which brings me to my next subject...
Thirdly - "...What Do I Do With The Old Stuff Now?"
So sadly my old Bosto 14WA is left in the dust, its drivers uninstalled from my computer and now just sitting in a drawer, but I don't want such a legitimately good tablet monitor, especially because it's a cheap and pretty functional tablet monitor of its own right, I'm thinking about selling or auctioning it off to an artist or friend around here if they are interested, at a pretty good starting price, I think I'd offer it at $350 as a starting price. Maybe $400+ ideally. If people would indeed be interested into it I can share more details about it, of which before anything I must state a caveat; AS FAR AS I KNOW THIS TABLET IS *NOT* WINDOWS 8/10 COMPATIBLE. From my test works with it while I was in W10 I could not quite get the drivers to work out for me, it's weird, but it is an outdated model of a brand of tablets Bosto has done. If you very intentionally run Windows 7 and are fine sticking with it, this may work quite well for you, as it did me for the longest time.
Speaking of selling old art equipment, I still have an Intuos 4 Medium that I will let go at...pretty much any price. I have no intention of ever using it anymore, I'll let it go at like $100, I'm willing to barter at lower prices. I've got at least one pen with I think 2 holders each with their set of replacement nibs inside of them.
Also in terms of auctioning anything off, I do have a couple sketches that have sadly been left unfinished and maybe I can offer those off too if folks are interested too.

I think with how much fun I'm having with the new tablet, I think I would love to get back into doing commissions again. And I think seriously get back into them too. It's been a real amazing piece of work I love using every time, it doesn't get old. Plus, well. Growth Drive Phase 1 Results:
Posted 9 years agoOkay, the Results as it stands from Phase 1 are as follows:
Belly: 100
Rear: 185
Chest: 25 (75)
The Bits: 10
Scale: 320 (370)
People were ALLLLL for dem bellies and booties. Kinda had me giggling a bunch about it.
There's apparently a donation that was supposed to arrive but haven't received it yet, but I think I'll go on and wait and see if it comes the next day.
All in all, I'm calling this Growth Drive so far a huge success, and I can't wait to continue on with this, it's gonna be real great. I've got something special queued up for the next 4 phases!
I'll be working on doing a livestream of drawing the output tomorrow night!

There's apparently a donation that was supposed to arrive but haven't received it yet, but I think I'll go on and wait and see if it comes the next day.
All in all, I'm calling this Growth Drive so far a huge success, and I can't wait to continue on with this, it's gonna be real great. I've got something special queued up for the next 4 phases!
I'll be working on doing a livestream of drawing the output tomorrow night!

Happy New Year + Art Dump/Resolutions

Think that's about all the '15 artwork really worth posting up here before the end of the year, man it feels good to post up stuff here again. ^^ Anyway, I am hoping you all are having a nice New Year's Eve wherever you are, and maybe try your best to really enjoy and last through this final day of 2015. Some of you may even be in the new year this instant! I dunno whether or not I've really succeeded in any of my New Year's resolutions, but I think for 2016 there's one goal heavily on my mind...
MAIN GOAL FOR 2016: EARN THE FUNDS FOR A NEW, LARGER TABLET MONITOR
I cannot tell you how long I've been waiting to upgrade my current set up in terms of art, it's still really good but it ain't compatible with W10 and it is starting to show its age. It's been more than enough time to start looking towards something better. And preferably larger!
What's on my eye now is the Ugee 2150 Graphics Tablet, since it's the only tablet they offer that is both larger than my current tablet, AND has an HDMI port. I've heard good things about this tablet, and It's going for $700 for now. I've always wanted to work towards getting something, all on my own, but I always ended up flaking out over time. I wanna really push myself this time, start work on earning towards it, and commit towards getting it this year. If Kazecat's able to do it for a super large Cintiq, I can do it for an alternative.
Other than that, well, I guess just go to school and do more art in general. I mainly want to go through 2016 with a newer tablet. Possibly a newer laptop if I have to, I doubt it this thing could probably last, I'll say, 2-3 years longer. It'll be the biggest example that time has passed and I have progressed and moved forward through life.
(And maybe a little resolution to gain a little weight and maybe...start developing large hips of my own. I love curves. >3>)

Halloween Sketch Stream!
Posted 10 years agoGot nothing else going on tonight and so far no Trick or Treaters as of yet, so why not do some art? :3c Gonna try to make some fun Halloweenie stuff throughout the night, but not only that, I will also open up for Sketch Commissions to be done on stream too, to have some more funds to help take care of other things that may come up in November, every amount helps!

I may do a little Halloween stream in about an hour myself, and will even accept some impromptu sketch commissions to help me out in the start of the month! Posted 10 years agoYeah my brother did something really fun, he held a surprise party for me last night for my midnight 21st. X3 Got Smash set up and wrecked a lotta folks, had a great time. I got to try out a shot! Huh, it tasted like some kind of mocha drink with a burn or fizz in it. 17% alcohol last I remember. But as wimpy and concerned I was I didn't drink anything else, I just enjoyed the night. X3 I may do something throughout today as well with my sister, should be fun! :D
I also won my long time bet against my other sister that I'd wait til 21 before drinking/smoking so HELL YEAH. X3

21st birthday oughta be very special. :3
Posted 10 years agoSo, my 21st will be in 19 days from now, and I realized that my siblings and I definitely wanna plan to have some fun. We may be celebrating at a Dave & Buster's! :D Also I'm gonna be able to start drinking too, that one of which I'm making this journal about other than just to gush about my 21st birthday.
I need advice about drinking from those experienced in it. ;w; I don't want to go overboard with something I honestly am going to do sparingly at most, been living just fine without needing to drink this will just be a neat bonus to it.
What drinking advice would you give to someone who's just starting out so they don't end up either making a total douche of themselves or put themselves into danger? How will they know what's their limit when they reach it, what's a good pace to do it at, stuff like that.

Opening up 25 slots for quick $25 commissions to achieve funds for a new tablet, hoping to get either a Huion GT-185HD or GT-190S.
In order to be able to essentially marathon my way through them, each pic will only be of a Cleaned-Up Sketch quality. But, there is something that goes with that too to provide incentive towards helping me out.
There are "Stretch Goals" involved with earning enough to get either tablet. If I reach enough costs to achieve a 190S there will be a brief waiting period for more funds to arrive before I seal the deal on that goal. If it looks like I can gain enough to get the 185HD, there will be a bonus stretch goal to achieve. What does that mean for you, in a TL;DR?
If I reach $400 for a GT-190S all commissions will be upgraded to colored sketches. If I hit $600 they will be upgraded to inked + flat colors as well. This also applies to tips.
That sounds fair, right? Of course if people wish they can upgrade their sketches upon request for a small fee as well, though upgrades will occur after I'm done with everyone else's.
I wanna earn enough and get things done as soon as I can, to reiterate what a wise man once said..."JUST DO IT!"

Desperate Need of Help: Money Troubles/New Tablet Required
Posted 10 years agoSo it came to my attention that my old Bosto 14WA does not support Windows 10. And given it's an old model I doubt Bosto will make a driver for it either, so I've had to downgrade back into Windows 7. Problem is I kinda like Windows 10, so in order to get both I'm going to have to work towards getting a newer (and hopefully better) tablet.
On my shopping list so far is:
