Zea in 3D!
Posted 4 months agoI'm super excited to reveal Zea's 3D model! I've been working in the background on getting her done up for quite some time, and now she's ready to feature in renders and animations!
The next step is to get her some outfits. For those unfamiliar, each custom asset needs to be designed on its own, and a model usually requires several people working step by step to make the model ready for posing and animations. Few people know how to do everything, because there's so much to know! I'm very thankful to have worked with Valorlynz, Captain Flapcats, and ConnivingRat to bring Zea to life.

I will do my best to update both at the same time. I think there's some programs that help with that that I'll get going.
The first thing to expect is a lot of old art and commissions of Aya and Zea being posted. These aren't going to be for all my art, just of the orca girls, but we'll see how they evolve.
There's projects in the work that I'm very excited about, and having a place to put those and share them will help.

End of Year Update 2023
Posted 2 years agoHey all, we're getting close to the end of 2023 and I wanted to post an update, for posterity if nothing else.
I'm still alive and well! I have a new full-time job that, of course, takes a lot of my time and energy.
Drawing? Yeah... It's a skill I'll always have, but it's not high on the motivation. I never have a desire to draw, an idea of what to draw, and when I do draw I feel like I'm forcing myself. It creates a very un-fun thing to me. I still love my orca girls and I wish I could bring them to life in new ways, but I just wouldn't expect much in the way of illustration from me in the foreseeable future.
I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday season and we get kicked off into 2024 well!

TFF 2023
Posted 2 years agoIt was a blast!
For the most part I went around, got some pins and plushies, chilled out with some good friends, said hi to some of my fave artists, and had some good food.
Probably one of my best con experiences in a goodly while, and I have my friends to thank for it.
Only other con I'll be going to this year will be ACFI, and I'm looking forward to that, and next year's TFF!
