Hey everyone!

I just want to take a few minutes to update everyone.
Everyone really stepped up to help me, and I honestly couldn't be more thankful.

I've made plans to get my car fixed, and I'm caught up on rent. Also, getting new glasses
after having the same pair for 5 years! Thank you Zenni, for having cheap online glasses. :U

As it stands, I've reached my goal of $1000 in just a few days... And everything you folks have
done to support me will not go unnoticed.

I'll be trying to update daily.

Again, I appreciate everything my fans have done... The support is so amazing, and it's lit a
fire in me that I was pretty sure my family had snuffed out. Thank you all for helping me
achieve success. My dream is still alive.

Hey folks.

I hate to ask for any more than this fandom has given me, but I'm in a bind.

I'll try to tell this story short.

My family is very doubtful that I can make this art thing work. They're on me every day, and it's discouraging me.
My car is still not fixed, as I don't have enough money to cover expenses should the car repairs cost a lot.

I'm also $200 behind on rent. My grandparents are charging me by the week, and it's putting a bit of pressure on me. Granted, my rent is only
$400 a month, but I'm also basically their on-call caretaker. They bang on the floor upstairs to get my attention if they need something. This stuff
happens multiple times every day, and it's messing with me. They don't understand that I need my space.

That being said, it's not an excuse for me taking so much time to finish commissions. I'm truly sorry for taking forever. I'm living in a situation
that's a little toxic for me at the moment.

I can power through it. I know I need to buckle down, and I'm prepared to do that. But first, I need to get them off my back.

My plan is to just become a bit of an art slave for a couple weeks, non-stop work, trying to take on as much as I possibly can, possibly even more
than that.


I understand that me asking for more commissions with the amount that I currently have in my queue is kind of horrible of me, but I don't know
what else to do. They won't get off my back. It's making things difficult.

Hey everyone! I've been up all night, I'm kinda getting my 2nd (really 3rd) wind here, but I just wanted

When I first started doing what I do, I never thought I'd hit this kind of following. And now, here we are!

I want to apologize to my customers for the long turnover times.

I've been desperately trying to make ends meet, which means I've had to tack on smaller commissions to
do between my normal ones, and it's slowed things down a bit.

However, I hope to be completely done with what's left of my queue by the end of next week.

I've been working on plans to launch a Patreon. Thinking up tier rewards, that kind of thing.

Anyway, it's around 4:16 AM right now, and I'm very tired as I'm writing all this. So I'm sorry in advance if
this journal somehow doesn't make a ton of sense. X3

I've been keeping up on what I'm calling a "Commission Queue Status" board on Trello. As of right now

One more thing: I'll be making up a new price sheet for 2019 and on. I've been doing a lot of research, and
I'm looking to increase my prices by a modest amount to make it easier to make ends meet. I'm sorry if that
comes as an inconvenience to anyone, as I know my old prices were a bit high for most, but I have to start
making things work a bit better for myself.

I'm also going to be offering commissions in steps again... If that makes sense.

Y'know, offering Sketches, Linework, Flat Colors, Shaded Commissions... Colored Sketches will still be in the
mix, but I've decided to drop Detailed Backgrounds on that tier simply because I find myself putting far too
much time and effort into Colored Sketches when a super-detailed background is tacked on.

I'll be offering icons, badges, and hopefully will be making my turnaround much faster. I really want to get
to a point where I'm able to do a couple commissions every day again.

My #1 goal is to please the fans I have, and make people happy. It's time for bad days to stop getting in my
way so easily. OPTIMISM! And borking! BORK! :U
