as a caution i've gone to the gym every day before my move to insure that i say good bye to all the staff i liked, there was the tall slender trainer you hugged me and gave me a kiss on the cheek, tubs the cleaning drone kinda fat but he was loosing weight and he worked there i respected him.
as i did my pulls up i jumped down from the bars and a woman i noticed once and a while she asked how much had i lost, i shock my head in truth i'd been avoiding the scale and wii balance board for fear of the out come.
she said well you look like you lost a ton kid keep it up I've seen you every day and you'll be a knock out soon
i have moved out of my parents place and now out to live on my own, with my big brother of a best friend as a room mate feeding me good healthy food and keeping me motivated in the gym i think its safe to say i'll have shirtless pics by the next summer.
i just feel as if chains have been loosed and my sore muscles are loving it i make up in my new queen size bed and feel the great sore feeling of the work out that was my moving in.
i stretch my legs and stomach and notice my shirt not just is too big but 2 other people could fit in that aren't me i realized in my packing i packed my fatty cloths i went through this morning and geeze i was huge a large pair of short 54 waist even with a belt fall off .
i found a great pair of safari shorts that i know i hadn't touched since middle school and they fit a little snug but they fit .
my room mate came in on my changing shirts, i yelped like a girl, i never lett people see my change, see my fat, but he passed through the hall to his room. he said "we live together now, and you've lost alot of weight , pretty soon i'll be wanting to see you take your shirt off.
