Posted 15 years agoBeen on a low calorie diet for.. 5-6 days now, and lost about half a stone! :D
dropped from 147lbs to 141.
its keepin me hungry but the result is worth it i think.
got like.. 2 more weeks to go till the course is finished, then comes bringing back regular foods little by little. in time for Christmas though ;p got to have nummy things then!
