Gone, but not forgotten. The KidsWB cable/satellite television channel was a big part of peoples' childhoods and early adulthoods including mine. And it introduced us to many wonderful anime and cartoons, from Animaniacs and Mucha Lucha, to classic Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh!. The classic Yu-Gi-Oh!/Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters still being my #1 favorite anime and gaming and manga to this day, and it forever will be. And while the KidsWB channel may be gone, its memories and promos shall forever live on in various ways, and I'm still hopeful one day the channel might return somehow. But until then...Happy Anniversary, KidsWB. We miss you always

Hello, September 2025!

A bit late with this one, but I don't care. Autumn/Fall is finally upon us, and I couldn't be happier. I'll take sweater weather over intense heat and humidity ANY day. And the Fall and Winter colors and festivities and flavors are always a blast. Hopefully, once I regain some more strength, I'll be posting seasonal pictures again back on schedule. Until then, thank you all for bearing with me and my abundance of desktop filler posts and reposts

The month of April 2025 is here, as is Spring. But with it, comes an approaching farewell. On May 5, Skype will be shutting down forever, replaced by Microsoft Teams. Thankfully, if you sign in under your Skype sign-in info, your chats and things from Skype should transport over. You can also export them before the final shutdown. This will mark the end of an era, as Skype is the last messenger of old, soon to join AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger, among others. Gone but not forgotten

For those who don't have MS Teams, or don't want it, I know there is always Discord. I know many people who have used it through the years, myself included. If any of my good friends are still on this platform, feel free to note me so we can add eachother. That said...Hello, April. Hello to October 2024. Spooky season for many

New month, new PC, and hopefully plenty of new posts and reposts on the way, God willing. We'll just have to wait and see. God bless and may you stay safe and well. To all those enduring Hurricane Helene and her after-effects, my heart and my prayers both go out to you. Stay strong!

After a solid ten years, I finally managed to order myself a new PC, and it's my first mini desktop.

It will have Windows 11 Pro, which I'm fine with, but a part of me does wish I'd been able to use Win10 again a bit longer. Not a deal breaker though. As much as I love Linux Mint, I've been missing the Windows OS and have wanted to give 11 a try, despite all the mixed reviews towards the OS. And this will be last year's model with 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD drive, so I trust it will be pretty fast. Whether I'm gaming or doing my usual fun editing and uploads

Whether I'll have the new PC plugged in and set up tonight is still up in the air, but it's on the way as I write this. I was hoping my current PC would last another month, but with how age is finally catching up to it, I'd rather not take the gamble. And the new PC and new uploads/reposts will be a fun way to start October off. God willing, everything goes as planned. That said, I apologize for my severe lack of photography uploads. I've been feeling quite weak physically and emotionally, from depression and lack of motivation and exercise from said depression, but I'm slowly hoping to regain some strength in the coming weeks. Depression and procrastination stinks!

I trust I'll be back on my feet in no time, and I thank you for all your patience and support. God bless!

Fall is upon us at last. Time for sweater weather, pumpkin spice, changing of the leaves, and so much more. God willing, I'll be well enough and strong enough to start going out and taking seasonal photos again

For the longest time, I've resisted writing this journal. Mostly because I no longer like to open up to people about how I'm really feeling - even among close friends and family - thanks to childhood trauma that still lingers with and affects me all these years later. But I feel I have no choice, as I'm now at the end of my rope.

For years now, and especially this past year or so, I've fallen back into a deep and dark depression. History is once again repeating itself, with me losing friends I consider family because I foolishly let my negative emotions get the better of me. A lot of which stems from either jealousy or fear of abandonment or being excluded when the friend or loved one has reached another milestone in their lives or just outright expects me to grin and bear it or be that "perfect Christian", when I am anything but. This relapse in behavior cost me my relationship with my ex-boyfriend Ati and it's cost me friendships, too. Past and present. And the depression and guilt has once again slowly been eating me alive. Affecting not just my health, but my overall strength in every way. Leaving me very weak, including spiritually, and once again in a very dark place. I put on a brave face and force myself to post here and push through, just as I have for many years, but it's a struggle. I would never hurt myself or worse, but the temptation has hit me more times than I can count. At this point, I feel like I am just existing. I'm right back where I was 20 years ago, and so deep in the hole that even just serving the LORD feels like I'm forcing it alongside everything else. And that's just not the case. I love the LORD God Almighty and it's an honor and a privilege to follow and serve Him, glory be to Him and His Kingdom of Heaven! But my current state has left me feel so weak, especially physically and spiritually. I've cried, screamed, pleaded and prayed. And I have faith and trust God with my life, I know there is power in Jesus' name and power in prayer said in His name. I'm living proof of that. But my strength is waning, I am beyond exhausted, and I need the backup of my fellow Christian brethren and prayer warriors to stand with God and myself in this fight. That's why I'm reaching out and asking for prayer. Prayer that not only my broken friendships and everything are fully restored, but that my overall strength is, too. I don't ask for much, if anything. But I'm humbly asking for this.

And please pray for my relatives, especially my sister. She is going through a nasty divorce right now from her ex-husband (who is also currently battling cancer) and trying to gain sole custody of my nephew through it all. She's in a similar depressed slump to mirror mine, and I just want my siblings and nephew back here where it's safe and we're all reunited once again. Pray that this nightmare of ours soon ends and everything is back to the way it was before all this mess happened. And most importantly, pray for this fallen world. It's needed now more than ever.
