In this Terms of Service (ToS) I will describe rights and restrictions regarding the topic of artworks on commission. I will also try to answer to some of the most FAQ I've been receiving in my personal artist experience. I hope this will be helpful and enlightening to readers, fellow artists or potential commissioners! Commissioners are especially encouraged to read these Terms of Service and are expected to be fully understanding and accepting such terms in the moment they reach out and book a commission slot with me.

A) Commission Procedure

1. I continuously upload journals over my pages, announcing the number of slots available and other details. The workflow progression in based on the principle of first come, first served: this order has to be considered just a general indication of the works progression; many factors may interfere with a linear progression, as the commissioners are allowed some time to express their needs and ask for edits on the sketch (see A,2 and A,3 for further info).

2. The Commissioner will designate one of my available commission options and provide all necessary information via google form application. If any doubt is encountered at this stage, I'll be happy to help you deciding the best option, in my humble opinion.

3. After all details are received, I will draw a sketch according the given description. This sketch is usually posted to my drafts gallery or, if preferred, sent privately to the Commissioner for approval or edit requests. The sketch can in fact be modified and corrected, according to the Commissioner observations, as long as the modification doesn't involve for the sketch to be completely redrawn from scratch.

4. Once the Commissioner approves the sketch, a PayPal payment invoice or Bank transfer will be sent accordingly. Partial payments can be agreed via message previously but, in any case, I wont proceed further on the artwork before receiving the full payment due. Full payment has to be expected within 7 days from invoice emission. From the moment the said payment is received, I will start working on your commission: it is expected to be completed within a couple days to a week, depending on the overall complexity of the picture (such as: style, number of characters, background, etc.). I'll be sure to keep you posted via message and previews on the work-in-progress commission can also be requested.

5. After completion, I will post the supposedly finished artwork to my gallery or send it to the direct contact info given by the Commissioner, for a final revision. At this point, it's a Commissioner right to ask for minor corrections, but extensive redrawing is not possible at this stage. A positive comment or private message will suffice to declare the artwork definitively finished.

B) Causes of cancellation

1. If the Commissioner doesn't reply via PM, email or messages in 7 days after slot confirmation or the communication is lacking (not enough information given, delays, lack of response), the commission slot will be considered hibernated and possibly cancelled.

2. If the PayPal invoice isn't processed in 7 days, without further explaination, the commission slot will be hibernated. In case of lacking communication from the Commissioner in the next few days, the slot will cancelled.

3. If the Commissioner, at any stage before the sketch approval, needs to resign the commission slot for whatever reason. In such cases, it's respecftul and appreciated to keep me posted on the reasons of resignation, for better understanding the situation. In case of resignation, the sketch will be cancelled from my gallery and might be used or implemented in future unrelated artworks.

C) Rights & Responsabilities

1. As a professionist, I'm committed to be respectful and polite when talking to the Commissioner, at any point of the ongoing commission, as long as I'm treated with due respect. I also owe the finished artwork within a reasonable timeframe (see A,4) and at a reasonable quality (the most recent artworks can be taken into consideration).

2. I won't be considered responsible if a commission is requested by an underage costumer, since I have no way of knowing. Also, I have no responsabilities on the matter if you're purchasing something considered illegal in your country.

3. The Commissioner retains all copyrights upon their original character/s. The whole commission process is considered a temporary extent of said copyright to myself, for the artistic creation purpose only. I will not draw character/s without their owners explicit consent, with the exception of the commission being a surprise gift for them commissioned by a third party. The Commissioner is allowed to repost and share the artwork, either in its entirety or cropped, giving me credits for the artwork whenever possible. The Commissioner can't alter the piece in any way without my explicit approval.

4. As Artist, I own the creative rights on all my artworks and, therefore, I have the right to share or display the artwork anywhere, giving proper credit where due, unless I'm asked not to do so (ie: private or anonymous commissions). As owner of the creative copyright on my artworks, only I have the rights to printing and reselling, both in agreement with the Commissioner. My artworks can't be used, either in their entirety or in portions, for other purposes (ie: appearing in a videogame, book covers, etc) or re-sold by others (unauthorized prints/t-shirts/merch), unless explicitly granted by me.


I am posting this short ToS after some artist fellows recommended me to to so, and it sounded like a very good idea! Please, be polite and I'll be happy to answer your doubts and hear your critiques! Also, if you want to share your personal experience in the comments, please keep in mind the topic is subjective but the Legal matter is not. Art theft is a very common and despicable practice and making a living out of our artistic skills isn't easy. Thank you if you've reached so far in the reading!

Hey everyone! It's been a while since my last in-depth journal about something, aside the usual reopening for commissions and whatnot... I just thought it could be nice to share with you people some thoughts I've been through recently, while working on my latest comic commission for Keto: "Beach bull-y".

When Keto asked about this commission, he first checked about my disposition about this fetish: was it something beyond my comfort zone? As many of you will know already, the plot and the action of the comic is centered on a particular fetish, or kink, often perceived as deviant or vicious: cuckolding. While I do agree this might not be everyone's cup of tea - in fact, it's not mine either! - I still felt comfortable in drawing it and, after some reasoning, I decided and accepted to be in charge for it. To be honest: this comic was a huge project, in fact being one of the longest comics I've ever done, and a 3 months of work planned!

A big challenge indeed, and also very intense from another point of view: specifically, the reactions and the general feedbacks about this fetish. Reading some harsh comments really got me reasoning about a lot of things. Keto talked to me about this happening all the time: people reaching out just to insult, or just to try making him feel bad about those commissions: actually, Keto was so cute in checking out on me, about my reactions to such comments on my own artworks... I really appreciated that! Though I'm a big strong hoss - least from a mental perspective, LOL - I still couldn't help but be puzzled at some comments. Most of times I didn't even reply to those kind of comments, but I assure you I read everything!

I think cuckolding is a triggering, polarizing fetish: one of those stimulating a strong reaction from the viewers. Of course I think it's mostly due to the nature of it, being mistakable for generic cheating or rude/abusive speech: which leads to something borderline when you think of consent, too. That's a lot to elaborate, and I think so many people got a bit lost somewhere along the road... One easy way to put it into the right light, IMHO, could be considering cuckolding under the group of SM and humiliation fetishes: in fact you have the perception of blurry consent lines there, as a viewer, but that's an easy mistake: EVERYTHING taking place in a SM context is actually regulated, agreed on and consensual. When it isn't, there's a safeword and everything stops immediately!

Reading the comments, also, there were some occasions in which people really gave out loud what they thought about what was going on - sometimes not in the happiest ways... I guess what really got me was the merciless kink-shaming happening there, which makes it so comical in this very fandom. In my eyes, this Furry Fandom shows and displays a variety of fetishes and kinks, truly incredible in fantasy and numbers... At the end of the day, everyone gets off to what they prefer and, while that particular thing might not be arousing to me, it could be driving other people over the edge. As long as it is artworks, there's no shame and nothing bad in either drawing it or jerking off to it. Nobody is hurt, it's just fiction... You have no right in making someone feel bad for what they masturbate to, no matter what it is. But even in real life: as long as there's consent and nobody is getting hurt, what's the point of getting so upset?

TLDR; Stop kink-shaming: it's so wrong in a generic context, go figure in a fandom like the Furry Fandom...!

I just wanted to break the silence and reach over to all my followers to ask something on the streaming matter. As some of you may already know, I do streamings weekly and I send notifications both via Twitter and Patreon to my supporters: I've been always using Picarto, but now I'm questioning this a little... Because of Twitch, biiitch! Twitch is another streaming platform linked to Amazon and provides pretty much same services, but it's a lot different from Picarto. I guess the main difference is the remunerative aspect of it, since subscriptions to channels seem to be working with little tips instead of being totally free, as for Picarto. I've never made big money out of streams of course, neither are them super followed TBH... Also, I'm 100% not allowed to stream adult contents on Twitch, but I could easily keep it to sexy pinups pretty much.

Long story short, here comes my question: do you use Twitch? Would you follow me on there, given the chance?

Hey everyone! Here's another little update about my all Patreon situation.

As you probably know already (check out my previous journals here: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/8720479/ & https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/8734181/ ), my Patreon accout has recovered from a recent suspension due to policy infrangement. As controversial and stressing the situation could be, May Payouts were processed anyways and I've successfully rewarded all of my Patrons, either them being gold or platinum. A happy ending, you could think... Sort of, sort of! The whole situation actually made me face off with some very important topics.

First of all, my original intent when I first started this channel on Patreon. I wanted to push myself to create some original contents, something lesser mainstream than my usual commissions, something to keep my creativity flowing. As time passed by, though, I think I've lost that view from my perspective and started sticking to the same painterly style - quite unconsciusly, if you ask me... It wasn't bad, but then again, I was falling again into repetition. I also started rewarding my Gold Tier Patrons with some doodles, trying to find a way to produce some faster sketches, maybe focusing on dinamism and shapes... I failed. Those are more like "sexy pinups" than "experimental doodles" in my eyes... Good pinups? Probably yes, but not what I was looking for.

Secondly: Patreon crap. Their rules are very generic when it comes to adult artworks, which is something I draw very frequently. They basically lack of any distinction between real life pornography and fictional art, something quite unforgivable for a platform that should support artists - no matter what they produce and create. Also, it seems like they cannot admit any Adult artwork to be publicly visible on your profile, even though it's correctly flagged as "adult explicit contents", a little trick that pretty much makes nonsense to use their Early Access option when it comes to adult artworks. This all policy crashes so deeply within me I originally thought to close my Patreon account once and forever, out of anger and frustration... Especially due to the sudden and without preliminary notification suspension. But it appears there's no alternative, even Ko-fi seems to be not on the same level.

The whole experience made up my mind and so here's what's gonna happen starting from June 2018, just in a few days:

THE PAYWALL SYSTEM: I tried to fight it and I've lost. Patreon is a paywall site, and there's no way around it when it comes to adult artworks. I'm sorry to all of you who could be disappointed about it, you can only imagine how pissed I am: for months I tried with all my efforts to overcome this but the only way would be to stop drawing NSFW art. I've absolutely no intention of doing so. A little compromise I reached is to make this paywall system more of a "paystep": in fact, you'll just need to pledge 1$ per month to unlock my artworks.

THE REWARD TIERS. I'll have only three available tiers on my account:
► Bronze (1$/month): unlock all my visual contents and notifications about pools and weekly streamings.
► Silver (5$/month): all the Bronze benefits, plus a weekly PSD file sharing.
► Gold (50$/month): all the Silver benefits, plus a single character color illustration. Only 10 Gold tier slots will be available and those are gonna be reset at the end of each month, allowing everyone to get a chance at snatching a slot. Details and restrictions will be clearly explained & displayed.

That's it. As usual, I want to thank you for supporting me on there, for all your counselling and support and encouragement. I'm not gonna leave Patreon yet, but this is how it's gonna change starting from next month. Take care!

Hey folks! Thank you all so much for all your support and encouragement around my previous Journal... It was so heartwarming! I decided to write another journal to keep you all updated about the develops of my Patreon Temporary Suspension.

What happened? On May 3rd my Patreon channel got temporarily suspended, suddenly and without any preliminary notification of sort. The same day I received an email from the Trust & Safety team of Patreon, notifying the suspension for violating our Community Guidelines (non-consensual sex, bestiality, incest, and sexualized depictions of minors). Also, they stated I cannot have any adult content or nudity present or linked to in any public part of my Patreon page, even if your page is marked as 'adult content'. Luckly enough I menaged to get my May payout and so all monthly rewards are granted.

As dumb and sexophobic this sounded, I counld't do much about it: I just had to purge every cub-related content from my Patreon page and had to manually re-label every single adult picture with the "Patron Only" tag, making it the frustrating Paywall system I tried to fight the all past year. Anger and frustration around this brought me to consider closing my account on Patreon but, giving it some thought, I decided to change it as follows:

► GOLD TIER CHANGE
Starting from June, the Gold Tier will no longer be rewarded automathically with a doodle reward: it will radically change! It's gonna be turned back to a 10$ monthly tier and will be a luck roulette with a monthly extraction of a lucky winner to get a icon/badge/portrait of a single character!

► PLATINUM TIER CHANGE
Starting from June, the Platinum Tier will rise to 50$ and all slots will be cleared out. While I am receiving a constant support from my top Patrons (and I'm so grateful for it!), many many people cannot get the same artworks for a super discounted price. A lot of people complained about the fact my short number of slots and the fact they cannot snatch one, since it seems like my top Patrons are automathically re-pledging on them. That's why I decided to give it a chance, for what is worth, and The Platinum Tier will be cleared out at the end of each month, allowing new Patrons to get the Platinum Tier. Of course, I need to apologize to my Platinum Tiers for this action and I'm grateful for every month of their kind support... I just need to get back to the original intent of my Patreon channel: to experiment with styles, with artistic stuff, with new concepts! While I noticed I am falling always under the same kind of rewards - not all the time, y'know, just most of times. So I beg you to understand my actions. Thank you!

► I will no longer accept cub-related requests trough my Patreon page. All my cub related stuff will be kept to Inkbunny (and maybe Sofurry).

► Early Access option on Patreon: due to their superdumb adult content policy this option became obsolete. I will no longer use the it and my Patreon will still have adult contents on it, but you'll need to become a Patreon to see those. I'm sorry, it doesn't depend on my will!

Hey folks! I'm sharing my experience in order to give you a clear vision of what is happening over Patreon. The game is changing fast: this is what happened to me in the past few days.

On May 3rd my Patreon channel got temporarily suspended, suddenly and without any preliminary notification of sort. The same day I received an email from the Trust & Safety team of Patreon, specifically from Fred (fictional name or not, it's signed so), and this is literally the message I got:

Your account has been suspended for violating our Community Guidelines.
Patreon has zero tolerance for the glorification of sexual violence, and this includes depictions of non-consensual sex, bestiality, incest, and sexualized depictions of minors.
This type of content can’t be funded by or linked to or from your Patreon page in any way, nor can it be offered as a reward to patrons.
In order to reactivate your creator page, you need to remove any content that references or depicts non-consensual sex, and de-link any spaces where you share this type of content from your Patreon.
You also cannot have any adult content or nudity present or linked to in any public part of your Patreon page, even if your page is marked as 'adult content'. You must change all public posts with nudity or adult content to "Patron-Only".

It appears I've broken two different levels of rules: a mild one, about Adult contents to be publicly visible on my profile, and a very despicable one about the glorification of sexual violence, and this includes depictions of non-consensual sex, bestiality, incest, and sexualized depictions of minors.

Of course, it depends on the local legislation where the servers are hosted (California, specifically), and I can imagine this measurements - as harsh as they are - are only meant to protect themselves from the possible laws infrangements.

In all honesty, though, this is ridiculous and it sounds like a crusade. There's absolutely no distinction in those forbidden contents categories between real VS fictional contents. There's no distinction between reality VS imagination. Also, there's absolutely no distinction on topics like porn VS artictic nude.

This sexophobia strikes me deeply and, as a LGBTQ* activist and a firm believer in freedom of expressions - especially artistic ones - I am disgusted. The lack of attention Patreon Staff is showing is not only making me lose time and money, but also making me feel inappropriate, sick, shameful. I absolutely cannot get over this and I will take actions against this.

What will I do? Of course my first action needed is to unblock my Patreon profile, in order to fix every possible problem with payments, tiers or whatsoever. In fact, my Patreon page is currently under review procedure and 90% of the contents have been already relabeled "Patrons only" or deleted. Secondly, I'm gonna hopefully gather my payouts for May (payday should be today, in fact) and this will be the last month keeping same tiers and rewards. From June, my Patreon channel will have no Tiers, no Rewards, and will probably be dismantled.

I'll keep you all posted about this and I'm also taking the chance to thank in public all my Patrons, my beloved supporters, all of you: this is what Patreon was good about. It has been great to know so many people around, from different country and age and sexuality, gathered around to support myself and my art. Thank you! This is, hopefully, a see you and not a goodbye ;)

So I've been recently drawing some cub themed artworks and actually, as you probably know already, I've been drawing them since a while by now. Fact is, for not better known circumstances or motivations, in the past month I got so many rude messages about it. Most of times they are just gibberish, and sometimes they really are offensive. For the sake of many, I decided to write down here a quick prompt answers list, for you to use in every occurring occasion!

1) OMG you are drawing cub???!?!1! That's so sick!
→ Thank you for redeeming my poor unfortunate soul, anonymous stranger from the internet! Now I'll get back to draw huge dicks on anthro animals!

2) Why you are drawing cub? That's disgusting and I don't like it!
→ Thank you for sharing your worthy opinion! Unfortunately, you're not the Emperor of the Worlds. You don't like it? You look away. It is just that easy!

→ Well, try learning some grammar and educating yourself instead of writing this stupid comments! 💖

Which got me into some reasoning about Art in relation to certain topics, or certain kinks to be more specific... Basically, I believe, just because somebody is drawing something in a sensual situation doesn't mean that person is willing to be harmful to others. Calling "pedo" someone drawing cubs is like calling "cannibal murderer" someone who draws vore, or "rapist" someone who draws hypnosis related stuff, or generically calling "zoophile" pretty much everyone drawing furry NSFW artworks. That is just not the case! so please, let's get all past this and try be respectful of eachother and chill in this colorful community. Everyone likes different things: maybe you don't like my raisin cookies, but somebody wanted them and it took me the same effort and time and - almost - ingredients for my chocolate cookies, I just put raisin instead of chocolate because they wanted them with raisin... Got it?

Oh, and I'll gladly take your commissions via Inkbunny in case you wanted some raisin cookies. LOL!

Hey fuzzballs! Wassup? It's been a while since I wrote my last journal on here and a lot of things are going on recently. So I thought, why not taking a short break, making up some tea and talk to you people?

Being on here, well, being on furry dedicated sites brought me more and more followers and I feel like my artistic path and carreer (boom, big word) has been increasing constantly in the past months. And it was thanx to you, people! So thank you, for all the support, for commissioning me, for following me and sharing my artworks out there! Sometimes I feel like I don't give enough appreciation to each of you, but know that I see you, I see you doing goods for me and I couldn't be happier and more grateful towards all of you! :3

Among the big things happened, I feel like sharing again my satisfaction and happiness about my very first publication, in collaboration with Thurston Howl Publications and the super talented Sisco Polaris, THE STABLE BOY (check it here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/25404707/ ). It is now available in printed copies, but soon in digital edition as well! Getting to draw the cover art and the interiors was a big challenge for me but it was so fun and oh so rewarding. The whole process was very enjoyable and I'm looking forward for more of this kind of collaborations!

Also, I've been completing this commissions batch and I'm feeling pretty happy with all of them, tho I'm wondering if I'd better take a little break and just maybe upload some YCHs for Christmas instead of reopening for another round of commission slots? December will be craaazy and of course, I'll need to tap out from the 20th due to some family time... So yeah, know that I'll probably reopen for commission on January 2018! And about that, I've been thinking about some little changes about my commission options: let me explain this. I'm planning to archive the INK commissions and introduce a new BADGE kind of commission. I've been experiencing some downs when it comes to simple ink artworks, especially because those were actually not inks but a greytone kind of illustrations, which seemed to me... inadequate? A bit boring, maybe. Least to me? I wish I could explain this better, you know when you feel not 100% satisfied with an illustration you just completed? That's the feeling. I've been experiencing this just lately and I feel like I need to move to something else. At the same time, I feel like I cannot just take out the cheaper option in my commissions info page! That's why I thought of something "smaller", and more enjoyable for me to get to draw: con badges! Those will be digital painted and will come with your name written on there, of course. What do you think about it?

Also, I've been quite enjoying my Patreon routine in the past months (did you know I got one? Of course you dooo... https://www.patreon.com/Rov ) and let me tell you, that's a journey! I've been involved in those initial purges of fake accounts and those crappy things, but the site is back and functional and I've been loving working through there! It really gave me a good breath of creative energy and I've been loving to draw for my Patrons, enjoying some artistic freedom! Also, I'm planning some big changes for 2018 and I'll add a mid-ground tier for 10$ a month. Stay tuned!

Recently I've been receiving a lot of spam messages saying just "hello" from fake profiles named DR[numbers]NY. The thing has been getting constant now and no matter how many profiles I block, it seems like there's no end to the spam. What can I do? Am I the only one receiving those??

2. wait for my confirmation for your slot reservation.
3. send me a PM with all the details/references for your commission.
4. wait for a rough sketch before sending your payment, so you can visualize what you're really buying!
5. send your money to my Paypal.

Once the last slot will be reserved, I'll announce the closing on here and create a small list on my userpage.
There you will be able to track my commissions progression while I'm working :)
