Commissions on hold?
Posted 9 years ago My drawing tablet is about 2-4 years old.. so right now commission are only on hold till it comes in. Sadly because I had to buy a tablet.. that means that 60 USD that I worked for.. for about 3 months? for my computer went to the drawing tablet. Since the only income I have is drawing. Yes, I have had a job, yes I tried.. but because im in college full time its harder for me.. I tried to have a job and then got laid off and on top of that failed a class. So once I get my tablet the emergency commissions are still in process. Info for that So.. that being said; Im offering grumps, references, and headshots for PWYW but a minimum of 2 USD.
So.. ^^; Ya!

Posted 9 years agoSo I know christmas is near.. like not even two days away. You all know I have been posting journals about my laptop and everything. Yes I been streaming but.. the issue isn't fixed sadly. It's more of a temporary fix as in.. using an external hard drive for everything atm which yesterday I thought got destroyed so I had a slightly panic attack. ANYWAYS so.. I was gonna do what I been doing and doing PWYW's Im to the point where any bit helps.. I need to raise 400 for the new laptop so I can at least do art for you all and go through college. Only source of income is through art sadly.. I was laid off of work [i dont know why since christmas is when usually jobs need more people but whatever] so like I said it's literally the only way I get money... that being said.
Im offering anything from monochrome headshots, headshots, grumps, little candy cane people, references and etc.

Posted 9 years ago When people who have all these fan bases, or people who have fan base because their fursona is beautiful..
and all they have to do for 'advertising' of any stream or anything is put the word stream... nothing fancy just that.
And they then get 20 people who will join. Yet people like me.. put 1 day notice, 5 hr notice, 1 hr notice and stream notice..
yet.. I don't get anyone, it doesn't matter if I get commissions it just.. would like to atleast have some people enjoy my work.
I wouldn't mind even getting 5 viewers.. I will even do free art to get more views ...

I found a computer for uh roughly 500 USD which tax... if I can at least to run sai and stuff so I can get your art all done :D Because art = money which means the computer I need to build which is 1200? SOOO :D That means if I get this 500 dollar computer it would be sooo much better :> uh so. Now if you want to help out! with spreading the word.. or even donate some money. Posted 10 years agoSo... the reason why I haven't been posting.. or doing art lately is because I no longer can till I get a new computer..
Once I get a new computer I will be 100% able to stream and do commissions. Yes I know I have a line.. of commissions I need to do... yes I am 100% sorry and feel like an ass for not being able to get to them.. but its because money = new computer.. but commissions = money.. without commissions I have no money.. so.. with that in mind.. I probably wont be able to have a computer soon. I hate asking.. but maybe if you all helped me.. with spreading the word so I can get a new computer or even donating 1 dollar.. anything really helps...
Im so sorry for asking you all this I really am.. but in the long run who ever donates write your FA down and once I get enough money ill go and draw you art. but I will only do art for you if its more than atleast 3 dollars.

I wish I could fix this.. Im sorry, but I can 100% no longer stream art.. I really really wish I could then I could do more raffles and all. I wish I could get enough money fast enough to get a new computer ( that I would be building ) But sadly its a lot of money soooo xD that won't be happening. The only way I could stream is if I get a new pc which would roughly be 1300 ish... give or take. Something I will do... if you donate more than 5 usd.. I will give you a free head shot. If you donate more than 12 or more.. Ill give you a free reference. This will help me, and you will also get something out of it! Just make sure in the message, and the user name you put your FA name. I will keep trace of this.. if you can't thats fine! I am just reaching out. Or! Instead of donating you can always commission me. Really up to you!

My Rights
1. I reserve all rights to my art via US copyright law. Regardless of characters depicted, it is my art.
2. As such, I retain the right to post the finished piece to my gallery, and touse the piece as an example for future commissions.
3. I reserve the right to cancel, and issue a full refend at any time. If any commission is cancelled by me, a full refund will be issued. Already completed commissions will not receive a refund.
4. I retain the right to reuse any WIP sketches, or poses from cancelled commissions. The User loses all rights to the art once a refund has been issued.
5. I do not sell prints of commissions.
6. The user may not remove my signature from my work. I retain the right to issue take-down notices if the signature has been removed.
Your (the user’s) rights
1. The user may re-port the art at will with due credit to me.
2. The user retain the rights to their characters.
3. The user may use the art as a reference for other artists.
4. If the user needs to cancel commission, it must be done prior to my starting. Once a commission has been started (and is canceled by the user) only a partial refund will be issued. I will not issue refunds on completed commissions.
5. The user may only produce prints strictly for personal use (either on your own, or at a commercial printing shop) The user may NOT sell, or redistribute my art work without permission.
6. The user will be given one watermarked WIP at the sketch stage. If you would like another at a different stage please inform me. Any major changes to be made must be mentioned at the sketch stage.
I will not draw:
“Hate art” of any kind, especially towards any protected class of people.
Body functions. (Scat, watersports, vomit, etc)
Gore
Vore (of any kind)
Hyper (of any kind; Muscle, fat, cock, etc)
Inflations
Rape (of any kind)
Another artist’s style
Holds
I do not hold items for a maximum of 72 hours. After 72 hours the item is no longer on hold, and is available for other people to purchase.
I will not hold the same item for you more than once.
Payments
Payment is due no longer than 24 hours of agreement.
I will not finish a piece until payment has been received.
I will only accept payment via Paypal.
Adoptables that are not paid for with-in 24 hour period will be re-listed and sold.
