Update on my plans!
Posted 7 years agoI'll keep it simple and straight-forward!
1. I'll still be livestreaming content as often as I can! If you wish to watch, Twitch is a preferable site via https://www.twitch.tv/ruggedthedragon.
2. My Youtube channel dwindled near the end of 2018, but I want 2019 to be a return to the furry topics that got me a bit of popularity back in 2016. A unique change in the channel, while still keeping "some" gaming moments.
3. I will eventually get back into buying more artwork. The job I have currently isn't paying me much, but I am looking for better opportunities. Aside general artwork, I might be focusing on having more variations of my dragon character. I'm looking into a "Naga-Snake" version of my character in the near future.

Update on my status
Posted 7 years agoThings were quite hectic, saddening, and downright awful last week. A few days of crying, talking with people to help cheer me up, along with devastation and improper balance of emotions.
This week is a completely new awakening. With certain advice given, I was able to smile when I went to sleep. I took upon myself to endeavor remaining happy. I want my proper motivation to look for the most positive aspects of life itself. My most important motivation is for the chance of redemption in the near or distant future. The more hopes I have of that, the happier I will be. Hard work will pay off and I know I can do it. I'm not only a happy person, but I'm also a kind, caring, and forgiving individual as well. That defines me as a person and that is what I like to focus on. The cloud of darkness that misplaces my deeds may arise, but with my current efforts, that cloud will dissipate more quickly.
Life is a path we walk. There may be bumps, curves, and mountains to overcome. But in the end, we reach the clear roads if we give things time and utmost effort. I cannot think of anything more settling than this advice. I thank everyone who's helped me these many days and stuck with me through thick and thin. We travel together, we win together, we remember together.

Update Regarding Streams.
Posted 7 years agoAs you all know, I've been lazy with my streams. Fear not, I am still streaming to multiple platforms i.e. Twitch, Youtube, and Mixer.
First of all, as to the scheduling, I typically like to play around 3pm-4pm EST as often as I can. However, there are times when work will call me in or days are taken by other affairs. However, if you want a better place for info regarding streaming updates, follow me on Twitter and my Discord channel since they're the best sources.
Second, there is a chance I will be upgrading to an Xbox One X with a 4K monitor. As a result, I may possibly be without the ability to multi-stream using that console (and stick to Twitch instead). However, I have prepared to purchase an HDMI splitter and downscaler in order to keep my console streams intact with multi-stream capabilities and overlays.
Lastly, don't give up on me. I will always be there to stream and interact with my viewers. If I don't stream for a while, don't consider me gone. I care for my streaming, I care to provide enjoyment, and most of all, I care about my viewers. Even if I get one viewer chatting with me, I am always grateful. For those who have supported me for a long time, I thank you.

I have work Thursday and Friday late night, so no streams there.
Second, I am here to give an update on my condition. Throughout 2017, I was given many infusions at the VA hospital to treat my ulcerative colitis. While the infusions did work to heal my condition, the near end of the year had some symptoms return. After my last infusion visit, I am scheduled for a colonoscopy on February 27th. I'm hoping my condition healed and hasn't gotten worse.
Third, this is just a random bit of advice; Don't be an art thief. Doing so makes you look like a complete idiot, especially people who crop out signatures and explain how they only found them on "Google Images". It gets worse when you expose these people only to find them play victim and make excuses. Later on, they'll block you from viewing their profile and continue stealing art like nothing happened. It sickens me how people do this, except for the fact they're too poor to afford their own art and have no friends.

So this week, my schedule is smaller due to the tigher work load I have this week.
As for other events, my stomach condition returned and I was a bit terrified over a week ago. My doctor told me to include more fiber in my diet and hopefully nothing else is serious. That explains my lack of journal posts, so I apologize for that.
A big thank you for the ones who still supported me despite my lack of streaming as of late. I hope you understand. :)

My work schedule is insane
Posted 8 years agoI started my work week on Wednesday. I was supposed to be off work on Tuesday and Thursday, but I volunteered to work both days. We lost another cashier and we're understaffed, so I picked up the slack. As a result, I have to work a total of 9 days straight, along with my only day off (Friday) being used to help my sister move to her new apartment. After that day, I may have to go to work yet again.
This week has been non-stop and probably will continue being crazy. The odds of me streaming again won't be for a while, but I'll keep everyone posted when I am able. Sorry for the mildly bad news.

It's my birthday today! (10/7/17)
Posted 8 years agoIt's a late post, but better late than never right! I turned 32 today. The day was good and the party was short and sweet. I prefer the small things to make my day better. :)
